This is obviously not being reviewed by the arbitrator. Please read this response carefully.We have reviewed the update and we have already responded to this issue.  The 2 orders that [redacted] wants cancelled and refunded [redacted] and [redacted], are a year old. Our TOS only allows an order to be refunded up until 13 days from completion. Furthermore, after 180 days, we can’t refund a transaction based on the payment processors agreement with Fiverr.So, in order to appease him (under no obligation legally or otherwise), the amount of $20 has been refunded to their payment provider, without cancelling those orders. The amount we refunded is on Fiverr. To summarise, the payment of $5 has been refunded to their cards ending with 3535 and two payments ($10 and $25) have been refunded to their card ending with [redacted] when there was only $20 left in their account.If [redacted] has any other questions, he's welcome to follow up in his active ticket request #[redacted].

We have received [redacted] complaint. Fiverr customer support does not have a phone number to be reached through. Users can reach us by creating a ticket which is what [redacted] did. Customer Support followed up with them on ticket #[redacted]. Customer Support is going to reach out to them...

again on that ticket to try to see what is causing [redacted] login issues.

 Hello, Fiverr team has enabled my withdrawal and I am thankful for that . But they have told some lies . I did co-operate with buyer and customer support . I was never rude for first 10 days . I have also given an additional service to the client . But then the buyer stopped replying and also the fiverr support . They take this issue over 36+ days even seeing no reply from the buyer for last 24 days . This is the cause of my rudeness later on .They have enabled my withdrawal but what about the damage and loss that I have faced ? I lost customers and money . So let me know what they will do for this . Kind Regards

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. We noticed that [redacted] has reached out to our Customer Support Team in ticket request #[redacted] regarding their orders [redacted] ($50) and [redacted] ($6). Both orders have been cancelled and refunded back to [redacted] in full to her...

credit card. We have already informed her about this in her ticket request. Please see the attachments showing both refunds. Depending on [redacted]'s credit card provider, the refund will take about 3 to 7 business days, during which she's welcome to follow up with her credit card provider about the refunds. Since both orders have been cancelled, [redacted] has lost all rights to the materials that were delivered in these orders, and does not own the rights to use these materials.In regards to [redacted]'s account, again, we have informed her that her account was disabled due to violations of our Terms of Service. [redacted] continues to threaten filing further disputes with her payment provider. As a community and a marketplace, we cannot accept the undermining of our community by users who continuously violate our Terms of Service, and do not maintain a friendly, community spirited, and professional environment. If [redacted] has any other questions, she's welcome to follow up with us in her ticket request.

 I apologize for the miss understanding about this complaint against Fiverr, Inc. I realize after the fact about their terms of services and if I broke the terms of services agreement it was not intentionally. Once I am able to access my funds available I promise I will close this complaint as resolved and issue a full press wire release that Fiverr, Inc. are a legit business platform and everyone should join. I really believed in this platform and tried my best but still feel that it should have been handled a different way. I am asking that Fiverr,Inc. should review their policy and change it to be seller friendly and not buyer friendly only. It should be transparent and mutual to all complaints. Because with all the services they sponsor it should be that way. Contact me back after May1 and ask me then about the resolve this complaint.

The logo that was designed has details that 7 other logos that she designed also has. The lions which would be an issue if we tried to trademarked it. Also the logo that was designed was NOT what we asked for. The conversations between the seller and myself clearly indicate that we weren't satisfied and requested numerous revisions. The attorney stated that due to the logo design "meaning the lions" as well as the overall finished product it's similar to 7 other logos that she already completed and are shown on her site. The job was also completed after I submitted revisions and was not re-opened. There was nothing that stated there was a 13 day grace period and we were not advised of that when we started working with her. Also they closed the order out after I submitted revisions. I've been trying to communicate with customer support over the period of that month and they have NO phone number to call and discuss. I have emailed and the responses I have recieved back have been rude and disrespectful. All I want is to resolve this so I can move on and have my logo designed by a more professional business. This experience has been horrible and the reviews have also reflected my experience. I've attached 2 screenshots of similar work that the logo designer has done reflecting the same things in my logo. This could be a trademark/copyright issue.

We strongly advise [redacted] to continue communicating with Support within her request, so our Support team can assist her further in obtaining the files she are requesting from her order.

This is not about the service or guarantee of the level of service it is about a seller deliberately and maliciously telling me to look at my website as he removed files and I had to have them replaced I still owe $150 to do so. This seller obtained my login credentials and did damage to my site under a Fiverr gig I sent his conversation asking me to look at my site at the damage he caused. I did not order a gig for him to remove files or destroy my site and I am sure Fiverr will not stand this type of action made from any seller.

There is a general misinterpretation in the seller's response. It is not my buyer or customer, it is all in the hands of the business to manage. This is were the business fails to take action but leaves the participants alone. Blocking funds for providers and not refunding buyers is not an option.

performed by our Customer Support team. We would like to apologize to Dana for the experience they have had on Fiverr. They have not contacted Customer Support about their order issues or getting their funds refunded back to their payment provider. We have reviewed the update from [redacted]. Usually, a refund to a Credit Card provider takes 2 to 7 business days. We understand [redacted] concerns. But as we state in our Terms of Service (to which he agreed when creating an account on Fiverr.com), Fiverr reserves the right to put any account on hold or to permanently disable accounts due to a breach of these Terms of Service, or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services. Users with disabled accounts will not be able to sell or buy on Fiverr. Due to [redacted] violation of our Terms of Service, his account will not be restored.

We have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint. She reached out to us about this matter on ticket [redacted] and it was deemed by Customer Support that this was a bug in the system that prevented them from receiving their funds, and a bug report was filed. There has not been an update on that issue as of yet....

[redacted] then reached out to Customer Support on ticket [redacted] understandably upset about not receiving their funds back yet from the cancelled order. Customer Support has followed up with her on ticket  [redacted] and went ahead and compensated her the full order amount for order [redacted] .The funds are in her Fiverr shopping balance.

Hello,Thanks for your reply. So you do not want to restore my account even though I asked for a second chance? You're refusing to cooperate even though the buyer used a proxy to create a new account, make a purchase and leave negative feedback on purpose? You realize that I asked him nicely to cancel the order and to get his refund but because he had no intention to do that, he wanted to keep it? All in all, I only had 1 negative feedback from over 300 orders and you claim that all others that were selling the same service that I do had no negative feedbacks. I was a successful seller and you guys banned my account because of 1 buyer. I'm pretty disappointed and it is your choice to keep my account locked but keep in mind that I will make this case public. Fiverr did not bother allowing me a second chance under supervision which is pretty sad for a business that claims to do things cleanly. I don't know why you're refusing to allow me to get back on Fiverr. I can easily create a new account and fake the identity but that's not how I do business. I'm asking you nicely and a professional manner to please allow me to access the account.

 The designer was contracted through Fiverr come in will not accept anything less than a refund. Fiverr. Com should be able to contact this designer. They earlier stated  they couldn't process a refund because I did not provide evidence of payment.  Now I have please have them refund my money.
