beyond the allowed time period stated in our Terms of Service and Order Cancellation policy ([redacted]). We have advised [redacted] to communicate with the seller in order to reach a mutual understanding. After further review, we have cancelled this order for [redacted] and the funds are currently available on their Fiverr account.

Fiverr offered me $25 however I had to spend over $125 and the site is still not finished as one of the pages the freelancer removed, the "[redacted]" is still not replaced. Therefore the $25 is not enough.
 
Also why is this freelancer still on Fiverr as I sent you proof of what he said and he destroyed my site?

business hours. [redacted] has contacted us via a support ticket and his request to close his account was handled within 2 hours. We are reviewing his original issue with our Product team as feedback to help improve the sign up process in case registering his username and password wasn't clear.

We have previously addressed [redacted]'s customer support request regarding the status of his account. In reply to his complaint, we have followed up with explicit details on why his accounts are no longer active, as well as addressing the status of his remaining funds so that it complies...

As per Julia explanation, I agree, I have violated Fiverr agreement. However, Fiverr holding my "completed" project revenue without submitting valid evidence saying client's complaint. Legally I have completed those two projects within the mentioned time frame and the project draft already uploaded for the first order and the second order client agreed for delivering after making this as complete. because of nature of this business ( writing business plan require much time and it may receive continues draft & corrections).Again, if the customer has any issue with my order then they can contact me via Fiverr message or file dispute via Fiverr. But, Fiverr independently contacting me to cancel the order even I have delivered my work and the second work draft already submitted as a proof to Fiverr. How can I trust them they will just cancel the second order even if I delivered the service like I did for earlier ( I have submitted both projects business plan via Helpdesk as a proof and they know I did the work, even they are not ready to release my own earning either asking me to deliver or cancel )Conclusion: Fiverr is now breaking their own rules if client has any concern let them contact me first or release my earnings that you don't deserve to hold legally.

There is no reason why I can't be notified of having another account before getting denied my access to my account or funds, this is not acceptable. I do not have any other account, if you say so, please, prove it. You guys actually did not give me any valid reason but after going through your TOS, I just realized that using my dad's [redacted] email to withdraw my funds was not allowed. Alright, how am I supposed to cashout if I don't have a [redacted] account? And why did I get banned for that silly thing? I got no warnings, nothing. You guys don't even want to discuss this. You simply banned me and that's it. It's unfair and unprofessional from your end. I have no idea how Revdex.com is still accepting your business model with all the complaints about Fiverr lack of professionalism all over the internet. If you guys want to know why Fiverr reputation is not great, well, maybe you should start looking at your own policies. Refusing to unblock my account for such silly thing is non sense and eye boggling. I had no clue that using my dad [redacted] was illegal until I read the TOS. At least, give me a second chance. What did I do? I'm not surprised anyways, you banned my dad because of 1 buyer who was not happy with his purchase.... sad Fiverr, really sad I put my faith in your website.
