Review: Non-delivery, no attempt at resolution.
When I contacted the company regarding non-delivery, was told well that's the address we had, UPS left it on a porch, and UPS will not go back and re-deliver. No, "I'm sorry", "that's unfortunate", no attempt at ANY resolution. I never heard of UPS delivering "a floral arrangement". What, rolling around in their truck?Desired Settlement: Refund; I don't want to ever use this company again. Should have checked with Revdex.com first, lesson learned.

I have tried to contact the customer several times in regards to this case. I left my third and final message letting the customer know we are committed to resolving this issue and would like a call back at their earliest convenience. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do regarding this case. Thank you.
Review: The [redacted].com website allows users to select the date of delivery, but nowhere on the site is the customer informed that there may be severe delays with shipping the order. I placed my order on Tuesday November 26 and was allowed to select November 27 as the delivery date. My order was confirmed as being processed by email on the 27th. However it was not delivered. Until today, November 30, my order has still not been delivered, and after communicating back and forth, and being told there were issues with the local florist/supplier I am now told it will be Monday, December 2 before delivery. I canceled the order and requested a full refund as the flowers would be insulting to be received so late at this point. The website needs to be updated with disclosures. It should say that there is a possibility that the flowers will not be delivered on time, and give the scenarios why before the customer proceeds with payment. If delivery to a rural area, the holiday season, suppliers, or even weekend delivery would be a problem, I should have been immediately notified before payment, preferably via popup. Had I known this, I could have made a better formed decision about whether to make the purchase originally and been saved a great deal of embarrassment for missing the sending of congratulatory flowers for a very important personal event that I could not attend.Desired Settlement: [redacted].com has informed me that they initiated the refund process on November 30 and that it would take 1-3 business days to refund 100% of payment back to my Paypal account. Therefore no settlement is requested at this time.

Review: I ordered flowers from this company and they have a hidden box on their site to sell your information to a company called [redacted]. Suddenly I am getting magazines sent to my house that I have not ordered. I called the number of the magazine and was told that I need to call the third party [redacted]s. I try calling them and all you get is recordings. I have emailed them and requested that they cancel any magazines, not use my credit card and remove all information. I want this company and [redacted]s.com sued, shut down, reported WHATEVER IT TAKES TO PUT THESE [redacted] OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sorry I tried to use what I thought was a reputable company to order flowers for my new granddaughter.Desired Settlement: Confirmation my credit card is not being billed, refunds if required and both companies put out of their illegal businesses.

Review: I ordered flowers for a birthday, and the bouquet cost $65. I also paid a $14.99 service fee, a $2.99 Same Day/Weekend fee, and an additional $4.99 for expedited service. A day later, they still have not arrived, and the event was ruined.I phoned Customer Support to complain, and the woman I spoke with offered to refund the $4.99 and then promptly hung up on me. I haven't heard since then. This business should not be Revdex.com accredited. Complaint after complaint come in to this company, and no one is requesting anything but refunds--refunds don't solve the problems this business has!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on this.

Review: First, I received my flowers and they were not the flowers I ordered. I also ordered balloons and did not receive the right color or amount. I was charged for two but only received one. After filing a complaint online and calling there customer service, they want to pick up the old flowers and replace them with different. No refund for my over charge on balloons. THEN I checked my back account and noticed they charged me 3 times for my order! My order was 68.97 and I currently have three pending charges in that amount. I called the company and they claim they are "pending" charges and will go away. It has already been 3 days since I placed the order. I am very un happy and I want to be fully refunded!Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: Ordered flowers to be delivered 2/13/15. Nothing delivered. Complained on 2/17/15 asking to be reimbursed was told that they were delivered but no one was there (which we were) and said they would try again today (4 days late). Told them that Valentine's day is now over and flowers already 4 days old rather be reimbursed since I already went out and bought substitute flowers. Don't need 4 day old flowers. They promised delivery on the 13th and didn't. I should be reimbursed by $54.40.Desired Settlement: Just refund to my credit card and an apology

