Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I disagree with the statement that the case has been completely resolvedIt is true that my flowers were eventually delivered and that I was finally given a full refund, something that had been refused to me prior to getting the Revdex.com involvedHowever, nothing was done to address my concern over the advertising on their websiteAs mentioned in my original complaint their website has a banner saying stars google customer reviewsHowever, when I accessed their reviews directly from google it was starsPretty much every outside review site has them in a one star range where there website is nothing but or stars reviewI actually tried leaving a negative review for the product I purchased based on my experience and it was not posted on the siteI don't see any explanation for the stark contrast between reviews on and off their site other than advertisingMy personal experience was much more in line with the reviews I see off their site and had their website reflected accurately reflected what their customers experienced I never would have ordered from them Sincerely, [redacted]

on Feb 5th I ordered a beautiful yellow arrangement to brighten the day of my mother-in-law The arrangement was called "Bursting and Fresh" however what she received was nothing like what I ordered Besides there not being one yellow flower in the arrangement the flowers were more like a sad shade of lavender and the flowers weren't fresh at allI arrived to my mothers-in-laws house and was immediately embarrassed by the flowers that she had received (as well as the time they were delivered, which was 6pm) but so embarrassed I didn't even tell her that they were not what I had ordered I emailed From You Flowers that evening and they had promised to look in to it and contact the delivering florist and after I sent a picture and a few emails back and forth For You Flowers agreed to a redelivery at no charge but it is Feb 18th and the delivery still hasn't happened I stayed patient through the Valentine holiday because I know that's a busy time for flower deliveries however I now feel that my business and requests are being disregarded and would like a full refund instead of the redelivery of flowers especially since the time has passed and they will not be as meaningful as the time I had ordered them I am hoping to get this resolved ASAP as I am not one to really complain but this has been a terrible and embarrassing experience

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If I could give them a zero I wouldIt has been a problem from day and I've been battling with them for ever a month nowFlowers arrived pathetic and died in daysI called to get my refund that they promised me and the supervisor said my voice sounded like a women's and she did not believe me so she locked my account and is forcing me to have my bank call to prove that I am in fact a MANAWFUL

While I did have some struggles initially w/my order ( the quality for the price ), I will say they have immediate turnaround in customer service, and in the end, resolved the situation very well with me Thus, I was pleased overall w/customer service/attention, though it required some work/time
