I am writing in regards to Case ID: [redacted]  I have reached out to the customer and provided the delivery confirmation we received as well as a copy of the manifest that was provided to us by the local filling florist.  We have refunded the order in full and as an extended apology have created two complimentary arrangements to the value of $65.00 each.  We have provided everything the customer requested and the offer for the complimentary arrangements will stand. I am rejecting this response because:  it is true that someone from the company contacted me to state that the order was not processed because it was declined.  I asked how could it have been declined when the funds were showing processing through my account.  The company contact told me to check again, that the funds have been returned and the their company did not capture the order.  The funds were later reversed in my account.  My question is:  If the order was declined as she stated, then why would the funds have been in the processing stage with my bank AND if she didn't know that funds were being processed, why would she tell me to check with my bank knowing that the funds were returned to my account.  I think they know they screwed up an order, and instead of admitting to their mistake, they turn it around on the consumer.

My Mom was not well and so I ordered her same day flowers before 9 am on Monday. They called me to tell me they don't have the exact arrangement and asked if they could substitute. I told them sure and asked when they would be delivered. She told me they deliver until 6 pm that day but they couldn't give me an exact time.
She then called back at 2:15 and told me they stopped deliveries for the day and that my bouquet would not be delivered until Tuesday. I told her this is not acceptable and that I really needed the flowers to be delivered today. They offered to send a bigger bouquet and I told them I wanted a refund. They told me they would give me 15% refund and delivery the flowers on Tuesday.
I got the refund today and it was $4.20 when my total purchase was $45.67. This is less than 10%! I emailed them and they responded that it was 15% off of my product total which was $27. I will never do business with this company again. They should be ashamed at their service that they offer.
