In early June Camping World was in the process of transitioning to a new order delivery system to better serve consumersUnfortunately, during this process we have experienced unforeseen technical difficulties with orders placed through CampingWorld.com and the Camping World Call CenterDue to these technical difficulties, our response time to calls and email inquiries was much higher than normalWe are glad to hear Ms.*** received her refund and again apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and assure you that our team is working tirelessly to correct the issues

complaints very seriously and appreciate the Revdex.com for bringing this matter to our attention.  It is also important to note, will pass his concerns along to the dealership but our office does not negotiate or renegotiate contract terms with the consumer through third parties. CWRV Sales denies Mr. [redacted]’s request to refund the purchase.   We have conducted an investigation into the issues raised with the assistance of CWRV Sales’ management team and understand that Mr. [redacted]’s RV has been useable most of the time while at the dealership.  This was communicated to Mr. [redacted] on more than one occasion and he elected to leave the RV at the dealership.   CWRV Sales disputes Mr. [redacted]’s claims that the RV was out for service for more than 120 days and asserts the actual days were far less.  A review of the service records indicates on the first service visit, Mr. [redacted] had a scheduled service appointment.  The subsequent visits consisted of him dropping off the unit without an appointment.  Below are the dates for the three times Mr. [redacted] presented his RV for service: -          August 14, 2015 – August 22, 2015 -   Mr. [redacted] picked up the unit to use and was bringing the unit back at a later date for warranty parts on order; -          September 28, 2015 – October 5, 2015:  picked up unit on October 5, 2015; and -          October 20, 2015, called on November 5, 2015 and informed there were parts on order with the manufacturer (door and trim) and the RV was available for use.  He was advised that he could take the RV and once the parts were received he could bring the RV back and CWRV Sales would complete the cosmetic work.  Mr. [redacted] advised he would pick up the unit at a later date. However, the unit remains on the lot to this date. To that end, we recommend Mr. [redacted] contact the dealership within 5 business days to make arrangements to assess the repairs and take possession of his RV.  Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint or statements filed by Mr. [redacted]. forwarded the complaint to the location's General Manager and understand the parties have been in recent communication with one another.  Mr. [redacted] purchased the RV as-is and signed transaction documentation acknowledging he was aware of the as-is nature of the agreement.  Notwithstanding the aforementioned, CWRV Sales' General Manager offered to trade him into another unit.  Mr. [redacted] has elected to keep the RV and look for parts to get the RV in the condition he desires.  If he is unable to find all of the parts, he has agreed to advise CWRV Sales for assistance in obtaining the parts.
