Resolution was a full refund for the next day delivery of floral arrangement I purchased online that was not delivered. Terrible company. Don't use them. They delivered a bunch of dead and broken flowers last Friday including long stem roses, spray roses (all brown) & gerberas (with broken necks). I called to complain on Monday (waited on hold for 20 mins). They redelivered on Tuesday: more broken & dead flowers: one tiny rose & 10 spray chrysanthemums, so much lower value than the original order.
I spent 40 minutes on the phone and the only solution offered was to contact the family member who sent them thereby making a bad situation worse.
I think they rely on recipients being reluctant to complain about a gift so they can make money by delivering a terrible service.
