They don't deserve any stars. HORRIBLE customer service by representative and supervisor. Hung up on, left on hold for long periods of time, not willing to try to help resolve anything. Will never do business with them at all.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I booked return trip from *** to *** Australia only to find that I had a ticket to *** and not ticket to return to ***. Dallas is where I should get my connecting flight back home. When I rang them they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay a heavy fee to change it. After some arguing they basically said they have no record. I booked this with a friend and we both checked and double checked we had all the correct information.
So now at a late stage we are up for almost $600 just to get an hour flight back home. Worst company ever.

Horrible! Charging $200 cancellation fee on fully refundable flight reservation. Don't use them!

This company stole nearly $7,000.00 from my family. I had to cancel a flight, but I bought insurance with the promise of a refund of my travel plans did not work out. They denied my claim. They gave my a travel credit but would not give me any flights no matter what. After nearly an hour of being on hold to talk to a supervisor, they told me they could not book any flights for me. They refused to do any actual work to book a flight for me.

NO Star deserved, sight requires me to rate with a star......However, Justfly ripped me off by charging my account $1,396 for a $372 reservation that ended up being $480 by the time they padded their fees, all done without my authorization. After three attempts to ask the charges to be credited and to charge me the original cost of ticket, $372, not the $480, Justfly refused and hung up on me twice! I have disputed the charges thru my bank, I don't know if they will honor my claim? *** Airlines were one of the fares, they did refund $329 for the mistaken overcharges of Justfly, however the remainder is still disputed with Justfly not willing to refund their overcharges, as they say "they dont see any charges and cannot explain how the ticket went from $372 to $480? They will not refund any of my ticket!

Cheap but they get no where and service is terrible. They should not be selling flights to American citizens When I asked to speak to someone in the USA they said they had no one. I couldn't understand their accent which was maybe from Thailand.

Worst third-party travel company ever. They booked us on a flight with an airline that did not fly out of our city then told us there was nothing they could do to reimburse us because they sent us an email about the changes. We never received an email and showed up for the flight. We lost a lot of money rebooking and with hotels / rental cars. When we called we were placed on hold for over 2 hours. They said they would reimburse us but then went back on their word. Everyone you talk to when you call is based out of another country, and they could not care less.
Do not pay this company!

Thank you for leaving a review. An email was sent on 31AUG2018 - 10:24 am notifying you to call us due to a change in the itinerary.
Also, it is the responsibility of the traveler to verify the itinerary 72 hrs and 24 hrs before departure.

Extended cancellation policy is a scam. They lead you to believe the policy will let you cancel your flight if plans change. What they don't tell you is that it's only good for 24 hours from booking, which is already your right under FAA rule.

I just reserved a flight only 3 hours ago for specific dates and paid through justly*** I printed the itinerary out and noticed the dates were wrong- when I called to change the dates right away they only gave me the option of canceling for a 75 dollar fee, and a refund 10 days from now! They wouldn't help me just change the dates to the correct dates even when I offered to pay a difference in cost?
They were terrible - I would not recommend anyone use this company ! I'm outraged!

This business is unreliable and takes your money giving you no flights or refund if you have to change your flight! I had to cancel a round trip flight and although they said they gave full credit I am unable to use the credit to book a flight to a different destination on different dates. I am told there are “no flights available” with *** to return from Seattle to OKC on any of the following days - July 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5th!
The phone connection was terrible and I could barely hear or even understand him. I spent a long time on hold and at the end he said sorry I can’t help you call back in 24 hours. This is so wrong. I had no idea I was dealing with such an unethical company!

I tried purchasing my family of four tickets online but continued to have technical issues on their website. None of our transactions went through and I didn't think much to check my emails. Two weeks later when reviewing my bank statement I realized I was charged for four tickets. I then looked through my emails and saw they sent a confirmation and receipt. I called to dispute pushed for a full refund. After a good long conversation, I was told they would settle at $75 a ticket for a total of $300 for our four tickets. All of the remaining amounts would be refunded. About a week later I saw the $300 fee went through. However, I did not receive my full refund back. They held back another $640 which would be $160 per ticket. I called them again to understand why and was told they are airline charges they cannot refund. This was not mentioned at all during my call with them when I first reached out to request for cancellation and refund. On my cancellation receipt, it clearly stated I should receive all four tickets refund plus the $640 refund which would be the full amount, and the $300 that was charged to me. All in all, I ended losing $940 dollars for the issues on their website I encountered but didn't catch when they emailed me a confirmation and receipt. I feel cheated from my experience with them. Lastly, when I'm on phone with them wanting to express my reasoning and why I should have also received the $640 refund, they hung up on me NOT wanting to help resolve the issue.

