Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseMyinquiry was addressed very rude and unprofessionally and I was accused of compromising company integrity by obtaining fraudulent purchases.  No type of rectification or clarity was obtained, only the logistics from a faulty programming system.  A system, might I add, that is quite efficient at victimizing honest sellers, but couldn't Identify previous hack episodes or activity on my account. In addition to mishandling this matter, they have stripped many satisfied customers of garnering great quality services. My analytical data clearly  shows a diverse population obtaining services. It is contradictory to infer such a notion as "Obtaining false purchases".  The lack of quality service and faulty reasoning thereof, is only matched by your apprehensive method of communicating with customers through a mechanistic ticketing system. I have represented the spirit and standards of Fiverr for years, brought many affiliates and consumers, and inspired many in the music category.  Lives are involved in these matters. Its not something you dismiss at the push of a button.  I was forced to withdraw revenue and met with insubordinate response after stating I didn't desire withdrawal.  I simply desired my account to be reinstated to reach my many clients and continue to inspire.I was featured here as an inspiration:  [redacted]and commended for being a part of the fiverr team.  I would think that I established enough tenure that I would at least get some type of communication or benefit of doubt, but instead I was not.One order was even cancelled that I had already completed and sent, but due to miscommunication on fiverrs part, they disabled my account BEFORE my consumer could mark it as complete.THIS ORDER-----> {Hi [redacted],Your order with [redacted] ([redacted]) was cancelled by Fiverr's Customer Service team. Thanks, The Fiverr Team}I don't hold bitterness, I simply fight for my customers. After all, that is what is important.  I simply desire my account to be reinstated and to grow professionally beyond this matter.  I am a good addition to your team as are you to mines.  I have a song writing business and under our IP auspices it is a target for hackers.  Please assist me in addressing this matter once more.I ask for my account to be reinstated and better communication in the future when addressing similar matters. I have sent Legal threats, that if I have not got properreason for closing my account then I will take legal actions.Yes I have sent them all legal threats that they mentioned in previous mail.But I have not started any actions on them because I know Revdex.com will justify mycase.Ask them to prove that I have scammed any of the fiverr people.That is just legal threat because they have blocked my earned money on which Ihave got positive reviews.All the buyer have posted positive reviews and my money is going to availablefor withdraw within 3 days but before it happens they told me that it will beblocked until 45 days.But after I have sent them legal threats, they have immediately contact me andtold me that you can withdraw your money within 3 days.BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT ANSWERED ME FOR WHICH COMPLAINT, WHICH BUYER IS NOTHAPPY WITH MY SERVICES.Even on their Tel Aviv Office of Israel , no one know about who can answer myquery, even they have 5-6 people in their main office (head office as theymentioned on whois data) Please check the screenshot name “[redacted] - After so manycomplaints - they have finally reply” They have poor custom support team, after so many complaintsthey have replied me.Even I have contact their [redacted] account but still my complaintsnot answered since a week of my account banned. Why my account got complaints after they have disabled myaccount? Just because, the buyers for whom I have completed my ordershave some query regarding my completed jobs , but once they disable my account, they cannot contact me so they taught that I have taken their money and forthat they have open tickets against me. You maywithdraw the available funds immediately. The pending clearance funds, due torecent orders, will be available July **. Fiverr LegalDepartment” Check thescreenshot “SCR 3 - agreed to release my payment before locking period of 45days” So,  On July ** - They blocked my money for 45 – days And On July * – They agreed to release my payment just in 3 days(by July **). WHY, WHY, WHY? After de-activation, why they think that I am faithfulperson? This is the reason that they have finally understood thatthey have done mistake but they don’t want to take their mistake back becauseif they do so, I will go for claim for my business damage.  I am the Fiverr Top Rated Seller since the fiverr launchtheir site. I have earned over $43,000 with 100% Positive Reviews.Paid them $9000 as Fees.Check the screenshot – “SCR 4 - 42k earnings” So I have invest their company ($9000 paid fees) and so haverights to know what is happening in their system. Why they still not able to give Revdex.com , the reason ofde-activation of my account ?They are replying about my threats that I have sent themafter my account and money blocked.Why they are still not replying or showing me any properreason of blocking my account ? If Revdex.com, can’t help me in this, I am sure going on higherauthorities.  Day by Day, my business getting more damages, so I againrequest Fiverr to unblock my account and I am giving them 100% satisfaction inall my services on Fiverr.  I will take all myactions back which I have mentioned as legal threats.But if they can’t open my account back then they must haveto face  me in Court.  For Revdex.com, Please ask them to reply for which reason I have sent themlegal threats?Why they are not showing screenshot of complaints for whichthey have blocked my account ?How many complaints after my account got de-activation?Have they give me chance to reply for any complaints? They must have to develop Powerful System which can hearboth sides. They must have to care about Sellers too, not just forBuyers only.Buyers are Investors, And Sellers are TOO.

