Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseMyinquiry was addressed very rude and unprofessionally and I was accused of compromising company integrity by obtaining fraudulent purchases.  No type of rectification or clarity was obtained, only the logistics from a faulty programming system.  A system, might I add, that is quite efficient at victimizing honest sellers, but couldn't Identify previous hack episodes or activity on my account. In addition to mishandling this matter, they have stripped many satisfied customers of garnering great quality services. My analytical data clearly  shows a diverse population obtaining services. It is contradictory to infer such a notion as "Obtaining false purchases".  The lack of quality service and faulty reasoning thereof, is only matched by your apprehensive method of communicating with customers through a mechanistic ticketing system. I have represented the spirit and standards of Fiverr for years, brought many affiliates and consumers, and inspired many in the music category.  Lives are involved in these matters. Its not something you dismiss at the push of a button.  I was forced to withdraw revenue and met with insubordinate response after stating I didn't desire withdrawal.  I simply desired my account to be reinstated to reach my many clients and continue to inspire.I was featured here as an inspiration:  [redacted]and commended for being a part of the fiverr team.  I would think that I established enough tenure that I would at least get some type of communication or benefit of doubt, but instead I was not.One order was even cancelled that I had already completed and sent, but due to miscommunication on fiverrs part, they disabled my account BEFORE my consumer could mark it as complete.THIS ORDER-----> {Hi [redacted],Your order with [redacted] ([redacted]) was cancelled by Fiverr's Customer Service team. Thanks, The Fiverr Team}I don't hold bitterness, I simply fight for my customers. After all, that is what is important.  I simply desire my account to be reinstated and to grow professionally beyond this matter.  I am a good addition to your team as are you to mines.  I have a song writing business and under our IP auspices it is a target for hackers.  Please assist me in addressing this matter once more.I ask for my account to be reinstated and better communication in the future when addressing similar matters. Not just with me, but across the board for everyone to ensure that this type of misguided notion is prevented in the future.Sincerely,

While we understand her concerns and frustrations, the account will not be restored. Violating our Terms of Service will not be tolerated under any circumstances. All users must adhere to the rules and we are consistent in our follow through and actions taken when violated. Being a part of our site and community is not a right, rather a privilege. It is every users responsibility to know the rules that they have agreed to when joining our website. We reserve the right to disable an account for any violation.  Since [redacted] would like access to her purchases, we are going to allow her access to her account for the next 24 hours only, so that she will be able to access her files from her completed orders and download those files to her computer. Our Customer Support team has updated her in support ticket #[redacted] with this information.  If she has any other questions or concerns, she is welcome to follow up with our support team.

[redacted]'s account will not be restored as we have already informed them. Due to our Privacy Policy we cannot disclose any more information about other accounts. [redacted] has multiple accounts and evidence of that fact is that a withdrawal provider account can be associated with only one Fiverr profile. Our team found several of the same withdrawals providers emails were identical to the one of [redacted]'s account. His account will not be restored and he was already informed when he can withdraw his funds. We will no longer respond to the same complaint. Sending the same complaint numerous times will not change our response. Any member of our site who violates our Terms of Service may have their account  permanently  removed. [redacted] agreed to our Terms of Service when signing up.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] [redacted]. The seller delivered a video of the quality that he displays on his service page, and provided [redacted] with at least one revision. When [redacted] contacted our Customer Support Team in ticket request [redacted], we advised him...

to reach an agreement with the seller for a partial refund. [redacted] [redacted] agreed to this, but then did not contact the seller, and did not follow up with Support.We understand that during his conversation [redacted] made an ableist remark, and the seller threatened to publish this remark on [redacted]'s social media platform. As stated in our Terms of Service, Fiverr condemns threats and bullying. We have therefore cancelled the order, and returned the funds to [redacted]'s shopping balance, as he requested Fiverr credit in his Desired Settlement.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. At this time we are communicating with this user in their Request #[redacted], regarding their account. [redacted] sent in their Revdex.com complaint without contacting our Customer Support team to help in resolving this...

issue. If additional assistance is needed, we would advise to have [redacted] continue following up with us in their ticket.

