Review: On August 11th 2013, I had ordered flowers for my mothers 60th birthday to be delivered on 8/12/2013. I received a confirmation from Send Flowers that the flowers will be delivered on 8/12/13 between the hours of 9am-6pm. At around 6:15 pm I called Send Flowers for the status and I was told that the flowers were delivered. I called my mother and asked her is she liked the flowers and she told me she did not get any flowers. I was so upset because I wanted to be a surprise. I called back Send Flowers and spoke to [redacted] at 7:30 and he told me he will call me right away to let me know what is going on. At 8:03pm I got a confirmation from Send Flowers that the flowers were delivered. I called again my mother and again she told me there was no flowers. Of course [redacted] never called me back, so I called again and spoke to Bridgette and was told that they don't know what happened but they will deliver on the 13th the flowers again with an upgrade. I told her that my mothers birthday was not on the 13th it was on the 12th. I told I would like to get my money back for the flowers that my mother never got. [redacted] told me she cannot refund my any money until she speaks with the manager of the flower shop. I am very disappointed in the service that I got from Send Flowers. They just ruined my surprise for my mothers 60th birthday. I did not get the service I was promised and I want my money back asap. Thank you. [redacted]

Review: Placed an order on Saturday January 23rd that was to be delivered on the following day Sunday January 24th for the death of a loved one.. By the late afternoon of January 26th (6 pm EST) the flowers still had not been delivered. Called customer service and was assured by a gentleman that flowers would be at funeral home the following day ( 1-26-16) by 10 AM , by 1pm flowers were yet to be sent out. I even called the funeral home directly to check on delivery as FROM YOU FLOWERS were not keeping me up to date by email or phone. [redacted] funeral home confirmed there were NO deliveries made...again I called customer service and after speaking to a supervisor was again assured my delivery would be at the funeral home by 4Pm.......at 9:30 pm I received an email stating failure to deliver flowers once again and to top it off the florist would be substituting an arraignment different than I paid for. It is 7:37 amEST and there are no flowers for an [redacted] at [redacted] funeral home. This order was for two separate flower arraignments , neither have been delivered.Desired Settlement: After repeated assurances and failures of delivery plus the fact my order was changed without my permission I feel a reasonable refund is in order. A grieving family has been denied my condolences because of From you flowers negligence .

Review: Ordered flowers at 11:33 am on 02/09/2016 for my sister in law because her sister just died. I payed extra to have same day delivery. It started that delivery time was 9am-6pm for residental. It's now 8pm and I called from you flowers to ask why the flowers were not delivered and to have the name of the florist they sub the work out to in midway ga. They said they can't disclose that information. Then told me my delivery date was 9/10/2016 as I was looking at the fee for same day delivery and the date of delivery on my receipt for 02/09/2016. Andrew (the rep at from you flowers) said he would upgrade the arrangement. And asked me what time I want the flowers delivered. I told him now at 6pm when I payed for them to be delivered. I asked to have the order cancelled and my money returned and that's when he said they will upgrade. I saw the upgrades they gave other people and I am not interested at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for someone to shut this site down before more people get scammed like I just did. I should of read the reviews before I ordered BC they apparently do this to everyone who orders. I saw someone else write they got a upgrade for the same issue I am having and it looked nothing like the picture that we see when we order. Grocery stores do better arrangements then From You Flowers does.

Review: Website advertises "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". I ordered flowers from this company, to be delivered to my daughter [redacted] on her birthday, August 12, 2014. The flowers were ordered in a timely manner yet were not delivered. [redacted] received a phone call on the evening of August 12th from FromYouFlowers, stating that "they got lost" and could not effect delivery. [redacted] was advised the flowers would be delivered today, August 13th. FromYouFlowers advertises delivery between 9:00am and 6:00pm, [redacted] was called by them after 7:00pm with still no delivery, "lost" and will deliver tomorrow.Desired Settlement: It is my desire, since these flowers were ordered for a special TIME SENSITIVE occasion and not delivered, that FromYouFlowers deliver this merchandise ASAP and refund any/ALL charges to me. This issue has caused me AND my daughter undue stress, the delivering company failed to deliver the flowers on time, and IF they deliver the flowers today, it is no longer my daughter's birthday. I will not be "100% satisfied" unless I am issued a full refund IN ADDITION to the delivery of the flowers now.