Review: I ordered the Super Sweet Snack Gift Basket for a friend's birthday on 3/13 setting up delivery for 3/14 to his home. Fromyouflowers.com guarantees next day delivery to residential addresses before 6pm, however, I received a delivery confirmation around 4:50pm today stating the package was delivered which it wasn't.
5:00pm, I emailed Fromyouflowers and they stated that I should of never received that email since the package has not yet been delivered but they ensured that the package would be delivered by 6pm.
6:00pm, still waiting package still not received.
7:14pm, I call Fromyouflowers Customer service number, and they state again that I should not have received the confirmation email, but ensures that the package will be received today. I then tell the Rep that I would like to speak to a Supervisor because I am frustrated and would like a full refund. The rep puts me on hold for about 2 minutes then the line disconnects. Fromyouflowers never returns the call.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund back to my [redacted] account.

Review: My fiance gave up a promotion at work and agreed to relocate with me. It was a very difficult decision that almost ended our relationship. I had not seen her in days and we were to meet Saturday morning.. I wanted to start things fresh with flowers in part to say thank you and that I love her. This was a deeply emotional and personal decision for both of us.
I ordered flowers from from you flowers on line at 11 am. the site is full of same day delivery guarantees. despite them I paid a premium for delivery with in 4 hours by 3 pm. At 430 I had not receive a call text or sound about the flowers. At 455 I called the company. After being on hold for 30 mins. I was told that they did not have the product available and that my flowers would not be delivered, I plead with them to try. they refused. I offered to pay a taxi for one of there employees to go to a stop and shop and by the flowers there and bring them to my fiance's place of employment and they refused. (they were with in driving distance to both the supermarket and the place the flowers needed to be delivered.) So, I paid 75 dollars for flowers to be delivered before 3 today. This company would not deliver them and despite paying a premium for the smaller delivery window, they chose not to inform me that they could not make the delivery until after 5pm when my ability to do something different or explore any other option with another florist were gone. They were unwilling to do ANYTHING to resolve the problem they created other than refund my money. The employees were condescending and refused to provide me with these names. I was on hold waiting for some one to initially answer the phone for 40 minutes. there was a message saying they could not confirm if any flowers were delivered.Desired Settlement: First I would like an apology and explanation as to why I was not notified when they know, so I could do something about it. I want to know why they would not get the flowers from a retailer and deliver them to complete my order. Had they done that this may have been as very different review. I would like a full refund, flowers sent at a later time, (they should send me flowers too) and compensation at my hourly rate for the time I spent waiting and on the phone with them.

This case has been completely resolved. We have credited back our customer in the full amount of the order. We have also given him a complimentary arrangement on behalf our company valued at $65.00 that has been delivered. We have also offered him a future complimentary arrangement in the amount of $65.00 that he can use at anytime. At this time the customer has refused the second complimentary arrangement, but if he changes his mind we are still happy to honor our offer. Review: This company promotes on their website that "Flowers with Same Day Delivery, We Guarantee the Florist Arranged Flowers will be Delivered Today!" This is false advertisement. I have had this happen twice with this company now and after thinking the first time was an honest mistake, tried them again. I am still waiting for my flowers to be delivered before noon from 2 days ago and paid the extra money for it too. I was appalled by the list of complaint's from other consumers about how this company is dishonest and unprofessional. They need to be accountable for their false advertisement and dishonest service to customers.Desired Settlement: I paid for flowers last August 2015 the first time that were delivered a week after the promised to deliver date and received a confirmation that first day that they were delivered, If I had not called the recipient I would have never known and my flowers would have never been delivered but they charged my card. I might add this was for a family of a deceased child a week late. Embarrassing. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Daughter on Tuesday 9-8-15 and their website stated that if I paid the extra $4.00 it would be guaranteed that they would be delivered before noon that same day. Here it is 2 days later and even after speaking with a Manager, no delivery. I might add then when I called to check the status on their customer service line, it tells you that they cant take any calls and to email them. They need to be put out of business for ripping so many people off and causing such frustration and humiliation to the customers who chose them for flower delivery. Please read all the list of complaints on line when you [redacted] them.
Thank you!

