Review: I was a 1st time customer ordering flowers on line & for my Daughter to be deliver the day she eloped. I received 2 voicemails.. beyond vague and very hard to hear and understand, sounded like kids saying can you call this number back regarding delivery options.. NOTHING ABOUT FLOWERS. I have [redacted] deliveries also. Neither message said the hours of operation or the Company they were with. since I work until 10 PM I figured they would be closed until monday.. Since my daughter does not come back until tonight I had NO idea she did not receive these, until I open an email tonight.. Not only did she not get her flowers or card a credit a refund was added to my account (supposedly) not posted yet.. The woman on the phone was very nice.. I was crying.. This was a sentimental gesture before her big day... so for my inconvenience I get a $15 dollar credit toward another arrangement.. I am beyond upset & applaud at the service received. I am going to let every website know the experience I received & recommend NO one uses your services.. $15.00 and do you want them in 2 days or tomorrow. The $15 credit actually had to go to the delivery fee. thank the heavens, she received her real gift, this was something I wanted her to see and enjoy the day of her stressful preparation.. ruined..Desired Settlement: This company needs to be held accountable; I am including the reviews of others that have had special days ruined by this company: Reviewer So embarrassed! Website advertises same day delivery. Fromyouflowers.com waited 4 hours to inform me that their vendor could not deliver that day. At that point I could not order flowers from a competitor. They refunded my money and delivered the flowers a day later. I spent over an hour on the phone with 5 different people to try to get a resolution. One of the reps was condescending and rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. The number of negative reviews online about fromyouflowers.com really makes me wonder how this company can be accredited by the Revdex.com.

Review: I ordered a flower via their website on Thur 8/22/2013 to be delivered to [redacted] Funeral home on [redacted] on Sat 8/24/13 for my Aunt. Several of my family members gave me $ towards this flower. I recived a comfirmation email saying the flower was guarenteed to be delivered to the funeral home on 8/24/13 as the viewing was scheduled for Sun 8/25/13. When I arrived at the funeral home on Sun, I and my family were upset to learn our flower had not arrived as promised. I checked with the funeral director. So I contacted from you flowers @ 800-838-8853. I explained the situation to a CS rep and was informed that they could not reach the floriest, they didnt know why it was not delivered, and would have to contact me Mon morning to "Maybe" resolve my issue.I asked for the floriest info so I may try to contact them my self to find out what happend to my order and was told they were not allowed to release that information to me per their policy. The funeral service was Mon 8/26/13 @10:30am, and By 9:30am I had still not recieved a call from from you flowers, I called them to find out what was going on. Another rep explained that they were going to call me, but had not gotten to it yet and placed me on hold for 10min, came back and said again that they have no idea what happed, wouldnt give me the floriest name or phone # and asked if I wanted my aunts funeral flower delivered to her home? [redacted]?. Why on earth would I want that? To CAUSE MY UNCLE MORE PAIN AND SUFFERING BY REMINDING HIM THAT SHE IS GONE? hOW DISRESPECTFUL AND DISTASTEFUL. I WAS OFFENDED! Told me flat out that they were not going to be able to deliver it to the funeral home in time. I told the rep I was very upset and dissatisfied by the treatment I reveiced from their company and her respons was well, I can offer you 20% off your order and send you a coupon for a future order with us. I told her absolutly not. Asked for a full refund, was refused when I asked to a supervisor. Unwilling to help and veryu rud!

