First phone call was to state the order did arrive that night. I still didn't receive a delivery confirmation from anyone. My son wasn't there so he didn't know till this afternoon 7/14.Still had words about how I ended up at their com. from the original order placed at "Balloons.net" Left off with, Have a nice day. Several minutes later she called back to say she will give me a full refund because she can see there was so much "internet confusion". Once again that 800 number leads to all of the other sites, that's the confusion. Talked with my son and he was happy with the balloons. They had put them in the back to surprise him when he came in today. Thank you for stepping in to quit an upsetting situation.     [redacted]

BUYER BEWARE from you flowers is a total rip off. #fromyouflowers I would like to personally thank you for not only providing me with the WORST customer service but for not going through on your offer to correct your error. No one let me know my flowers were not delivered Friday, when I called in to see why the agent made me feel like I was annoying her by calling in. Here we are Monday afternoon and the flowers still have not been delivered.
After I email again to see whats going on I get an response offering a full refund AND a complimentary arrangement sent, I accept the offer then ask when it will be redelivered, to which I get a response from Stephanie S. stating "only a refund will be given and no arrangement sent but please keep us in mind for future orders." Wow. Going forward you should not offer to as you did to correct YOUR error and set the improper expectation: "We have every intention of providing the best solution available to resolve the issue as soon as possible and regain your confidence in our company. Therefore, we would like to confirm a full refund and to offer you a complimentary florist designed arrangement to show how deeply sorry we are for the substandard service demonstrated by our company." Wait just kidding we are going back on our word.
Looks like FromYouFlowers does not really care. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I found out that 4 people I recommended them to this past week ALL had horrible experiences and some never got their flowers either. Way to fail on the biggest holiday in your industry of the year. Worst customer service EVER.

The most disfunctional company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Placed the order to send to my girlfriend three days before Valentine's Day to be delivered the day before Valentine's because apparently they charge more for delivering on the actual holiday (despicable). So I get a call on Friday the day before it was due to be delivered and they claim they have a problem locating the address. I tell them that it's a new build house but I assured them I just looked it up on [redacted] Maps and it popped up no problem. She said she will let the florist know that it works through [redacted]...fine...simple misunderstanding. So then I get a call the day it was supposed to be delivered (yesterday) at around 4pm by customer service once again. She was claiming the same thing the lady I just spoke to the day before was. I now tell this CSR that I had the same conversation the day before and she tells me there is nothing in the notes that that conversation ever took place. She was very apologetic and put me on hold while she called the florist to confirm they were aware of the address situation and that it would be able to be delivered by Sunday, Valentine's Day. She comes back on the line and let's me know she took care of it and for my troubles she was giving me a free upgrade to include flowers and chocolates, a 15% discount on my current order AND a $15 gift certificate. Woohoo! Awesome rite?? NOPE! GUESS AGAIN!! It's now 3:30PM on Valentine's Day and I just received another phone call from their customer service saying the florist could not find the house and it will not be delivered. I told her to get me in contact with the florist themselves and I'll deal with them myself. She said she had tried calling them herself because she already had the right information but they would not answer or return her message. This is more a dig at the florist that's behind the scenes. But you gotta question the professional integrity of any broker who is willing to do business with these it florists. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and my girlfriend who is on the other side of the country will not be receiving flowers from her loving boyfriend on Valentine's Day. THANK YOU FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM AND UNKNOWN STUPID FLORISTS!!!!!
