requested our Legal counsel to be involved in an issue we were unable to verify. Following a review of [redacted]' request by our Legal counsel, we have reached out to her (Ticket #[redacted]) to validate her claim through Customer Support and will be required to share more details in order to understand the original issue which will be reviewed again by Fiverr for the best course of action.

 I have not used funds in my account for another order because I was never refunded any money to use...I have sent several responses back to my open ticket and no one has responded. Fiverr just wants me to accept this decision and afterwards I won't hear from them.

My payment provider has contacted Fiverr for the money but they have not responded as yet. Attached is the response from my [redacted]. So the money is with Fiverr but they are giving me the impression the money is with my payment provider so there is a confusion. I cannot provide any further evidence as my account has been blocked by Fiverr. The whole resolution process of Fiverr is appalling and their customer team support response just says they think the seller has met their deliverable but they haven't bothered checking it. I have listed every point clearly in the order cancellation but unfortunately as this is a technical software related process I cannot or don't know how to demonstrate that visually to them. However Fiverr has this software uploaded in their platform and their technical team can easily check or investigate this themselves based on my customised order requirements. I have included the .exe program in this response if it helps. Other organisations like Fiverr have a legal arbitration team where they resolve the issue with Buyer & Seller together in a conference call which helps in resolving the matter in a more amicable way. The process here is you cancel order and hope seller will agree and if they don't then then you go to customer support but after that it seems it stops here.Please provide clear steps on how we need to resolve this matter. I have made several transactions on Fiverr and have never had any issues before.Regards[redacted]

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. It appears that [redacted] opened up a ticket request #[redacted], regarding this issue. [redacted], did not contact our Support team in time for the cancellation, as mentioned in our Terms of Service, "Order cancellations (when eligible) can be...

performed by Customer Support only up to a period of 13 days from order completion date." [redacted]'s orders were marked completed back in December on the [redacted] and [redacted]. Our Support team has followed up with [redacted] in her ticket #[redacted] and we were able to refund the funds back to her in time. If [redacted] has any additional questions, she's welcome to follow up with Support. Thanks.

Fiverr is a BULLY! I NEVER did anything to violate the terms. Fiverr is strong arming me because I fought against being bullied by their seller. IF FIVERR sent me anything telling me what (showing what I did wrong) it was in the account they disabled. My account was disabled prior to me being able to see anything they have sent. In addition by Fiverr deactivating my account they have stolen access to other projects that were completed. Fiverr didn't address the fact they just cancelled projects that had NOTHING to do with the issue with the ONE seller. Fiverr is a BULLY! I WILL NOT BE STRONG ARMED BY ANY COMPANY. Why did Fiverr not state what regulations I violated. They sent me an email that said I violated by 'FILING A DISPUTE". LOL Laughable. Fiverr has bullied me and I have every right to do what is legal and right to be done on my behalf. If SAYING I am going to is a violation .... TOUGH! 1st amendment the right to free speech. I DID NOTHING. I was not going to take the half done project the seller sent and it is not even what I paid for! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS TOO. This whole issue escalated and I was none the wiser until I saw an email deactivating my account. I still got an email asking me to give them feedback on their service. FIVERR should take responsibility for them overreacting. I will file with WHOMEVER I CHOOSE when a company bullies me, wastes my time and costs me money on a project!

We have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint. [redacted] has two tickets that are currently opened with Customer Support and she was informed that the appropriate department was being contacted about her requests in regards to the Affiliate Program. We are going to reply to [redacted]'s ticket #[redacted], and...

we ask that [redacted] follow up on this ticket only as there is no need to open up new tickets regarding the same matter, and that is the possible reasons that her other tickets are being closed out.

I received a message via Fiverr customer support from [redacted] explaining exactly where the funds were refunded to. As a consumer I would recommend that a section be added to Fiverr's TOS page about chargebacks, the process it entails, and what will happen to the seller in the event of a chargeback. There is another big name, artisan-made service website that includes an entire help section dedicated to this topic that helped me with this process immensely. 
For the record, this dispute has not discouraged me from using Fiverr's website to sell my products.