Review: I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a friend of mine. However when she got them they looked NOTHING like the photo. From You Flowers offered to give me $10.00 off my next order which I kindly refused because I had spent 61.00 on these flowers and felt they should look like what I ordered. They then offered to send a fresh bouquet. I asked that they wait until they had the correct vase and flowers or simply refund my money and I would order from another company with the exact same arrangement; however, they refused and sent another bouquet which was slightly better, but still nothing like the first. They use local florist and I advised them to never use this florist again. The flowers were so disappointing. Review: I ordered flowers on October 29th for a delivery to my mom for her birthday on November 5, 2013. Order number [redacted]. The flowers were not delivered until November 9, 2013 ... a full 4 days after when they were supposed to be delivered. Requested full refund and was directed to call customer service. Called Customer Service on November 15th and spoke to [redacted]. After being put on hold numerous times, I was told that because my ordered did "eventually" get delivered and my mother didn't refuse the delivery .. no refund would be issued. I said really ... a person is going to refuse delivery of flowers?? Are you kidding me? And because you eventually got around to delivering them .. then a 4 day window is an acceptable delay? Review: I made an order with fromyouflowers.com at 7:45am and they guaranteed same day early delivery BEFORE NOON if I payed an extra $4.99 which I did. The flowers were supposed to arrive at my mother's workplace for her birthday. I tried checking the status of the order on their website and it kept saying that status was unavailable. I decided to call and a customer representative called the driver. The driver explained that because of the rain he was delayed but he would be at her job by 1pm. My mom didn't call me to thank me yet so I decided to call back and they delayed the time to 2pm. My mother leaves work at 2pm I explained to them so they decided to reroute the flowers to her home. They told me the driver would be at the house before 5pm. I still haven't received a Thank You call from my mom at 5 and call customer service again. They apologize and tell them that the driver is delayed and he will be there by 6pm. I explained that my mother has dinner plans for her birthday and this is completely unprofessional seeing as the flowers should have been delivered by noon. They decided to refund me the $4.99 that I paid extra for in shipping. They guaranteed me the flowers be there by 6pm. The time is now 6:35 as I write this complaint and I have just gotten off the phone with customer service. The representative states he is unable to reach the driver and he is sure he is on his way and she would be his last stop. Why would she be his last stop when the flowers should have been delivered over 7 hours ago. He apologized and said he would give me back 20% of my order for the mistake. I am very disappointed. The reason I sent these flowers were because I was unable to see my mother on her birthday. This is incredibly unprofessional and these people should be fined for false advertising. Review: From You Flowers advertises that they guarantee same day delivery if order is placed by 3pm in delivery time zone. Even after paying an additional fee for a Saturday delivery (not noted in their advertising) the order was not filled. Further, it was 2 days later they notified me that the order had not been fulfilled blaming their local (supplier) florist for the error. Their idea of customer service was to send the flowers 2 days after the promised delivery date with a note of apology. When I suggested they send the order complimentary with a note of apology, they objected. After speaking with a supervisor about the situation, my request was again turned down. When I asked for a credit back to my father's [redacted] which had already been charged, I again was refused. I was told that they would need his authorization to issue the credit. Funny they didn't need his authorization when I placed the order and they immediately charged the card! When I informed them I was authorized on the account, they refused again insisting they needed to speak to him. I then informed them that it was impossible considering he had recently passed away. I waited another 24 hours waiting for them to do the right thing and issue the credit - which of course they didn't - at which point I called [redacted] directly to dispute the charge. Suffice it to say, their advertising is not true, their customer service is pathetic and in reality they kept money for a product which was promised and never delivered - I call this theft.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate the Revdex.com investigating the operation of this organization, make them accountable for what they are advertising and offering the public, along with a wide distribution of information about this company and their dishonest business practices. Review: 8/27/2015 PURCHASED SYMPHATY FLOWERS SAME DELIVERY. THE FLOWER WAS NEVER DELIVERED THEREFORE THIS BUSINESS POST FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Review: I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 7 days in advance to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. They never arrived. I called Sunday night they said they would arrive on Monday. They never arrived I called Monday night they said they would delivered on Tuesday with a free upgrade and they never arrived. Now I called back to speak to a manager on every night and no one was available to talk me. The first night I got hung up on. So now here I am waiting for my money back which hasn't happened and mom still hasn't got flowers!

