Ordered flowers for my neighbors moms funeral, got email saying flowers were delivered, went to funeral and the flowers I ordered were never delivered, even checked with funeral home who keeps list of all flower deliveries and they have no record of ours being delivered. Emailed and called and was told on phone that I would receive call back and have heard nothing. Totally feel like my money was just stolen from me and completely embarrassed that the flowers weren't delivered.

I’m writing in regards to case ID [redacted] At this time we have tried to contact this customer multiple times in regards to this case. I called him on 10/28/16 at 11:57 a.m.EST and left a voice mail and sent him an email to contact us.  I called again on 10/31/16 at 12:33 p.m. EST and left a voice mail and sent an email. Again, on 11/1/16 at 12:13 p.m. EST I left a voice mail and sent another email.  I provided my direct line each time and my email so it would be easier for the customer to respond and to date I have had no responses.  On 10/27/16 at 9:59 p.m. EST we Voided the transaction for the full amount of $$74.96.  This usually takes 1-3 business days to appear in the customers' account.  Today, 11/4/16 at 12:57 pm. EST I called the customer again and left a voice mail and I have emailed confimation of the Voided transaction for his records.  We delivered the arrangement free of charge and it was signed for by the recipient on 10/2/16 at 9:13  a.m. Mountain Time.  Please let me know if there is anything else we can do regarding this case.

I purchased "Fall Harvest Celebration" and paid extra $16 to upgrade them to Premium. A total $65.91.
Included extra $3 for same day delivery. I got an email stating that the bouquet had been delivered. We went crazy asking different staff at the hospital looking for the flowers. In fact, the company knew they hadn't delivered the flowers. When I called them the next day they said: "Yeah, our van had an 'accident.'" Finally, when they delivered the bouquet, they were entirely the wrong flowers and not the Premium bouquet either. Also, because they had been prepared the day before and failed in delivery, the lowers were withered. I basically paid $65.91 for rubbish. And wasted about 50 min. on the phone being put on hold indefinitely.

Please don't throw your hard-earned money to this dishonest company.

am rejecting this response because: This complaint was not filed in hopes of a credit. The company admitted that their rep cancelled my order the day I placed it. two days later when I called about the delivery and spoke to TWO Reps, neither one released the Truth that THEY (the company) cancelled my order. They covered it up by putting blame on the shipping ([redacted]).  I was ONLY advised of this truth AFTER filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and leaving a complaint with the company supervisor!! I have the emails to prove this! This case should not be closed. Something needs done within this company! I did not accept the $50 credit, for I would never use or recommend anyone use this company.  Trying to buy your customers off as an apology is NOT RIGHT!! Sincerely,[redacted]
