We have reviewed the update made by [redacted]. We understand [redacted]'s concerns, and our Support team had responded to [redacted]. He disregarded our recommendations, was rude with support staff, and did not adhere to our Terms of Service. [redacted]'s withdrawal feature was disabled but it did not affect or will affect his account on Fiverr.com.  Fiverr does not guarantee any sales or business. Each seller must create their own sales. Furthermore, disabling withdrawals has no bearing on current sales or orders, and is unrelated to a seller's ability to work on the site. At this time, all of [redacted]'s funds are still available on his account. As mentioned, [redacted] is welcome to follow up in ticket request [redacted] or in a new request.

Unfortunately this email address was not registered to Fiverr and we are unaware of the email address [redacted] is referring to in order to provide support on the issue. I have never been contacted by Fiverr with the option for a refund.  If a refund was offered, I would gladly accept it and find another service.  I was told by Fiverr that I was not entailed to a refund!  Fiverr is being disingenuous.

We have reviewed the complaint sent in by [redacted]. Upon reviewing the activity originating from her account, our Risk department has discovered violations of our Terms of Service and fraudulent activity performed by [redacted]. Fiverr does not allow users to create multiple accounts to conduct...

orders amongst those accounts in order to enhance the users rating as determined upon review of the payments made to Fiverr in addition to creating multiple non-active accounts from the same email network. This fraudulent activity results in immediately disabling the accounts that were involved and as stated in our Terms of Service, the funds from any legitimately executed orders will be released to the user 45 days after the time their account was disabled. [redacted] was informed of the dates specified and is encouraged to contact us on the date specified to her to learn how to withdraw any remaining revenue.

We have reviewed the response sent by [redacted]. To directly answer his request, our Terms of Service is clear on the usage of multiple withdrawal providers: Your Fiverr profile can be associated with only one account from each Fiverr withdrawal providers. A withdrawal provider account can be associated with only one Fiverr profile. By his own admission, [redacted] and presumed partners are in violation of our Terms of Service for using multiple Fiverr profiles associated to one withdrawal provider account and all accounts associated to that withdrawal provider have been disabled. Regardless of whomever owns the additional accounts specified in this complaint, users can not withdraw to the same [redacted] account and are required to withdraw to a unique [redacted] address. Additionally, the presumed partner accounts and [redacted]'s account ([redacted]) offered identical Gigs, this is again a violation of our Terms of Service, ("Sellers" > "Gigs" > "Gigs may be removed by Fiverr for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials: Intentional Copies of Gigs") and ("Abuse and Spam" > "Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts."). [redacted] and presumed partners have all violated our Terms of Service by creating multiple accounts, created identical copies of each others Gigs in order to manipulate our search results and create competitive advantages over other sellers, and have withdrawn money to the same [redacted] account. None of the associated accounts will be restored to sell Gigs on Fiverr. [redacted] and presumed partners may contact us on April [redacted], 2015 after a 45 day clearance period from when the account ([redacted]) was disabled as specified in our Terms of Service: (Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 45 days, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Fiverr's approval.)

 The confusion may be that my account name is under [redacted], user name [redacted], while my email address has stayed the same at [redacted].  I have requested a change from [redacted] (which was an old e-mail address of mine that I still have access to), to [redacted], but fiver has never changed it.I have contacted Fiver many times with the information they are requested now.  I think it would be so much easier to talk on the telephone one on one with someone from this company and myself.  I do not know why they do not want to do so.  That said.  The problem is that I purchased a "gig" through Fiver which is in essence a job to be performed.  The person who performs the job gets paid through Fiver and Fiver gets part of the fee and also gets a user fee.  While each gig is not a lot of money given how many gigs are bought and sold I can imagine that Fiver earns millions of dollars.  That said, my problem started when my marketing adviser as part of our marketing plan had me hire various fiver gigs for different marketing jobs including website stuff, app stuff, video stuff, brochure stuff, and the gig in question which had me hire a person to review my business (perfectly legal).  Now I paid this person (lets call them seller) to review my business, fiver takes a cut of the fee paid for being the middleman, I am happy with the review and I even tip Seller (which Fiver) also gets a cut of), a day or two later Seller starts blackmailing me and tells me he is going to "expose me" for buying reviews.  I contact Fiver and they will not do anything about it, they will not even tell me Seller's real name and contact number so maybe I can stop him before he does anything.  Sure enough Seller does do something and smears my good name all over the internet on sites like "rip off report," he even attaches copies of the private correspondence we had over Fiver, so I know exactly who the seller is.I file a police report which can do nothing, I contact the seller's email provider which cancels his email address, but I do not know if this Seller could be my neighbor or across the world I find out that "rip off report" will never take the nasty stuff down, so I am stuck with it.  So I paid Fiver for the privilege of letting one of their Agents blackmail me.  While they stood backed and watched.  They could have sent Seller an e-mail when I first contacted them and said stop blackmailing her or we will not let you sell on Fiver again, but he is still selling today, perhaps doing this to others.  What I would like to happen is for Fiver to do the decent thing and not let this guy to sell on fiver ever again, to let me have his name and contact information, he has mine, why should I not have his?, and the money that I paid him for this gig and his tip (this is not much but it would make me feel better).  If this is not done I request every dollar that I every paid Fiver for every gig that I every bought on their site going back several years as they took my money under false pretense that I would be safe from predators like this because they were working as middlemen.  Thank you.