We have reviewed the response sent in by [redacted]. Undisclosed in his response is that Fiverr's Customer Support team has already verified his account and restored access to allow him to withdraw his account. The ticket request is #[redacted] and the [redacted] transaction ID from his withdrawal is [redacted]. From what [redacted] has described, he is unable to claim the money sent to designated [redacted] account. Unfortunately we are not able to provide support for his [redacted] account and he was already advised to contact [redacted] to resolve this issue as it's not related to Fiverr but his [redacted] account. It's important to note that all withdrawals made from Fiverr are final and can not be refunded back to the users account. Because [redacted]'s original activity was in violation of our Terms of Service, his account will be disabled again. Fiverr no longer is in possession of the funds he originally requested to withdraw in his complaint to the Revdex.com and any issues resulting in the receiving of his funds to his bank account must be resolved with [redacted].

Thank you for the update. We have followed up with [redacted] on their ticket request. It appears that [redacted] did not clearly specify this in your Custom Offer that you provided to the buyer like they have mentioned in their response and we are working with him to reach a mutual understanding about this issue. If they have further questions, please have [redacted] continue to follow up with us on their ticket that is currently open.

We have reviewed the response sent in by [redacted]. The information provided will be forwarded to our Trust & Safety team for further review. As mentioned in our previous response, due to our Privacy Policy, we can not share details surrounding our investigation of the reported user. Because [redacted] has shared his log in details to multiple users on Fiverr, Fiverr can not assess if any necessary precautionary measures were taken to secure his site prior to engaging with multiple users on Fiverr. Fiverr will correspond with any confirmed cases of misbehavior or infractions of our User Conduct (outlined in our Terms of Service). Additionally, we have cancelled the order between [redacted] and the reported user and added $50 to his account as goodwill towards our investigation. If there are more details that [redacted] can provide to us, he is welcomed to contact us through the appropriate Customer Support channels to help further our research in to the matter.

We have reviewed [redacted] message. We have requested [redacted] to confirm their [redacted] email to see if its the same as the one listed on their account, unfortunately, they did not follow up with us in their ticket #[redacted]. We need to confirm if the emails are the same to see if they are withdrawing the the right account or to further assist with the email domain. In regards to [redacted] concern, as to why his account is disable, it was advised as well in #[redacted]. To further assist [redacted] regarding this issue, we highly recommend that they continue communicate in their #[redacted] request.

[Your Answer Here] My complaint ID # [redacted] against FiveRR has NOT been resolved because FiveRR requires me to take an action I am NOT willing to. FiveRR used the following words in their request: "If you could close the dispute." That is the condition FiveRR imposes on me BEFORE FiveRR fulfills my request for a refund. I do NOT trust that FiveRR will fulfill my request if I 'close the dispute.'
It means that the ONLY option left is for me to receive a full refund from FiveRR in the same manner I paid FiveRR, and for FiveRR to issue the full refund within a reasonable period of time.

 No reason was given for why my account was closed.  No assurances have been given that they're not going to make this mistake again.  They also have not credited my account for revenues I made (some are still pending).  I don't trust Fiverr anymore.  I don't know why they closed my account but it seems to have been done on a whim.  Please advise me how to get a money order for my revenues.  Or if I can have the balance transferred to someone else's [redacted] account.  I sent several emails to Fiverr asking how to do this and they ignored every single one.  I don't have a revenue card and I don't want one (their terms are ridiculous; I'd barely get any money) and I don't have a [redacted] account nor do I want to open one just for this.  For the past six months I've been teaching classes on how to do graphic design and recommending Fiverr as an avenue to make money.  I stopped after this happened and told all of my students to close their accounts.  They've since moved to another outsourcer where I will be moving my account.  I just need access to the gigs so I can copy them.  I also need my revenues paid to me.

We have reviewed [redacted] follow up response. [redacted] is welcome to create a new account on Fiverr but due to the original violation to our Terms of Service, their first account that has been closed, will not be restored.

We have reviewed the complaint by [redacted]. After further review of [redacted]'s account, it appears that her account is associated with multiple accounts as well as orders between these accounts. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, "to prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active...

account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts." Due to this violation, we are unable to restore [redacted] account which was mentioned in her ticket request #[redacted].
