I am rejecting this response because:
I wasI was I was contacted by somebody from your corporation and several times we requested a refund period finally after the third request we got one yet we're still being contacted by your company to buy flowers from you. We will never purchase flowers from your company again. What you pay for does not get delivered and your corporation will never be recommended by us so please stop contacting us.

This case has been completely resolved. We were able to get into contact with our customer again. The customer did let us know the resolution and her response crossed each other and she was pleased with the original resolution. We have credited back the order in the full amount. We have set up two complimentary arrangements on behalf of our company for the inconvenience we have caused. We sent out one complimentary arrangement valued at $50.00 to be delivered to the recipient. We also let the customer know she can have a future complimentary arrangement valued at $40.00 to be delivered any time to any recipient of her choice. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do regarding this case. Thank you

response because:  I was refunded my money, so I am satisfied with that.  However, this business practices deceptive advertising.  Items pictured on their website that I purchased were not replicated by their florists.  The florists subbed in items that weren't even close to the purchased and pictured items.  The arrangements delivered were smaller, used inferior flowers/plants, and colors that were unsuitable for a sympathy arrangement.  Had I not had the recipients send me photos of what they received I never would have known that I had been ripped off.  Also, they removed my negative review of the arrangements I purchased.  They only keep reviews on their website that are 4 & 5 star misleading the public into thinking they are a better business then they are.  This business should be investigated.

I am rejecting this response because:They have refunded the money. But it took them a week to do so after I filed a complaint. And they have sent me email and simply told me to contact their general customer service line that no one picks up the phone. I responded three times and told them this only to get the same generic email. I'm satisfied to get my money back but due to their incompetence and lack of customer service, I won't be doing business with them ever again. I want this formal complaint to be kept on file as a warning to future customers. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Although I do appreciate the complimentary floral arrangement.  It was only done after I reported the case to the Revdex.com.  You spoiled my special occasion by confirming my flowers would be delivered on Sunday and then reneged and said Monday and then on Monday you said you could not deliver them all.  I already requested that as a result of your breach of agreement that you use another vendor to ensure prompt delivery of my floral arrangement and it wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com that you decided to comply.  I do not expect anything further from you but wish to have the complaint charged against you so other potential customers may see what others have experienced

Revdex.com:I don't have anything to say to this company whatsoever, so why they keep calling and emailing me "after" the fact, is beyond me.  My wife's birthday was March 6th and I couldn't get anyone on the phone or to reply to my desperate emails.  After March 6th, all I simply wanted was a full refund which I recieved on March 8th.  The only reason they finally decided to contact me was b/c I reached out to the Revdex.com. Otherwise, I'd probably still be trying to get a refund or a response from them.  Thanks for nothing and basically ruinging my wife's 35th birthday fromyouflowers.com  And pls STOP spamming me; her birthday is OVER.Sincerely,

Company charged me 73 dollars for arrangement and order was nothing that looked on the picture. They delivered 2 small separate bouquets with few dead flowers and left on the door steps. I tried to call customer service 4 times and each time I was on hold from 50 to 70 minutes and nobody able to answer. Contacted my credit card company to help me to dispute charge. These people, that company is a major scam.

I’m writing in regards to case ID [redacted]. At this time we have tried to resolve the issues with the customer but have unable to do so. We have delivered two baskets and refunded the order in full.