I spoke to a supervisor. To date I have not received the offered certificate. I feel that considering the situation and how my family and I were treated. A 30 dollar gift certificate is simply not enough and a further insult in my opinion, I feel disrespected, not to mention that again after I verbally accepted the offer and was promised the compensation, I have yet to get anything from them...I have lost all confidence in the company. It has gone past the apology point now. I am not a fool and I don't appreciate being treated as such. I want to take this as far as I can after everything I've gone through and now they lied to me on top of everything else. I feel the company dropped the ball and does not want to take responsibility. If need be I will seek further legal action as I have documented everything, order info, conversations, dates, times, and names. I am very very very upset!!!! And expect a proper resolution for the further pain, embarrassment, and suffering my family and I have endured on top if loosing our loved one. No one should ever have to go through this

Ordered a $87 on June 5th for delivery on Monday, June 8th. I even called to confirm the order. Yes they had the order. We will have the flowers there on Monday. Mon, Tue, Wed pass and NO FLOWERS. When I call, they indicate they don't know why they weren't delivered. They can't get a hold of the florist! I demanded a refund. I will be calling back if my account is not credited shortly.

Review: People make mistakes everyday. But after dealing with From You Flowers today, my day was completely ruined. I called yesterday to have a name changed on my order(about 4 mins after making the order). They told me that the name was changed. I was happy with them because they were able to do this for me, after all I am the one paying them, so why wouldn't they? Today I get a call from this company saying that they actually couldn't change the name on my order and my order will not be shipped on the day that I expect it to. I ordered it yesterday it was supposed to arrive today on the 9th but will be arriving some time tomorrow. NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS TO ME AT ALL. To top it off they wouldn't give me a tracking number.Once again I understand that mistakes are made but woah what a way to deliver a double whammy.Desired Settlement: I request a 50% refund because I paid for same day delivery and didn't get that(I got three day delivery), and they could't deliver the order as I wanted it.

Terrible company - the first time they screwed up I ordered the "florist designed" selection, thinking the recipient would get something unique and lovely. Wrong, it was cheap carnations (and few of those) and green filler. Terrible. They apologized and gave me a credit, so I thought I'd try them again. Ordered flowers for both my mother and MIL for Mother's Day (6 days beforehand), and NEITHER received their arrangement. I have a complaint into customer service, but I don't see how they can ever justify such terrible service or make it right. My moms did not receive flowers for Mother's Day because of them, and I'm not the only one (check out their terrible [redacted] reviews). How can they still be in business? They deserve an F rating.

Review: Service offered is same-day delivery of flowers. They were priced at $49, with $15 in shipping and delivery, and $5 in tax. A few hours after the order was made I missed a phone call stating that no one was home to accept the delivery, so they (person delivering) were going to see if a neighbor could accept it, then leave a note if not. I called back and was informed that a note was left. When I asked why the flowers simply weren't left, I was told they were instructed not to leave flowers outside because of the weather. Well, this is an apartment building. Had they been left at the apartment door of the recipient, they would be inside. The recipient didn't arrive home until much later, and so is unable to pick up her flowers until next week. Two problems here. One, I paid for same-day shipping, and expect for them to be there. Two, the bouquet will be old and wilted by the time they are able to pick up the flowers themselves (which defeats the purpose of delivery). I have called and emailed the company, and have been reached with silence. No one will talk to me.Desired Settlement: I require a refund in full if the business is unable to deliver a new, fresh bouquet Monday morning. I expect the recipient will be at work, and not at home, so they need to figure out how to leave them for her. If delivery is successful at a later date, I would like a refund of my delivery charge, as it was not held to the promise made. I don't see why I'm getting charged for a failed service.

on Feb 5th 2015 I ordered a beautiful yellow arrangement to brighten the day of my mother-in-law. The arrangement was called "Bursting and Fresh" however what she received was nothing like what I ordered. Besides there not being one yellow flower in the arrangement the flowers were more like a sad shade of lavender and the flowers weren't fresh at all. I arrived to my mothers-in-laws house and was immediately embarrassed by the flowers that she had received (as well as the time they were delivered, which was 6pm) but so embarrassed I didn't even tell her that they were not what I had ordered. I emailed From You Flowers that evening and they had promised to look in to it and contact the delivering florist and after I sent a picture and a few emails back and forth For You Flowers agreed to a redelivery at no charge but it is Feb 18th and the delivery still hasn't happened. I stayed patient through the Valentine holiday because I know that's a busy time for flower deliveries however I now feel that my business and requests are being disregarded and would like a full refund instead of the redelivery of flowers especially since the time has passed and they will not be as meaningful as the time I had ordered them. I am hoping to get this resolved ASAP as I am not one to really complain but this has been a terrible and embarrassing experience.