Horrible Experience. Kept cancelling my booking even though it was done through their customer service. It was a time sensitive booking and I needed to fly out the next day. They wasted almost 10hrs of my time only to come back witht eh "airline could not confirm the flights" and no other explanation. At this point, I had to pay $500 more. All their customer service people have no real insight on what goes on or what exactly is happening, Supervisor *** #*** basically told me go book elsewhere. No compensation or coupon for time wasted dealing with Justfly. STAY AWAY AND USE *** OR

Your customer service agent that first sold us this flight explained we will pay 23.90 for row 5 seats E And F. We chose your company because of the lowest seat prices. Then we called and spoke to a lady who Interupted me while I was explaining and when I tried to continue to explain, she hung up. Then I called and spoke to Stacey, a manager. She said we will try and pay the difference and get your seats you were promised and we will let you know within 24-72 hours. I waited four days. No call back. I will file complaints everywhere I can about this company.

Total scam. False advertising regarding cancellations. They are refusing to refund my tickets although its was purchased with extended coverage. I get hung up on everytime i've called in and have given different amounts for the cancellation fee.

Negative Experience and Questionable Customer Service Care.
We gave our info via phone and purchased 2 Tickets to Italy with a very hard to understand foreign Representative for Just Fly*** who
spoke very fast and hard to understand, I spelled my name for her and she typed my name in incorrectly. (I said cc and she typed ct), when they sent me the confirmation, I noticed her mistake, when I called back they charged me $75.00 more for her mistake. I threatened to cancel and they said they would charge me a stiff cancellation fee for 2 tickets. I've been spelling my own name for many many years! They charged $75.00 and still not resolved.

The charged for unauthorized insurance and changes my itinerary after booking and paying for my trip.

I booked airline tickets with Justfly*** and was hit with hidden fees. I have used many reputable internet airline booking sites with no problem so didn't think to look this business up and read reviews. I should have. After purchasing my tickets with Justfly I noticed a separate receipt from the booking agency. When booking my flight I answered a prompt that asked, "Would you like seats together?" (I am traveling with my three daughters). I clicked the "yes" bubble and that was that. I received a confirmation from Justfly that my flight was booked and a separate confirmation from *** Airlines where I booked my flight. I noticed the additional invoice from JustFly for an additional $95.00. I was charged a "transportation fee" as well as a "seat assignment fee". I called *** Airlines and they confirmed that the flight I was taking does not offer assigned seating. I called JustFly and managed to speak to a customer representative. He initially was insistent that the seat fee was non-refundable. After a few minutes of negotiating he agreed to a refund of the seat assignment which he said will show up in my account in ten days. I was still out of $49.00 for the "transportation fee" of which it seems that they charge for their service. I did not see this listed plainly in anyway on the page where I booked my ticket nor did I see anywhere that I would be paying for seat assignments. Had I been aware of any additional charges I would have booked directly with the airline. This is deceitful and bad practice at best. I'll never book with them again.

I had a very bad experience with justfly. When I got my confirmation email. The agent misspelled my last name on the ticket I contacted back, agent was unable to fix it and I paid to $160 cancellation fee.
Plus they had my credit card info on file and they charged me more hidden fees. Also I spent one hour to book my ticket then two hours to cancel my ticket. JUSTLIERS.

A terrible company. My dispute started when I made a flight reservation through just fly*** via ***, and because it showed on their website the ability to choose premium seats at a great price, I went ahead with the reservation. When I received the confirmation, there were no seat assignments reflected in the charges. I decided to cancel because of this, but they are charging $75 per ticket to cancel. It clearly states on the website that there are no cancellation fees if canceled within 24 hours, which, in my case it was. I feel like I'm being held hostage.

I wish I have the option to put no starts because they don’t deserve it. Worst airline agency ever!!! They are a big scam full of big liars !!! They changed my reservation date without my authorization and took the money of my credit card account because it was saved in their system! When I called to see what’s going on they said they can’t do anything about it and I need to pay $600 to get my old reservation back. I’ve been talking to them for the past three days for hours and no one is helping me !! They keep on hold for 44 minutes and come back with the same information. Worst agent and treatment I hope they will be closing soon and no airlines work with them again!!