They never emailed or notified me that I violated TOS. They just emailed me that they have removed the Level One seller status and that's it. On that day as well I have a pending money which I was about to withdraw. They never said anything about disabling my account which has a $40 waiting to be withdrawn. They said they received a complaint from a client about my services, but if you check, I haven't got any bad reviews from my clients nor they (Fiverr) will not provide me a transcript of the complaint for evidence. They way they explain things and do business is not clear to us sellers who pays a huge amount to use their platform.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. After further review, [redacted] was informed that the $10 could not be refunded as they were a part of the overall order [redacted]. The original order amount that [redacted] purchased was for $35 for the resume. Once the seller delivered the...

resume, [redacted] then purchased the gig extra for $10 for the cover letter. On Fiverr, when orders are considered active, such as "Delivered", buyers have the option to purchase purchase additional services known as gig extras to add on to the original order. Orders purchased with Gig Extras are considered one whole unique order. Sellers on Fiverr are not Fiverr employees, they are users, just like Fiverr buyers. Fiverr is a platform on which freelance sellers can offer their services to buyers. When a buyer contacts us because their seller has been unresponsive, the first thing we do is reach out to the seller, and give them 24 hours to respond which we did. If the seller remains unresponsive, we can step in. We did compensate [redacted] $10 which was the amount of that gig extra. Seeing as they are not satisfied with that, we could offer to cancel the entire order for them and they could repurchase the order for the resume without the $10 add on.

Multiple accounts were not set up prior to the deactivation of my account. There was only one new account made using a different email address for the sole purpose of communicating with your customer support team. Reason being that in order to contact your customer support, one must log into an account Since my account had been locked, there was no other way I could see to contact your business. I am not asking that my account be reinstated to do business again - as I do not plan to ever use or recommend your company to anyone. Rather, I am requesting that my funds made from MY services be released to me immediately. It is in my better opinion that my use of your site did not violate any terms of service

I just read the response from the company and it seems this person has not comprehended the problem coherently. My account is hacked by this same seller who has robbed me. I never requested a fiverr clone this seller is doing this from my account. I don't even know what that is. I am extremely frustrated and I have no clue what to do. This is my worse nightmare to deal with this with this company. My account is hacked, I have been asking for a week just for someone to refund the balance that is currently in this account and to close it and they have yet to do it. Is there anyone willing to see my side of the story? This is ridiculous and I am being treated unfairly. This person has hacked my account and I am being blamed? I have screenshots of this seller telling me to get the other template and they will work on it. Why would the seller tell me to get another template if the order was complete? This is simple logic. I have proof of contacting the seller and asking their opinion of the template and they said to go ahead and get it. I have screenshots of this that I sent to fiverr customer service. Fiverr has a system that after 3 days the order is automatically marked as complete. The seller promised to do revisions to the template once it was delivered, which took over 3 days. There was no limit on how many revisions the seller would do.  The job was never completed because what would be the purpose of the seller suggesting to get another template If it was completed. wouldn't they have me order again or mention ordering again. I have proof and this company is just out to get me. 
 
This is the same spiteful behavior that this company has been exhibiting and I don't believe they are actually conducting a thorough investigation into this matter. I told them that my account is hacked. The seller is trying to get my account suspended but I don't care because all I asked was to just cancel it. I haven't used fiverr in weeks. I don't even know what a fiverr clone is. This seller has hacked my account and the seller has seen no repercussions but I am the one being treated like the bad guy. The seller is interfering with my messages to customer service, they are contacting me through my personal emails, and google hangouts, demanding money from me, they are using my account to request fiverr clones, every time I send a message to customer service from fiverr the are marking it as complete, I have messages from google that this person is trying to get into my email etc.The only message I got from fiverr about this is to scan a passport or gov id to the very account that is hacked. I have gotten no resolution from this company at all. The proof is all there in the account and they are just bypassing all of this to make me look bad. In the complaint I mention that the seller hacked my account but yet they are saying i'm requesting a fiverr clone all of a sudden. How stupid would I be to do that. 
 
Please anyone who can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Please be aware that I did not just go and buy a template and demand this seller work on it. This seller told me to go get another template and they would work on it. They never told me it wouId be any extra cost, or to order again if it was completed. I never had any problems with fiverr, I never had to have my account suspended or any complaints. This has been a nightmare and unfortunately, fiverr hasn't been of much help. This is unfair and I believe that I am not being treated fairly. No one is hearing me out it seems. For this company to say that I am requesting fiverr clones and not know that this an act of hacking then what else can I say. Thank You

We have reviewed the complaint from [redacted] and already addressed her issues. In our previous Revdex.com response, we have stated a refund was given for her purchase of Order #[redacted] as a sign of good faith.  As previously mentioned, Fiverr does not guarantee the level of service that a seller and fellow community member provides. [redacted] is encouraged to contact her seller to request the removal any content related to her purchase. The seller provides the service to their buyers, not Fiverr itself. We are not able to assist her with any further actions to remove content not published on Fiverr. Furthermore, additional claims against the seller or usage of the materials provided to them to complete the service is addressed in our Limitations of Liability section in our Terms of Service: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service. When signing up to use our site, [redacted] agreed to these terms of service.