Review: Basically, their site shows you these beautiful flowers, but, what you receive, Looks nothing like what you purchased, Placed 2 orders for flowers for my wife for valentine's day, to be delivered on separate days, at least they got that right. Okay first order comes, my wife calls me from work to thank me, but I can tell from her voice, something was not right, so after talking I got her to text me a photo of them, I was shocked, it was like ordering steak and the waiter brought you chicken. So, I emailed the company a photo of what I ordered and what I received and told them I wanted a full refund(as their guarantee states), and to cancel the order for the next day as well, Can already tell this isn't going to go well. Later that same I get another email offering me a coupon for my next purchase, since I wasn't happy, Again I stated I wanted a full refund (as their guarantee states) and to cancel the other order. So, I call the next morning and go around and around, and back and forth, answering the same questions over and over, with nothing being settled, All she offered me was 20% off my next order, talk about not listening, what next order? NEVER AGAIN, Well, They never cancelled the other order and my wife receives a dozen roses in a box with a vase(site also states florist arranged) So, I am out 129.95 for bot orders from these scam artists. The supermarket has better looking flowers than my wife receive, would be better to buy them and pay someone hundred to deliver them. They ruined our Valentine's Day. Review: I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, to be sure they got there on time I placed my ordered the night before with a guarantee that they would be delivered the following day. The following day I received a message that the flowers had been delivered to the destination we were to be at later that evening. Once I got there, NO flowers had been delivered. I called From You flowers and explained the situation. The woman's response was "well I need to speak with the recipiant, because how do I know she didn"t get them?" I explained it was a surprise and my wife wasn't aware of what was going on. She proceeded to say that her system said they were delivered and there wasnt anything she could do. After arguing further,the lady told me I would need to wait until the shop reopened so she could see what happened. The very next afternoon I called to check on the status of getting my refund back because at this point I paid $40 for flowers that were never delivered. The next customer service rep was equally as rude and said the shop had been closed because of inclement weather. Saturday was sunny and 45 degrees. I asked for a manager and she refused to put one on, she said if on Monday when she called the flower shop and they had not been delivered she would refund the money. Monday evening rolled around and I STILL had not heard anything, I called once again.I asked to speak to a manager and still they would not put one on. I reexplained the situation and the young man said they were not delivered because there was an error in The system on Saturday but that the flowers were in route. This was Monday evening my wife"s birthday was three days ago and they were ordered four days ago. I did not want them at this point I just wanted my money back. He then said since they were being delivered I could not have my money back.I told him to tell whomever he needed to tell to go get the flowers because we were no longer there & it was past her bday. Review: I ordered balloons for my father who recently got home from the hospital. I ordered it (after 5:00) on Wednesday the 27th, selecting the order date of the 28th. At 4:30 on the 28th I received an email saying that the order had been delivered, however it never arrived. I called SendFlowers.com (a.k.a. From You Flowers) and they said that they would call the florist about it in the morning at 9 when the florist opened. The next morning a little after 9 I called them, and this time they said that the florist did not open until 10 and that they would call then and then call me. I did not get a call, so I called them back at 11. They called the florist while I was on hold and they said that a delivery had been attempted, but no one was home, and that they would try again. At 2pm, still nothing, I called again and they said that the balloons had been defective, and that they would send a substitute. 3pm still no balloons, I called again, and they said that the florist was busy, and that it would be delivered before 5:30 (but previously they said that the florist closed at 5). They offered $10 off a next order (I don't plan on using them again) and a $5 refund, later a manager offered to refund the service fee. Now the balloons are 1.5 days late, and have yet to be delivered. I am very dissatisfied.

