I was absolutely not satisfied with their response and there  was no complimentary order sent.  I made it very very very clear I was not satisfied.  There was no complimentary bouquet either.

We have left several messages and tried contacting them via email and haven’t heard a response back as of today. At this time we have gone ahead and refunded this customer in full for their order, extended a $20.00 gift card and successfully delivered the recipients arrangement. The flowers my mother received are not what I ordered. I could have bought a better bouquet from the grocery store. I bought a bouquet of gerber daisies and roses for mothers day, but it was only 2 roses and no gerber daisies. It mostly filler ferns and baby's breath not worth the money at all. Customer service still has not responded to my complaint. Will never use them again!

I'm writing about a Valentine's Day delivery that was never delivered. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! The flowers never came and when I called, I waited on the phone for 30 minutes. The repeating message said "We are unable to confirm deliveries on the phone at this time. Please check the status of your delivery online" or to email them. I checked the status online and all it said was delivery scheduled... not helpful... I also emailed them and they said they would get back within 4 hours (it's 6:30pm - also not helpful!). When someone from customer service finally answered, they said the florist they placed the order with didn't open until 5pm... excuse me? Is that a joke?
Sad that they would treat their customers so horribly and mess up a special delivery. Never order from this company!
