[Your Answer Here]No, my complaint against FiveRR was not resolved because FiveRR followed the procedures expected of a trustworthy and reputable company.  It was brought to an end because PayPal along with the B.B.B. had to be brought into this case to force FiveRR do what FiveRR has demonstrated to NOT be willing to do, and that is to refund monies of people who foolishly trust FiveRR and those involved with FiveRR.
I kindly and respectfully request the B.B.B. to finalize this case. There is nothing else for me to state. I sincerely appreciate the B.B.B. for the professionalism in this matter.

I've attached two screenshots showing I do not have access to these pages.  I don't think it is a browser problem because I tried [redacted] and [redacted] and received the same error message.  I don't think it's really a timeout because my connection speed is 50mps fast enough to stream videos on two TVs at the same time I'm online.  I don't think it's an https:// problem because I can access my online banking with no problem.  That leaves my account which has been frozen for quite some time.  There are limited things I can do on my account.  It was never fully restored. I cannot take my money out until it's fully restored.  I can't access any of the help pages or submit a ticket.  When I responded to emails with earlier tickets, my emails were ignored.

The company was great at first but there support team sucks I got ripped off by 2 sellers and they siad they would give me a refund on my store account hasnt happened and they threaten to close your fiverr account if you use [redacted] claim dispute

I didn't receive any explanation and proof from you regarding this violation. I didn't violate anything because, I will repeat, in the first place, I asked for your advice (Ticket #[redacted]) because I thought that what the seller is asking me to do is maybe violating the TOS. Considering this, I just don't see the point why you're saying that I was "abusing the referral program by spamming users." I never asked or spammed users to get referrals. I think this violation should be charged to salmanfan (username) or the other accounts that he/she is using. Again, I only ordered [redacted] because of the request of the buyer under orders [redacted] and [redacted]. I'm sure that doing what the buyer is asking you to do isn't a violation per se.Regarding Ticket # [redacted], you also didn't give me any explanation why those orders were rightfully cancelled even if I have successfully completed all of them and the buyers confirmed that they were satisfied with my deliveries. What you did was just to email me* a notification saying that you "[redacted]" and that's really unreasonable.With this response, I uphold my desired settlement.*Please refer to the attachments

We have reviewed the updated by [redacted]. We do understand his frustration regarding this issue, but as mentioned, he will be able to obtain the funds on his account in 45 days [which is on May [redacted] 2016] as our Support team mentioned and this will not be changed per our Terms of Service. At this time, he will not have access to his accounts and will not be able to access the funds. We can assure [redacted], that his funds are still on his account but due to our guidelines, we will not be able to have him access the funds sooner than the date listed, which is May [redacted] 2016. Once May [redacted], has been completed, we welcome [redacted] to either follow up in his active ticket request #[redacted] or in a new ticket request to obtain the funds. Once he contacts us on or after May [redacted], he will be processed through our verification process and once the information confirms he is the account owner, he will be able to withdraw the funds from his account. If [redacted] has any additional comments, as mentioned, we are more than happy to assist him in his ticket request #[redacted].

PLEASE STOP MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS AND PROMOTING/IMPLEMENTING LESS THAN LEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES JUST BECAUSE YOUR REVENUE STREAM IS GENERATED FROM ‘COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS.’ YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Consumers deserve companies who do business with integrity and in accordance with the law. Fiverr’s Terms of Service needs to align with the law. Again, your company cannot unreasonably lock people out of their account and keep paid work, payments, credit and everything on the account. We have reviewed the complaint sent in by [redacted]. The desired settlement of [redacted] claim of $300 is associated to an order that was completed by the seller. As described, [redacted] has already addressed her concerns with her seller which ultimately resulted in the completion of the $300...

order. Following that, [redacted] requested additional services which were not included in the $300 service and order (i.e. additional templates and services), for which the seller requested that she submits an additional order. Upon contacting Customer Support, the request made to cancel an order was reviewed and not granted due to the completion and proof of completion of services sent to the [redacted]. Left out of complaint was [redacted]'s related account activity that resulted in the suspension of her account. [redacted] requested sellers on Fiverr, including the seller used in the $300 order, to create an exact copy of Fiverr and quote, "I want the fiverr clone to work exactly the same". Additionally, she requested other sellers to be paid directly and circumvent the Fiverr marketplace and order system, "Can I make payment through [redacted] for the fiverr clone project. I will send you USD 750 out of USD 1000 on your [redacted] account." Fiverr can not assess the damages that may have transcribed with [redacted] and the seller outside of the Fiverr network in addition to the services completed on the Fiverr platform. We will reach out to [redacted] regarding her account activity to clarify the status of her account.

