I am rejecting this response because:this business has been rude and skeptical without provocation of any kind on my part the so-called "managers" were accusatory and dismissive to a degree that I have never before encountered from any business at any time during the past years no apology was ever offered for their incompetence and the inconvenience that they caused me for months this is a terrible company I have received a very small refund for the incompetent service I received not nearly adequate

reached out to the local management team and have been advised that both parties have been in direct communication. CWRV Sales General Manager, Steve *** confirmed that the requested documentation has been sent to Ms*** by the unit’s manufacturer. Please note, the information Ms*** requested is not part of the invoice packet and thus is the reason why CWRV was not able to provide the information. In regards to the title, we request that Ms*** forward her trade title as it was part of the original transaction. I am rejecting this response because: This is the second time they have had my motorhome for a month at a time. I do hope they can get it fixed-this is what they do for a living. The last time I was there Kevin the manager told me he would write a check for the amount of the protection plan. I ask him what about the years of interest I am paying on that money. I told him I did not want him to write me a check. Why can't I get what I have paid for and have my four chairs fixed or replaced? They keep failing to mention my four chairs and the protective coat that Mike in the finance office said should have been on there before we rolled off the lot with it. Why aren't they as good as their word?

This is in regard to complaint *** against Camping WorldThe email asking for a response was sent on the 11thWe are in Haines City Florida and lost power on the 10th due to hurricane IrmaWe were without power for a week and it took longer for internet service to be restored and I was not able to respondWe were not satisfied with the work done on the trailerKevin told us we could pick up the camper on Thursday August 17th and he was not thereIt was told to us by the repair guys that Kevin said do whatever you have to so he could be done with usWe did not sign off on the paperwork when we picked it upKevin left one message and there was no answer at his extension when I returned the callMore damage was caused by the repairsblinds were bent and ruinedThe clip on the bunk window was broke offCorner by the counter closest to the door was wreckedThe damage inside the front cupboard was not fixed and still leaking, I repaired that leak myselfWindow below the AC was sealed permanently shutThe man said he told Kevin the seal needed to be replaced and was told to just seal it upValance on the upper bunk window was ripped from the wall and left with a broken curtain rodSawdust and dirt were on the beds and in the bathroomThe outlets weren't working,that we did use before we dropped it off, because of a blown fuseThere were also cans of beefaroni and a tube of sealant missingDo not remember reading anything stating they are not responsible for lost or stolen itemsI could have done a better job on the repairs myself with no extra damageWe were never called with any updates or options for the work that was neededWhat should have been a happy exciting time with our new camper became a miserable headache that could have been avoided with a few retuned callsThank you for your timeJames ***