Review: The Premium Fruit Basket I ordered for my father and step-mother looks very different from what was actually delivered. The one delivered had only about 1/3 of the number of fruit pictured online. The basket that was delivered had only 2 apples, two bananas, two oranges, two kiwi, and one pineapple. A photo of what was delivered is attached to this email.
Conversely, the one I ordered displayed 3 oranges, a red pear, a green pear, 3 golden apples, 2 green apples, 4 red apples, 2 kiwi fruit, a bunch of red grapes, a bunch of green grapes, a bunch of at least 4 bananas, and a pineapple.
I was very disappointed in what my father received. What was delivered was not what I paid for. I even paid for a Deluxe upgrade, so I expected the items to be impressive. However, the Florist Designed Christmas Centerpiece was actually missing one of the tapers (2 were pictured online), though it was basically comparable to what was pictured online. However, the same cannot be said for the fruit basket.Desired Settlement: I was billed for $131.94. I am desiring a partial refund of $55.57. This combined with the $10.40 already refunded would equate to a 50% refund. This would compensate for the missing produce/products.

This morning I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. I picked what I thought was a beautiful fall arrangement. I was upset to see that the flowers my mom received looked nothing like the flowers I ordered, other than the color. When I contacted the company, they told me that I ordered a fall mum bouquet and that is what was delivered, and even bigger than what was purchased.
While the bouquet is indeed bigger, it is not what was pictured and what I thought I was paying for. Regardless of what the title of the flowers is, a person orders based on the picture of the bouquet. If the title is red roses, and red gerber daisies are pictured, don't you think the customer is expecting to receive daisies?
I left a complaint on their website, and they immediately called me. Once again telling me that a fall mum bouquet was sent. They offered a $15 gift card for a future purchase. $15 to make up for the $50.00+ bouquet I purchased? So they can send the wrong item again? No. When your company has a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, you offer to resend the desired arrangement, or you refund the money. You do what is necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. I was really taken aback by this companies lack of customer service. I wish I would have googled their company and seen all the negative reviews before purchasing. This was such a rip off.
I live in Ohio and my best friend was going to be celebrating his birthday alone in California. He's had a lot of problems lately in his personal life so wanted to surprise him with flowers on his birthday. I placed my order several hours before the cut off for same day delivery yet he never received them. The name of his street is different from any other in his city and is actually very short. The only residences on the street is his mobile home park. When I called to complain I was told the florist delivered the flowers to an older woman (I was told previously they were left on a porch by a laundry room). I had my cell phone number with the order. There is no excuse for this. They did refund my money but that didn't do a thing to cheer up my buddy. It left me feeling terrible he spent the day alone at home with no acknowledgement from anyone other than my calls about his flower delivery. .
I wish I would have read the reviews of this company before I ordered flowers for my mom, who is very ill and hospitalized. I'm seeing a lot of common problems among many of the reviews that I experienced during my dealings with them.
I ordered a bouquet described to contain "red roses, pink roses, pink lilies, and purple wax flowers", along wiith 3 mylar balloons. As I wanted them to be delivered first thing in the morning, I paid the expiditing fee stated to "guarantee" that they would arrive prior to noon. Imagine my surprise when I spoke to my mom via phone at 1:30 in the afternoon and they had not arrived. I called the customer service line immediately, and it actually took 3 calls to get through, totalling almost an hour.
The man who answered told me he needed to call the local florist to find out where the flowers were. He returned to the phone and told me they would be delivered prior to 3 pm. No apologies or offer for refunding the expidition charge. I requested that the charge be refunded and he agreed- to this point, I have not yet seen it on my card.
