As an extended apology on behalf of our company we will also be sending out another complete order as well as a gift certificate. The customer was pleased with this resolution. I am rejecting this response because: 
I was told the arrangement would be delivered the original date then got a phone call telling me it would have to be the next day and they would credit a full refund (because it had to be next day) which I did not receive!!!!  The so called arrangement was not the big arrangement ordered and also was to be a letter of apology with the order and there was none so this is not resolved and very dissatisfied when someone says they will refund the full amount and does not do that!!!

Do not use this service if you need flowers delivered at a certain time or during a busy holiday such as Mother's Day. They have repeatedly failed to deliver flowers on Mother's Day for me despite upcharging me on their website for their service. Although this business represents on its website that it is "the same day delivery experts; if you need flowers delivered today there is no better choice than From You Flowers," on Mother's Day 2014 and 2016 it failed to deliver the actual flowers I purchased to my mother. While it is clearly my fault for using the same service twice, I expected that after dropping the ball in 2014 it would have cleaned up its service in 2016. That was my mistake; I hope no one else emulates it. Simply put, From You Flowers cannot deliver flowers on Mother's Day, despite their promises that they will and despite charging more for this so-called service.

FRAUD , BAIT & SWITCH, placed order on May 7, 2015 for Mother's Day and now May 13,2015 and delivery still has not been made . Every day it's been another excuse why delivery can not be complete. After reading [redacted] reviews and [redacted] consumer reviews 653 reviews have all said the same as to my experience . Wish I would have read these reviews first before wasting my time with this incompetent company who should be SHUT DOWN . You will never receive flower arrangement image you select it's only a suggestion and instead you will spend 70.00 plus for rotten flowers or an arrangement you can grab and go from your local grocery store .. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS . All affiliated with this company [redacted] ,any local flower shop should refuse orders from these fraudulent poor excuse for a business and stop all dealings with from you flowers.

The business both called and emailed after they received the Revdex.com complaint notice. They had voided my transaction after receiving my email demanding that they refund the order because it was never delivered. However, as I told the business, no one EVER communicated with me. I had called 3 times and emailed directly once and emailed twice through an online form on their website. I never received a call or email until AFTER I filed the Revdex.com complaint. I DO appreciate their resolution (cancelled the transaction and then delivered flowers to my mother for free - it was her mother's day gift that they failed to deliver initially). However, the lack of communication until after the Revdex.com complaint is disappointing. Once the Revdex.com complaint was filed, I received prompt communication and, after they delivered the flowers, I received both a call and email to ensure all was well from supervisors. This thorough response to the Revdex.com complaint is appreciated. However, I will not use them again nor will I recommend them because (1) they failed to deliver my initial order and never did explain what happened and did not contact me regarding this. and (2) TERRIBLE communication - never called or emailed until AFTER a Revdex.com complaint was filed. 
I certainly am glad we have Revdex.com to assist in such customer service failures as this.