Review: I am highly dissatisfied with FromYouFlowers.com. I placed an order on Friday (03/15) in the morning. Saw on the website that is was going to be delivered by 6pm. I spoke with a young man at your company at 5:50pm that evening and was told by him that the flowers were out for delivery. I called back at 6:20pm and spoke with a lady and was told that they couldnt get ahold of the florist and the flowers were not being delivered. So, how can one person say the flowers were out for delivery and the other one say they were not being delivered. The lady said she upgraded my order and then said they will be delivered the next day (03/16). Needless to say, they were not delivered and the other young man I spoke with said they will be put out for delivery on Monday (03/18). I just gave up and said to cancel my order. I had never dealt with such a flower delivery company that lies to their customers about flower delivery. Review: I would not reccomend anyone use this company to deliver your flowers. They completely ruined my uncle funeral. I paid the extra fee for them to show up before 12pm which they guaranteed, they showed up 45 minutes later than promised after everyone was already at the burial site. With me being unable to make it because I am out of state, it was planned for my uncles sister to read my card in front if everyone since he was my best friend and place the card in his casket do that he may be buried with it. Since they we're LATE this did not it happen and no one can not even find the flowers or the card. At first they tried to just refund me 5 bucks and a 15$ gift card. They did resolve the issue but my uncles funeral is ruined. You messed up my last gift to my uncle. I am affiliated with a huge blog site. Review: I ordered a deluxe red wine colored vase with red roses and pink Asian lilies for my wife’s birthday. However, I received a clear, plane vase with a few white roses, white flowers, and a blue ribbon.

This would have been appropriate for a boy, but not my wife.

I called the flower vender and they promised to send the correct flower that I ordered the next day and I could exchange them for the ones received.

Review: This complaint is in regards to order number [redacted]. I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my boss for her 10 year anniversary. I anxiously waited the entire day to receive her surprise flowers. I ordered the "How Sweet It Is" bouquet and paid extra to have the premium version. The flowers arrived at 4pm and I was STUNNED to see what I received. The flowers looked absolutely nothing like the photo. I was extremely dissapointed, embarrassed, and saddened that such a well meaning gesture was ruined. To add to my dismay, I contacted the company and explained the issue to them. I even sent them photos of the flowers I ordered vs. what I received. The representative on the phone actually asked me to count the number of flowers I received when I told him the bouquet was mostly leaves. This was a slap in the face on top of an already tense situation. They only offered to refund 30% of what I paid. I am highly upset and will not take this mistreatment lying down. Review: Ordered 2 fruit baskets for my grieving Nieces. Asked them to text the fruit baskets. To my disappointment, the ordered product and what they received was not remotely close to what I had ordered. The ordered products showed an abundance of fruit, one of them I counted at least 26 pieces, including pineapple. The delivered product was a fraction of the size and certainly not one pineapple was included. The basket was way too small for a pineapple, but it did have a box of jolly ranchers candy! and a bunch of green grapes taking up space.Desired Settlement: After looking at the delivered baskets, I curiously looked at FromYouflowers reviews and complaints. to find out they appear to be an unreputable company with an abundance of complaints lodged against them. I wrote them a complaint and their fix was a $10.00 certificate towards my next purchase. I would never do business with this company ever again and I feel that I should be refunded the full amount of $109.00. I made several phone calls that day and the following day. Review: on 7/13/15, against better judgment (two previous orders with this company and both times the company failed to meet delivery promises. One issue was reported to Revdex.com and a full refund was issued), I decided to try using From You Flowers once again. History has repeated itself...From You Flowers has once again, failed to meet the delivery promises. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 7/14/2015 and as of this writing and complaint, they have not been received or delivered to the recipient!!! I am furious. No flowers, no updates, nothing!!! This is absolutely my last order with this company.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order as promised to recipient by close of business today, 7/15/2015 and a FULL REFUND to my credit card, as From You Flowers did not come through on their obligation to the customer.