I checked in with my mom at about 4- and still no deliveries. I called the customer service line back immediately and spent another 40 minutes on hold listening to the "Higher than normal call volume" message (no wonder, if others were experiencing the same issues I was). Finally, I got through and ended up with the same rep I spoke with previously, who NOW said that the florist would have them on the truck and delivered after 3, but before 6. At that time, I wrote an email complaint to their customer service department. They responded surprisingly quickly (even before the flowers actually arrived!) and offered a $20 certificate. Then the flowers showed up...
All would have been fine at that point had my father not sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was NOTHING like the picture on the website of what I thought I was purchasing. Now, I understand there might be slight variances between pictured and actual arrangement, but there were actually no similarities between the two. The roses that were listed in the description of the flowers were not included, and the colors of pink, purple, and red? Well, apparently an appropriate substitution for those colors is white, because that is what color ALL of the flowers were in the bouquet my mom received. Some flowers had a very light pink tinge in the middle of them, but the overwhelming color was white, white, and more white. I was appalled! I would have never sent that to anyone, let alone my own mother.
I followed up with another complaint email, and included the photos of what was sold and what was received so that the could see how egregious this was, and was very clear that another gift certificate was not appropriate compensation. I got a canned response that said that the florist could substitue if needed but that the same color scheme and flowers would remain entact. Clearly, they didn't look at the photos. They offered a 20% refund and a gift certificate, which is not acceptable to me at this point. I have requested an additional refund and will update as this unfolds.
I DO NOT recommend ever using this service to purchase flowers. Go with another trusted name in online flower deliveries, or contact a local florit directly. Use at your own risk- you will likely not get what you paid for!
I ordered the deluxe sized 'just tickled' bouquet from the fromyouflowers.com website. The item description was as follows:
Includes:
• Yellow Asiatic Lilies
• Hot Pink Carnations
• White Daisies
• Yellow Button Mums
• Silver Vase
I also ordered 6 balloons to accompany the arrangement. When the order was delivered, it was missing 4 of the 6 balloons, it was delivered in a hideous metallic pink vase (not silver like description clearly states), there were no yellow lilies to be found (and no comparable flower in its place) and the arrangement appeared to be quite a bit smaller than what was pictured. Today was a very special day for someone very special in my life and I am very disappointed with the services I received. When you spend $80 on a delivery gift, you should be able to trust that your purchase is what was expected and represented by the company.
Review: I ordered a flower arrangement for my step daughter's funeral, and it arrived too late for the service, even after I was assured it would get there.
I ordered the arrangement online, and followed up with a phone call to ensure that it would be delivered in time for a 4:00 pm service. I was assured it would be delivered. It was delived at 3:55, which was too late to be displayed for the funeral services. I made several calls to the customer service department when I realized it was not there at the funeral home in time. They emailed me a coupon for $20 for my inconvience, but would not refund the cost of the arrangement. They did say that they would refund the $14.99 service fee, but that has not occured. I contacted them back, and told them that I did not want the coupon, because I will not use their service again, and that I wanted my total charges refunded. I explained to them, that this was for a funeral of a loved one, and I would not have another chance to show my love and respect for her in this manner again. I was told that at least the family could take the arrangement home and enjoy them there. This is totally unacceptable, I am embarrassed, and I feel since I did call, and they did assure me that it would arrive on time, that they should refund me the entire cost of the arrangement & service fees, not give me a coupon since I had told them I will not use them again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the entire charges on my debit card.

