We have review the complaint by [redacted] did not provide our Support team with the information requested to look into this issue until a third attempt. At this time our Customer Support team is currently reviewing [redacted]'s reports that was opened in multiple ticket requests. Once the review is completed, our team will follow up with [redacted] in their current ticket request #[redacted]. She is welcome to send any additional information if she wishes in the meantime, while the review is being worked on.

This service provider distribute a poor quality, every body is a 4-5 star provider, I chalenge you to find some one with good competency!
They making ton of money with people like me and you trying to find some good contractor .... good luck!

We have reviewed the response [redacted] in regards to the status of her funds and account. Due to the nature of her complaint surrounding the security of her account, Fiverr correspond with her request as requested once all of the funds have been returned to [redacted]. Based on our Privacy Policy, we can not openly discuss any further details surrounding her account. Due to the age of her purchases, direct refunds are unavailable per [redacted]'s policy, but we have provided further instructions to her as of Wednesday January [redacted] so that she is able to withdraw her money back to [redacted] from her two accounts. Once [redacted] has confirmed that the funds have been withdrawn, we will then close both accounts as requested.

My previous payments did go through fine. Their response about these funds is a red herring. They are not the problem. On May [redacted], my sales ceased to process correctly and do not show as earned or as pending. It is as if I did not deliver my work, which I certainly did. They then ask me to do computer related trouble shooting I am not equipped to do and keep repeating I have to do it. But I am not an IT guy and cannot fix their systems. I keep telling them I don't know how, but they just repeat the same thing and it doesn't resolve the problem.

Fiverr team has enabled my withdrawal and I am thankful for that . But they have told some lies . I did co-operate with buyer and customer support . I was never rude for first 10 days . I have also given an additional service to the client . But then the buyer stopped replying and also the fiverr support . They take this issue over 36+ days even seeing no reply from the buyer for last 24 days . This is the cause of my rudeness later on .
They have enabled my withdrawal but what about the damage and loss that I have faced ? I lost customers and money . So let me know what they will do for this .

We can confirm that indeed this order was created after the buyer paid Fiverr to create the order, like all orders that are created on Fiverr. Sellers are not directly paid by buyers for their services on Fiverr. [redacted] has voluntarily initiated a mutual cancellation process for this order, as he was not able to perform the services for his buyer. The buyer agreed to the mutual cancellation, which was again, requested by [redacted]. We are unsure of what [redacted] is requesting from Fiverr at this point and we are willing to clarify any information regarding the order he is referring to. Whether the service was delivered or not, a seller earns revenue on Fiverr by completing orders. However, the funds requested to be compensated for originates from an order he voluntarily requested to cancel. As stated in our Terms of Service, Fiverr accredits sellers once an order is completed and if an order is cancelled (for any reason), the payment funds will be returned to the buyer.

I didnt create multiple accounts.I wrote them to explain the situation but they dont read the messages.They just auto messages.Why do I insist on this situatiin if I am guilty...I have worked hard was making good money.I have never created multiple account.Doing so, they are also bahving unjustly towards my eziting cusomers.There are customers to whom I promised to provide lifetime feedback..What will happne know ? There are big businesses with whom I built long ter relationship.I want the proofs that I opened multiple accounts.I have always been good to customers and never offered rubbish services to customers.They need to feel my consent.
I am waiting for a reasonable answer from Fiverr,Inc.I kindly ask them to reinstate my accunt..There are scammers,spammers that are frauding people (crorkservice) but they are still on Fiverr..They are runing the lives of innocent people.Fiverr's Develpment Team already knows that they are spammig users and misleading innocent peopl,ruinig their lives.Am I supposed to act in thi way ? They are top rated seller and I think Fiverr their side as they are Top Rated Seller.

A seller on [redacted] advertised a 55.00 price for a complete logo. When we got to the end of the logo being finalized, the seller asked me to pay more. I reported it to [redacted] as fraud, a scam. They then locked me out of my account. They have my money. When I tried to go to my bank to get help, [redacted] then punished me by locking me out of the account so I could not retrieve my [redacted] account information to provide to my bank. I have contacted them 3 times, they reply with a cookie cutter answer that states I violated their terms at [redacted]. I have no final logo and THEY have the money still. They have no contact phone number. Here is the most recent attempt I made to resolve.
Hello [redacted], I have made several attempts to resolve my account with you. I am locked out of my account. You have my money. I am seeking a resolution. Please review my account. I paid for a service and I never received anything for it. It seems you have retrieved the money from the seller and claim I have some sort of credit with you. However, I am seeking a refund. I do not wish to have an account credit with [redacted]. Sadly, I have no faith, trust and wish to dissolve any account with you. I have sent a copy of my information to the Revdex.com since I have given you due diligence , time and have not gotten a response. This is totally unethical.