I paid for a bouquet to be delivered before noon today since my coworker would not be back in the office until after the holidays. It never came. I sent an email and checked my status and they said they would resolve the issue within the hour. I called and called and after about 20 minutes someone answered. I asked to have the order cancelled with a refund. He said he could give me 20% off if delivered by 5 but I said no and I just wanted a refund. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and said he would refund the 53 dollars to my card in 1-3 business days. I am very disappointed the flowers never came for her and unfortunately after reading other experiences I'm expecting the refund won't happen and I will be calling them again. I wish I would have read reviews before using this service.

Worst flower company ever. They don't disclose all fees upfront until you are ready to pay. They add a processing fee that no other company does. I ordered a picture vase and it's the cheapest thing I ever bought. I could have bought a vase at the dollar store and printed a picture for .29 cents at [redacted] or [redacted] and purchased flowers from a street vendor for $10 dollars. The picture does not come attached to the vase, just thrown into it. [redacted] poor to say the least! Don't order anything from this company. Im actually embarrass to give this product to my wife.

Review: Horrible experience! They messed up one simple order four times! I ordered beautiful bouquet of flowers and balloons with same day delivery for my moms Valentine's Day late gift. When I called to get an estimated time they informed me the florist just realized they couldn't deliver. Never once did gory outliners take responsibility or apologize. Instead we changed my order to guarantee a later delivery of atleast some type of flowers and balloons to my moms office. Again I wait a few hours and call back and get another excuse of why this next florist can't deliver today. They refunded my same day cost already the first time but I was upset and demanded an answer to why they keep guaranteeing false things. I asked to speak to a supervisor after being offered and upgrade and a discount. First off why would I ever order from you again after never even calling me to inform me my bouquet wasn't going to be delivered. I was the one that called both times an hour before your said deadline. The phone attendant comes back and says they are just going to go ahead and refund everything. Again nicely but a little more sternly, I repeat that I asked for a supervisor. When he finally comes on and tells me he is reviewing the notes on file I question him on why they are having their employees and site guarantee things they can't accommodate. He refunds everything and offers an apology note to my mom stating they messed up and that my original request was for Monday delivery and they couldn't make it happen. He also was going to send my bouquet complimentary. My original order was the upgraded bouquet with balloons. When we had to change the order for the next attempt to send for Monday , we changed it to a different bouquet that they'd fill to order with the money I spent on original bouquet since the new bouquet was three dollars more. Still keeping balloons on the order. The supervisor also assured me he or another supervisor would call me when order was being filled along with once it was delivered to assure accuracy and my happiness with them. My moms flowers arrived. Dinky bouquet with very few roses when I purposely ordered the upgraded bouquet for her to have many flowers in her case. No balloons came. No apology note. And no phone calls from the supervisor. I called one last time just to make a point at how upsetting their company has become. They again blame the florist and miscommunication on the balloons. I don't even mention the flimsy minimal flowers in the vase. They give me a ten dollar coupon. Again why would I order from you again. I'd prefer a re delivery of what I originally ordered along with that apology note to show that you care about your customers. Horrible experience and have no desire to ever order from this company again. Also we looked up the florist they used. The reviews for the little business were horrible too and practically a joke. If you are trying to be a well known Internet flower company, honor yourselves and your customers by using atleast good florists! People were is. After contacting the company via email and phone, all I received was a "sorry for the inconvenience" letter. No type of attempt redeliver the flowers was made or offered.
