I ordered flowers to be delivered 9/26/2016 - there website says for business they will deliver by 5pm - I waited to call 6:08 due to the time change for my daughter, they said they had a delivery conformation for before 5pm- I text my daughter, she went to everyone in the salon and no one received the flowers. She also went to nearby business to see if they dropped off there and no one received there either. I called back and they said they would try and get in touch with the flower shop, this was at 6:25 but they could not get a hold of anyone but they said they would keep trying and they would call me back. I then called at 6:49 and they still had not heard anything and she said the flower shop says closed and she would look into it. I then called this am on 9/27/2016 and they said again they would look into it and I said I wanted a refund and an explanation would be nice . In the meantime today my daughter got what somewhat was an interpretation of the flowers delivered to her but this is to late period. A lady called and I explained I wanted my money back and she told me to do this she would need to pick the flowers back up. I said fine go ahead. Just low class. not only did she not get her flowers on her birthday, the flower shop made a sad attempt to fix there mistake and now she has to pay but I want my money back due to I paid for the item to look a certain way and to be delivered on 9/26/2016 period

[redacted]  PS. In fact, the seller's conduct is not satisfactory here. They write that the problem has been "completely resolved." Well, in some sense this is the case, since we managed to recover our money. However, what remains evident is that the company only behaved as it did because it was "caught;" that is, they refunded the money and made a worthless good-will gesture only because we could prove that no flowers of any type had been delivered despite their having charged my credit card for such a delivery.My feeling is that this company regards this as a cost of continuing to do business in an unethical manner. Based on many reports (Revdex.com and others), their products are often substandard if they arrive at all. I bet that they make money by "making amends" when caught, given that they get away with this behavior so frequently.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
While I accept and appreciate the credit,  and I thank them for taking this step, I am not satisfied.  In my correspondence with them, I thanked them for the credit and said I had no need to speak on the phone.  I never expressed that their response resolves my complaint.
In short, they used misleading marketing to upsell me on the vase.  I was duped, I called them on it, and they refunded my money.  But as long as they continue to use deceptive sales practices, how can I accept their response as solving the issue?  How many more people will be fooled into buying this vase?
As for the gift certificate, it is moot as I do not plan on using their services unless they adjust the manner in which they describe the "custom vase" on their website.