This was resolved in that the company did offer these things, I have yet to receive this refund, but in the end the manager did make things right. I filed the complaint while on hold waiting for a manager. My husband was able to talk to a manager who was helpful and understanding.

Review: I setup a flower delivery for my girlfriend at 12:20 on saturday 1/25/14. the site guaranteed same day delivery by 5pm to the business I sent it to. After several call and emails back and fourth to fromyouflowers... they not only missed the deadline, but the flowers were never delivered at all. I called for a refund and all they did is try to call the florist to sew what happened. They advised me that they would follow up the next day and never did. I called back today sunday the 26th and they told me the exact same thing. I told them I wanted a refund again and the said due to policy they need to speak to the florist which are closed today. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of 32.98. Additionally I think they should pay to have the flowers dwlivered at their own cost as I have spent alot of my time dealing with this debacle.

I made two orders around the Valentine's Day holiday which also fell on Sunday through the fromyouflowers.com website, and received two emails with order details and confirmed with two payment services I used that the transaction was completed. The next morning I found my account information deleted and through the tracking for found they didn't have one of my orders although the charge already went through. This is not a delivery problem, but a problem with their ordering system.
Then I tried to call their company 3 times and emailed the customer service link. I was told "I can't help you" quote unquote. Again she transferred me to a number that clearly was not being answered on Sunday and lied about it being working. Of course there's been no email response, and the 800 number I found here goes to the same line.
So there's also a total lack of customer service and any method of contacting them about a problem or refund despite the "guarantee" on their website.
Then I came to the Revdex.com website and sighed, 6 positive, 1 neutral, and 77 negative. I should have checked here first before ordering obviously. I don't know how the Revdex.com can hold them in good standing and raise their rating with a record like that, they should lose their LLC license; (I'll see their county Comissioner and formally complain).
It is early in the day and I'll file a complaint with the Revdex.com against this company after I'm sure it's not delivered even though they have no record of my order. So I'm writing this review meanwhile instead. Sending flowers to loved ones is an important and emotional family or romantic experience. Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company. I recommend calling a local florist, they'll probably be the ones fulfilling the order anyway. This company is just a middleman website with no capacity to deliver flowers or anything. Call a florist!
Hope this helps someone else not go through this at an emotional time or on an expectant holiday.

Horrible Experience I stressed how much I needed these flowers to be delivered the day I needed them there. And they made it seem like they can have them there with no problem. Instead They never show up and I never got a call that they were never sent. I called my wife thinking she got them but no nothing at all on this special occasion. I had to call them and get an excuse they could not get there on time due to there was no one available. Id like to feel more like a valued customer but they just cancelled it instead. I will never do business with you guys again.

Review: This is the 2nd time a month that your company has ruined a moment. I was disappointed when a friend that had surgery never received the arrangement I sent but the company was more than willing to cancel the order and refund my money. While this is a solution it does not take the sting away from the fact that a moment was missed for a loved one. This 2nd time I knew I should have used FTD but I had faith that maybe it was a mistake and that the last time was an anomaly. But once again the flowers were not delivered. Although the company has no issue giving a refund of the pending charge, what does it matter when you do something for someone and it never happens. The company really needs to do better because there are too many companies out there that seem to care about customer service