 I do not understand why my account was targeted, I am including screenshots of the website right now showing a lot of users promoting their sales and nothing has happened to them. There are nothing but pages and pages of people selling their stuff in the exact same area that I have sold in. I had excellent reviews and made money quite quickly with how efficient I was in working and everyone was proud of my work. I just want my account back because I worked hard to earn what I earned, I want my money and I want my account.

How can I wait so much time? I already waited for 45 days. You people not replied me clearly. then How can I wait for that much time. Also How dare u tell I can use stolen information to put orders. At this time, [redacted] was refunded back to her payment source due to the disputes being closed out and her account is now active. In regards to her order [redacted], the order has now been cancelled and the funds are now available in her Fiverr Shopping balance.  1. The [redacted] transfer does not work - cannot withdraw my funds
2. Fiverr have insulted me - the Fiverr who you rate with an "F" is trying to project their gross and well-documented misconduct on me and when I try to leave quietly - as usual - their site doesn't work. So I can't close my account and leave. 
3. Unfounded accusations of misconduct against me by Fiverr to cover their incompetence and as usual - lying about the date my account will be re-instated.
4. No mention of the numerous source-code violations I documented - perhaps this need to be passed onto the legal teams of Clash of Clans, et al....
5. Re-iteration of the fiverr policies which, as we can see by the numerous complaints (see Revdex.com rating) and frauds (source-code theft being just the tip of the iceberg) that accompany their activities serve to protect the guilty and punish the innocent. 
Vis-a-vi the cancellations and complaints I have made during my regrettable time with the site. Each one I am willing to go through in detail because they all involve fiverr protecting theft, fraud and incompetence. 
6. I warned them this would happen months ago. A simple apology would have sufficed on their part, refunding my money and closing my account but they had to have the last word and play the Terms Of Service Card. 
7. Finally let's compare my ratings and reviews from customers with theirs:
They have 154 complaints against them and an "F" Rating with the Revdex.com.
They are running numerous criminal scams.
They persecute whistleblowers.
....and so on
My reviews were all positive. All of which have mysteriously disappeared now. Pure coincidence obviously. 
8. Just close my account, refund the money and I go away. I really don't want to be the hero who takes on the corrupt internet behemoth (a la Gawker). I'm not Peter Thiel, I just want my cash back and to forget that the likes of you exist. Close my account, fix your site - maybe both. I don't care. Just make a decision instead of being passive-aggressive, it's getting old.

We have reviewed the Revdex.com complaint sent by [redacted]. Our Customer Support team was neither contacted by [redacted] from this email address nor were we able to find Customer Support request related to her account. Fiverr was not made...

aware of her issues. Fiverr does provide methods for buyers to contact sellers if there are issues with the service, including an messaging inbox system, Resolution Center tools, and our Customer Support team. As a result of disputing payments with Paypal, the account is suspended to prevent abuse as it states in our Terms of Service. We will reach out to [redacted] and activate her account to help clarify the issue.

There is a general misinterpretation in the seller's response. It is not my buyer or customer, it is all in the hands of the business to manage. This is were the business fails to take action but leaves the participants alone. Blocking funds for providers and not refunding buyers is not an option.

We have reviewed the comments made by [redacted] has been informed by our Customer Support team regarding the request to cancel the order and why his request can not be fulfilled. In our Terms of Service, we explicitly state that order cancellations (when eligible) can be performed by...

Customer Support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. [redacted] allowed the order to be marked as complete after the seller sent a delivery notification with proof of the service being delivered as described by the seller. Additionally, [redacted] gave his seller a positive review with the comments of "very satisfied" on his order which is publicly displayed on the sellers Gig. [redacted] is now seeking to cancel an order 9 months after the fact it was marked as complete to his satisfaction. [redacted] has not provided us a reasonable explanation to why he is requesting to cancel the order. We have contacted the seller on [redacted]'s behalf regarding the incident to allow both users to further communicate with each other regarding the order. We will further communicate any necessary instructions to [redacted] regarding this incident.

We have reviewed [redacted]'s request and as a one time exception, have compensated her for her experience in full. As it was explained to her, when the funds from a transaction is disputed and confirmed to be fraudulent, Fiverr cancels the order in order to comply with it's payment providers terms...

of use, regional laws, and to ensure the safety of our users. By doing this, the funds that normally would be earned as revenue and given to sellers is removed from Fiverr's possession. This is a common example of fraudulent transaction mitigation that many websites offer that neither Fiverr nor its sellers gain from. We are currently adding more to our fraud detection methods to further mitigate such transactions.
