management team and have been advised that Mr***’s unit will be repaired at the manufacturer’s facility at no cost to him. When the unit is complete, CWRV Sales’ will transport his unit back to the dealer at no cost to him and will notify him to come in and inspect it upon its return. It is important to understand CWRV Sales has no control of the time it takes for any third party repair center to complete its repairs. Although I finally received the check the day after I got this response, I feel that Camping World is being deceptive since their online Return Policy states that a refund will be credited to the original credit card company where the purchase was made and could take to business days, not a company check that will take to weeks!

I am rejecting this response because:
I returned my RV on 6/17/for the repairs and returned hours later to check on the status of the repairsI was told the repairs were completed but upon inspection found that neither the slide deal or the jack were repaired properlyAfter two more attempts at fixing the seal it finally seems to be okI was told they would have to order a different part to fix the jackI had to leave my RV and now will have to make a second mile round trip to pick it up later after the correct part comes inI would like my expenses for both trips reimbursed.

attention.We forwarded the complaint to the General Manager for review and understand the issues raised have been explained to Ms*** on more than one occasion CWRV Sales denies Ms***'s request for reimbursement as the funds due to her from the ESP and GAP cancellations were used as part of her down payment for her new RV Ms*** is aware of the down payment she offered the dealer at the the time of her transaction as well as how the refunds were to be applied This was clearly explained at the time of the transaction Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific details of the transaction with third parties However, she is more than welcome to return to the location again to review the details of her transaction and confirm how the funds were applied Beyond her coming into the dealership, there is no more information we can provide and will close our file on this matter.Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint or statements filed by Jewell ***.Regards,CWRV Sales