We have reviewed [redacted] request further. Unfortunately he has not followed up with our Support team regarding this order. Support was able to locate his account and asked to confirm cancelling rder [redacted]. As there was no follow up from [redacted] in their request, we have went ahead and cancelled the order and refunded the funds back to him. If [redacted] has any other questions, our Support team will be happy to assist in their ticket request #[redacted].

I ordered business cards through a vendor contracted by Fiverr. The work was done, I was happy and I gave Fiverr the credit card account information they requested. The fee was $5 USD and I tipped the vendor $5USD. I ordered business cards at the after contacting Fiverr. The total bill was $21 and some change. I inquired after the company charged my credit card if anyone would give me an estimated time I would receive them. After several non productive emails no onwe was available to care for my inquiry. I decided to cancel my order and I notified Fiverr. They have tried to sway my decisiion to cancel the order. I think the fact that they could never give me soild links to follow is their demise. After the designer did their work I followed links to pay for it. When the vistaprint icon was selected a message came across the screen that said, Ooops, something went wrong, etc. I couldnt complete the order with the links provided. Now I decided to pay the desinger $5 USD with a $5 ISD tip. I dont authorize anything else from Fiverr.

Fiverr Inc is one of the best market place for freelancer and people that want to start own business with passion.
Thanks Fiverr for ultimate support and make me success from 2012 to till date.

I see that Fiverr refunded me $10 of the $355 I spent on this order. They might as well keep their 10 bucks because I don't plan on doing business with them again. Companies like Fiverr know the game that their sellers are running but in this day and age of making a quick buck they turn a blind eye to it. It's unbelievable how many sellers they have like the one I was dealing with that have a 100% approval rating from 5,000 or more buyers. That's obviously impossible. I've never seen anything like that in any other industry or business in this day and age. Fiverr should know that something is wrong with that picture but because the numbers look favorable for them and their sellers it makes them look more like a legitimate company. Anyway this is my last post, Fiverr can keep their 10 bucks and I will post online and let as many people as I know what kind of company they are.  The so called change that you are referring to is a translation, which is not part of the gig description. There is a difference betweenproofreading and translation. You are siding with the bully and you do need to compensate me for the amount refunded. I expect to be paid for my work.

We have reviewed the followed comments by [redacted] has still failed to follow up in their ticket request but their account has been restored. His account was temporarily restricted due to the fact that he opened a dispute with his payment provider, again another violation they committed which is against our Terms of Service. If [redacted] has any other questions, we strongly recommend him following up in their ticket request.

open by [redacted]. Unfortunately, as mention to [redacted] in her Support request #[redacted], to prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional accounts determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in the disabling of all related accounts. Any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is also cause for permanent suspension of all accounts. Our Customer Support team has reviewed, [redacted]'s account and we can see that she mentioned to another user that they currently have another account, with no mention that this was her sister's account. If [redacted] would like a specific order to be cancelled, she is welcome to follow up in her ticket request #[redacted] and our Support team will be happy to assist.  Due to the violation of having multiple accounts by this users own admission to another user on the site, we will not restore the accounts. Fiverr's Terms of Service states the following: 
Fiverr reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
Violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanently.
Furthermore, we will not be cancelling either of the orders of $30.00 and $73.50, [redacted] placed on both accounts due to the fact that the seller delivered all the materials, they are looking to be reimbursed for. She will be able to access her $73.50 order on her naomim05 account. As for the $30 order it's located on the other account which we cannot go in to details about due to our Privacy Policy.

 Well I've gotten several emails from Sheana saying my account is there.  No explanation for opening my account and then immediately closing it.  I also received emails from someone else stating Sheana was waiting for me to do something.  There was no such email asking me to do anything.  Fiverr doesn't seem to be able to keep their wires straight and I still have not received any explanation.  Today I received an email saying my account was closed, so I don't know what's going on.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] and have followed up with his request to cancel his order and refunded him.

We have reviewed the response sent in by [redacted] As previously mentioned, [redacted] was in contact with Fiverr Customer Support and his desired request to close his account was met within 2 hours upon contact. The time period he has mentioned is simply an initial E-mail message sent by our Ticket Support system with the typical time period on which our Support team will contact him and not the total time to resolve his issue. If [redacted] is unsatisfied with our response time to his request to close his account within 2 hours, we will review that matter internally to help provide faster support in the future. If he is unaware or hasn't checked his E-mail for our reply, we have closed his account and replied to him to confirm that this action has been done as he requested.
