on behalf of the recipient. The recipient called in to our company requesting the customer’s information as she didn’t know who sent the flowers. We were able to get in contact with our customer and the customer doesn’t want the information released. Due to our privacy policy we are unable then to provide the recipient with the customers information. However, we are able to release this information if the recipient contacts her local authorities and they fax over paperwork to us. We had a Supervisor reach out the recipient to explain the procedure. Once the local authorities have been contacted they just need to fax us over a request for this information on letter head and we can go ahead and release any information on the order she needs.  The recipient has let us know she does not want to do this just wants us to release the information which unfortunately we cannot do. We will be happy to help once we receive the proper documentation from the authorities. We would like to consider this case closed as there is nothing further we can do to assist without the proper paper work. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews here...an A+ rating is grossly overstated for this company based on the numerous reviews and my own experience.
Long story short, I ordered flowers for same day delivery, by 6, around 12:30pm on Jan 6, 2017. Order proces went fine. By 8pm flowers had not been delivered. There was no way of checking status. I contacted From You Flowers this morning and they apologized as they had transcribed my phone number incorrectly (therefore no phone contact, even though they had my email address). They said the local florist would deliver them immediately. I stated that it had to be within 2 hours which they said would be fine. After 2 hours I called back to cancel the order and was offered a discount. As I was leaving for the day I said I just wanted to cancel the order. I was put on hold twice for 10 minutes and 6 minutes as she did something with my order. She finally did come back to confirm the cancellation
I understand that things go wrong, but the numerous failures with this company, and lack of coordinated recovery was the real problem!

I trusted From you flowers to make my mother's birthday special. I paid extra to get the expedited service and now her birthday has passed and she still has NOT received the flowers I ordered! I went to track my order on their website, and it says my order hasn't even been confirmed by a florist. Why would I even want the flowers now after they ruined my mother's birthday?! As I'm writing this review, it's been 10 minutes and I'm still on hold. Not doing business with this company ever again.

The company's initial reply to the Revdex.com stated that they would deliver yesterday and now they are saying today; however, it has not been delivered yet. The close of business is in an hour. My concern is whether or not it will be delivered today. It is a week late!
