I have done absolutely nothing wrong and have been ROBBED by Square Inc for no reason what so everI cannot issue a refund then receive a payment a different way as I have given the merchandise to a customer who does not live in this areaI will be contacting a legal representative to see what my options areThis company is beyond shady and are nothing more than thieves and scam artistsI will make sure everyone I know hears about this

This company is nothing more than a bit theft schemeI have told multiple users about this company and their theft of money for MONTHS from hundreds of usersI have contacted a lawyer and will be filing a petition for all the people this has happened to, so maybe JUST MAYBE this company can stop scamming people out of their money FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! Square inc should require you to be "APPROVED" BEFORE you utilize their service, not after a couple transactions and then they STEAL your money for months for ABSOLUTELY no reasonPeople should just check with their business banking company as they offer many solutions compared to these scam artistsGlad multiple people are leaving their service

I can understand a lot of things in todays societyAnd I can see where they would be cautious to release my funds if I would have typed in the credit cards numbers, But what gets me is that every swipe that was made came with a signature and a receipt was sent to the customer that is about as honest as it can getI guess Square needs to hold my money longer so that they can draw interest of it to better there end of year salesI know that I'm not only one there doing it to I don't think they have the right to holds funds that belongs to youI have a tax number a Business name and I had an account to send it toThere should have not been any problems with what to placeEvery chance I get I tell more people about what square did to me so that it doesn't happen to themI think they are nothing more than wolves in sheep clothingAnd further more I should have just went through my bank I wouldn't being going through this

Furthermore, a message was sent to you on August 10, stating that "Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on behalf of merchantsIf you are unable to resolve this with the merchant, it is within your right to contact your bank who holds the rights to assist you further."

As previously stated, Square is unable to cancel or refund Cash transactions after the funds have been transferred to an individual’s bankPlease consult with your bank for the status of your dispute with them, and Square will work directly with your bank regarding the dispute once they contact Square

I do not care that they deactivated my account, I would never use recommend their merchant services to anyone, they steal you money to use for days even when the funds have cleared with my customer in stead of giving me my moneySincerely,