This is completely a lie...I have one [redacted] account and I never used my [redacted] account anywhere...I need screenshots ip records..etc...What I am telling is completely true..Fiverr is terminating user account to protect customers however, thay way you are giving more harm than ever to my existing customers..There is a misundertsnading and I still insist on this issue and I will also take other legal precautions against the company.I am an honets person and I am %100 telling the truth...I want a detailed analysis..If the issue is nor resolved via this channel, I will complain other platforms..I am not running after money...I am running after the customer who trust me and who are waiting for my response..I am getting order cancellation messages from Fiverr about the orders I have already completed...This is not a moral way of punishing sellers due to a so-called infringment...I am totally sure that Support Team is making a big mistake...I want a detailed analysis and prrofs from Fiverr..

[They have not refunded money back to the debit card and the seller is still trying to sell to me; when my order suppose to have been cancealed. I want my money of $5.50 put back on my card its been more then 3 business days; an I have checked with my bank and there have'nt been a credit back to my checking account. We have reviewed the complaint by [redacted]. Unfortunately, [redacted] Fiverr account will not be restore in our search results. Our Customer Support team have followed up with [redacted] in her multiple request including #[redacted], #[redacted], #[redacted] and so forth. As we have informed...

[redacted], due to our updated editorial focus and guidelines provided to our Editors, her Gigs will not appear in search. And that we do understand that there are pre-existing Gigs searchable on Fiverr and we are working to gradually remove similar Gigs. Our Support team has also advised [redacted] to creating new Gig and that she will need to avoid creating Gigs like [redacted] follower. If [redacted] has any other questions, on creating new unique Gigs, she's welcome to follow up with us in her ticket.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. As of August [redacted] 2015, [redacted] was advised in their ticket request #[redacted] why their account was disable and that their account will not be restored. After further review with our Risk Management team, we noticed that [redacted]...

[redacted] have been abusing the referral program by spamming users, due to this we've permanently disabled their account for violations of our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, their account will not be restored. We have followed up with [redacted] in their new ticket request #[redacted], informing him when he with be able to obtain the remaining funds on their account. If they have additional questions, they are welcome to follow up in their ticket request.

We have reviewed the response sent in by [redacted]. From what was described in his first point is a result of the poor service offered by a fellow member of the community (his seller). We do apologize for his experience that another user may of caused, but Fiverr does not guarantee the level of service received and rely on buyers to rate their services from their sellers. Additionally, we have methods in place to ensure that low performing users are withheld from our Marketplace until corrective action is taken. Following his report, our Trust and Safety team have reviewed the seller and his activity, where we do not give details to other users surrounding our review as it would go against our Privacy Policy ([redacted]). To [redacted]'s second point, for every order that is cancelled or prompted to be cancelled by our Customer Support team, buyers are clearly shown that order cancellations will result in the funds returning to their shopping balance. Indication that funds are returned to his shopping balance is evident in our Customer Support responses (if initiated from a specific request), in our Resolution Center help dialogue, using the mutual cancellation tool [redacted] used to cancel his reported order, on the order page during and after an order is cancelled, on his buyer payment page, etc. In addition to these clear notifications of where his funds are located, our Terms of Service clearly state our Refund policies as we indicated in our previous response. Lastly, we are not exposed to the payment information provided to our payment vendors, and this information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the payment vendor. We have initiated the refund process to [redacted]'s credit card through our payment vendor and do not own or possess the funds to suggest that a refund was withheld. As we are not exposed to any of his payment information, refunds back to [redacted]'s credit card relies on the policies of his financial institution that neither Fiverr nor our payment vendors can control. We will follow up with [redacted] to advise him on the next steps on how to communicate with his credit card and connect him with our payment vendor if needed to resolve that issue.

Unfortunately, the response is again untruthful. Now, additional problems have cropped up. I tried to suspend some gigs until this was fixed (as I am not receiving funds, nor is my dashboard displaying them). Those gigs and the feedback have now disappeared. Losing all my positive feedback, of course, is detrimental to me. As for "being available" to me, fiverr technical support has not responded in several days. No, I am not satisfied at all.

We have reviewed the response sent in from [redacted]. We apologize if there's any miscommunication or usage of terms that was unclear to him. We have checked the status of the transaction on [redacted] that [redacted] requested to be refunded, those funds were successfully returned to him in the form of a transaction Reversal by [redacted] on November [redacted], 2014. Fiverr is no longer in possession of those funds and can not issue a direct refund since [redacted] already has those funds in his [redacted] account. This can be verified by [redacted] simply by checking his [redacted] account or searching the same Transaction ID that was used to purchase a Gig on Fiverr. We have already added the courtesy funds to his account for [redacted] to use on Fiverr. We will review this issue further with our Trust & Safety team and will follow up with [redacted] for further input.
