consumer complaint (the “Complaint”) recently filed by Bruce *** regarding
his concerns with service and repair performed at Foley RV Center, LLC d/b/a
Camping World RV
Sales (“CWRV Sales”) located in Burlington, WA. We take all consumer issues very seriously
and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attention.CWRV Sales looked into this matter with the assistance of
General Manager, Tim ***. We
understand Mr*** experienced issues with his RV while traveling and
believes the cause was directly related to the services performed by our repair
facility. Although CWRV Sales was not
afforded an opportunity to inspect the vehicle and could neither confirm nor
deny fault or liability with respect to the issues raised, the company has agreed
to offer Mr*** a partial refund for $in exchange for a general
release as gesture of good will. If this
is acceptable to him we request that he acknowledge his acceptance to the Revdex.com
and contact Tim *** directly at *** This offer shall remain open until pm PST
on Friday, November 6, at pm PST and supersedes any previous offers

We forwarded the complaint to the location's management team for review and a response CWRV Sales located in Holiday, FL sold Mrand Mrs*** the subject unit It is our understanding after the ***'s raised concerns about water damage, they were referred to CWRV Sales' affiliate in Lake Park, Georgia for assistance with the issuesThe Lake Park service facility began the process to have repairs made under the manufacturer's warranty It was at this time the ***'s inquired about a possible trade of their unit Unfortunately, they were dissatisfied with the trade value of their unit and declined the trade, despite CWRV Sales GM offering a monetary contribution towards another unit It was also recommended that the ***'s contact Keystone, the unit's manufacturer to discuss assistance or a possible buy back We understand Keystone only agreed to warrant the repairs that were caused by the water damage CWRV Sales confirmed the repairs were completed and the ***'s have taken possession of their unit but have since conveyed their dissatisfaction with the repairs CWRV Sales asserts the repairs were completed to the manufacturer's standards and the Lake Park service facility has followed the warranty process We regret the ***'s continue to be dissatisfied with this matter However, CWRV Sales believes it has made a good faith effort to address their concerns and is willing to work with the manufacturer on any repairs that remain a concernNothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability related to the issues raised in the complaint Regards, CWRV Sales

Nothing in the above response again rectifies, addresses or compensates us for neither the lack of use of product for months nor the reliability that product will last for the term of financing based on the significant number of repairs needed in first months. The misdirecting of fault saying that it is a manufacture responsibility for a vehicle that Camping World bought wholesale, marked up and sold at a profit is something that I or the public should find as dishonest at best. as previously stated we have tried to contact the person that the responses gave usThey are most definitely liable even if they do not admit itI will not travel down to their establishment to be further duped and let them wipe their conscience and the Revdex.com stays cleanI proposed a full refund or a swap for a rv that I can drive with a credit if applicableThey flat out lied to a senior and a vet and should be ashamed of themselves ..if they have contacted so many times as the stated why not go with the registered letter as I suggested?? Why because they are not telling the truth!!! They are a bad business and your Revdex.com should reflect such so that another vet / elderly person does not lose their hard earned money!!!