I never received actual proof of breaking their rules. But the main point is that I just want to retrieve my money, then they can close my account as I dont want to use their service anymore if it is this hard to retrieve MY funds..]

Fiverr has given me the exact same scripted response that they have given me each time. I explained that my [redacted] account has been changed and I have no access to the transaction IDs as they have been deleted by [redacted]. I told them this and added I could verify my identity with other methods but they will not accept anything other than a transaction ID, meanwhile, they are holding $100+ bucks I earned in the account and I cannot access it or get it direct deposited. I have lost faith that this will ever be resolved by this company that will not make an exception for a single dad! Just horrible service and I've never filed a complaint against a company before them. Do yourself a favor, don't signup for Fiverr. Ripoff

account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts. Our Risk team has reviewed [redacted] and was able to confirm this issue. Unfortunately, [redacted] account will not be restored.

When an account is registered on Fiverr, that user becomes the account owner. Transferring ownership of an account is not allowed and qualifies as selling the account. When a user sells his account on fiverr it means he/she is trying to mislead our buyers and allow a new seller (or a seller with low rating) to get an account with rating and reviews associated with a different service and a different seller. It is not the type of action one would think is legitimate and not a violation and restriction is necessary to avoid fraudulent transactions. As [redacted] clearly stated his intentions in this forum thread that his account was subject to sale: "If someone wants to "buy" the account from me, I can think about it. The amount would be something like Revenue times 12." Our Trust & Safety team swiftly warned (in which an email was sent to him from our Email system), then disabled his account for this violation and to reassure that no damages may come to the account in the event another person gained access to his account. Upon contacting Customer Support, he was notified of the violation and when he can contact us to gain restricted access to his revenues to withdraw. [redacted] account will not be restored due for violations to our Terms of Service.

Fiverr’s solution/approach further confirms that Fiverr favors sellers and encourages them to take less than legal action because:1. The inconvenience is not resolved.2. The seller was requested to remove the content and article many times, per messages and original complaint. She clearly states in her blackmail message:”I will take the article down after you accept the Gig as I completed my end of the bargain...I suggest you accept the work and I will take the article down and mov on form this horrendous experience...” (5/*/15)3. Where there are illegalities and misconduct, there are responsibilities, regardless of your policies.4. Solutions have to make buyers whole again.5. I was not given the opportunity to rate the seller or leave any comments, per protocol. Depending on your rating system, it may hardly affect the seller at all, hence encouraging misconduct.6. How can I rely on Fiverr’s customer service when they agree and state that ‘the seller has completed the Gig as described’ despite illegalities?Hence, I respectfully request your intervention re:1. The article to be erased and deleted from the media and internet.2. The removal of seller [redacted].3.No use and/or misuse of my photos and information.Evidence can be provided where necessary. [The only issue has to do with the statement of the facts. I feel bewildered by my experience at the web site. Over the past twelve months of 2015, I've made thousands of dollars of purchases from [redacted], [redacted] and about a dozen other vendors, without any problem whatsoever. Something made this site different, resulting in items being placed in the cart that were not ordered.
Nevertheless, within a day after they received notice of my Revdex.com complaint, I did receive a refund of amounts paid and in that sense the matter has been resolved. I am grateful for Revdex.com assistance, and that the seller did issue the refund;  the case may be closed.]

  I appreciate Fiverr's response to my complaint. I am well aware of their policies and terms of service agreement. In addition, I communicate very thoroughly with sellers prior to ordering, and unfortunately for me, this has not helped. I do not feel that Fiverr has adequately addressed my concerns at all, or reached an agreement to my initial desired settlement. If the business cannot refund to [redacted], I am asking them to please consider what they can do. I mentioned other options in my complaint. My complaint was also very thorough, and I am certain that I am not the only one that has addressed concerns regarding their business practices and marketplace. I hope that bringing light to my concerns and to this issue will cause them to evaluate their current practices.

My two complaints/issues are in line with your Terms of Service:1. INCOMPLETE ORDERSI did not ask for cancellation of orders but rather completion of the 2 orders. requests. This is a clear attempt at manipulating our system, and violates our Terms of Service. Taking into consideration multiple factors, we can not allow sellers on our marketplace who offer poor experiences for buyers. We are not stating that it will take an additional 14 days for the funds to clear, but just informing [redacted] of the process, once the order is marked completed.
