I am rejecting this response because: It is apparent this is going nowhere.  I can go around forever with this online floral business.  I do not need to have conversation with them; I finished talking with them when they neglected to follow through on their obligation to deliver the flowers I purchased for my sister's funeral. What I have requested from the Revdex.com is that they bar this business from advertising their services at online obituary sites.  If this can't be done, then I am sorry for the next customer who goes through the pain and embarrassment I felt as a result of this company's failure to perform.

I'm so upset. I paid over $60.00 and my delivery was not what I paid for. It was suppose to be a nice birthday present and they delivered a product that didn't even come close to what I paid for..I'm so heart broken.

I orders a teddy bear for my 4year old grandson it was same day delivery we'll I tried to track it but that was a joke kept saying that they have not been contracted about delivery yet so never got delivered yet well I order it early yesterday morning they tell me that the order wasn't sent out in time and give me a discount like that helps my grandson any and today I called and they said they called the people that really does the work and they said they will do it first thing wroug this lady that doing it told me in the morning hours that she had a funeral. JOKE I couldn't even get them to answer the phone stayed on hold now. 20 + mins.So I acted like I was going to place a order and they answer then imagine that .They just tell you what you want to hear.All in All Stay away from this company.Just out for the money lies lies lies oh yeah and I ain't even getting what I order and nobody told me .and it also doesn't do any good to email cause guess what no reply I tried that three times and nothing oh well I'll know next time .beware all

Our customer [redacted] and  has accepted a complimentary arrangement valued at $75.00 to be delivered to her on March 25th on behalf of our company. We are very happy that she is allowing us to further resolve the issue for her. We would like to consider this cased closed at this time. I ordered flowers on 5/5/2016 to be delivered on 5/6/2016. I received a call from For You Flowers on 5/62016 stating they couldn't find a local florist to deliver for Mothers Day and that they could on Monday 5/9/2016. That date came and went and no flowers. I tried to call and couldn't get through to a costumer service rep. Was on the phone over an hour. Called back finally talked to someone and they said they would wave the delivery fee plus upgrade the flowers. Promised delivery for Tuesday then it was Wednesday and still no flowers. Sad that they were for Mother's Day and here it is a week later and still no flowers. What a scam!!

Nothing as presented . Said Friday delivery, and it was Sunday, flowers were 50 % of what I paid and what was picture. This is a bad business and not sure how they showed up on [redacted] search. Do not order from them. I should be fully refeunded.