Review: Our daughter ([redacted]) attempted to send flowers to her mother on her birthday on Saturday, Sept 7th. Your employee, "[redacted]" called later that day to say they could not find anyone to deliver the order on Saturday but that it would be delivered on Monday, the 9th. We stayed home all day so we would be here when they were delivered. At 4:30, I called you on 1-800-838-8853 and spoke with [redacted]. She informed me that they could not find anyone in our area to deliver today either so the order was cancelled. She "said" they have been trying to call the person that placed the order but had not been able to reach them and they had not called back. She further stated that this "happens all the time". The least that a legitimate firm would have done is call both the sender, and recipient that the order would not be completed. When [redacted] called on Saturday, I asked him if FromYouFlowers was actually a legitimate operation and he assured me it was. After today, I am convinced that you are a SCAM operation and simply take people's money. If the recipient is not aware that flowers are supposed to come, the sender is simply out the money. I am sending this to the Revdex.com as a complaint.Flowers were ordered for: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: No settlement requested - for

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I don't think the Business would have done anything however if I had not complained to the Better Business about about their method of operation. Their method of operation leaves a lot to be desired and I would not use their service under any circumstance.
Sincerely,
Review: We ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to our dear friend in Indiana on Saturday, Oct 26, 2013 and was told it would be delivered that day. We were also told that our request of yellow roses and blue bonnets would not be a problem and that we would receive an email confirmation upon delivery. Instead, we received an email stating that the delivery would be made on Monday, Oct 28, 2013. Upon calling, we were told we would receive a refund of $2.99 for the same day delivery fee and a $15 gift certificate for future use. Her birthday came and passed on Sunday, Oct 27, 2013 and on Monday we received a phone call from From You Flowers stating that the blue bonnets were NOT available and a different flower was recommended. We shared with them that we were NOT happy about being told the blue bonnets were available only to be told on the day of delivery that they actually were not available. After agreeing to the recommended substitution, we awaited confirmation of delivery once again. Later that day, our friend who received the flowers posted a photo of the arrangement on Facebook. To our shock and dismay, we discovered the flowers we paid for looked absolutely horrible. Even our friend who received the flowers commented to me that it wasn't a pretty arrangement. We once again contacted From You Flowers, this time being told that we would receive a $10 gift certificate and a 20% refund on our purchase. This is simply not acceptable, as their website GUARANTEES 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed advertising either a refund on the purchase or redelivery of another arrangement. I have asked them to follow through with their guarantee twice now, and have only been told that they would refund the 20% of cost with the 2nd gift certificate. Even if we wanted to make another purchase with the two gift certificates they have given, it would still not be equivalent to the price of any plants or flowers on their website. At this point, we simply want a full refund onto the credit card used for the purchase.Desired Settlement: Because this experience has been so terribly unacceptable, we do NOT want ANY gift certificates to purchase an additional arrangement from this company. Instead, we want them to completely refund 100% of our purchase either via check or back to the credit card from which the purchase was made ~again, not via gift certificates to go towards a future purchase~ as we simply prefer to take our business elsewhere.

Review: I am extremely disappointed in your service.I am a repeat customer and have used your service a few times. I originally placed my Valentines Day order, Order # [redacted] (and paid extra for guaranteed-date-delivery) on 2/5/14 (and paid via PayPal, so payment was instant) and was sending it to one of the two locations my wife works at for her company. Later, I found out my wife was going to be working at a different location so I called your Toll Free Number [redacted]) on 2/11/14 @ 2:35pm and spoke with a female (I do not remember her name.) I asked if the location delivery could be changed, and if there would be any charge or issue. She said "No" to all three questions, and proceeded to update the delivery address. I asked if I would get an eMail confirmation of the delivery change, and she indicated "Yes". While I never received a confirmation eMail, as promised, I didn't think about having to follow up as I have used your service before and was happy and trusted your reps word based on past experiences. However, fast forward to today, 2/17/14 -- and I STILL have not received any confirmation of delivery at EITHER address -- and my wife, who has now had to check both work locations (which turns this into a chore and not a pleasant, surprise experience), has not received ANY delivery.I paid for a service that was not delivered, and what's worse, I no longer have faith or trust in your service and will more than likely not ever wish to do repeat business with your company. I now have had my money taken, and my wife never received any flowers or balloon on Valentine's Day.Desired Settlement: To make this right, I am asking to have flowers delivered to my home so I can present them to my wife, but I also wish to receive a full refund for a complete breakdown in the fundamental basics of customer service. Otherwise, I will never do business with your company and will definitely make sure all my friends and family hear about my horrible customer experience.

Review: Ordered flowers to be delivered to local hospital. ordered before 3 PM for same day deliver as website states - didn't happen, but was not advised until another phone call was placed. Was told would be delivered "asap" the next day. Called around 1 PM for delivery confirmation. they didn't know anything. upset, called back, asked to speak to supervisor - apparently, everyone there is a supervisor! she called florist, florist told them they had delivered & left @ volunteer desk. I asked for florist name so I could contact directly. refused to give me florist name. told me to call hospital - I asked "supervisor" to hold so I could call hospital directly and not have to wait another 20 + mins on hold calling back. of course, "supervisor" simply hung up on me when I put her on hold. Called hospital, no flowers were ever delivered. So was lied to about "delivery". Horrible, horrible customer service. this place feels like a scam - how does anyone know if their flowers are ever even delivered! some just assume and never follow up. are they just collecting people's money and never actualling doing any "flower delivery business"?
I called the name/number listed under the alert on this page. spoke directly to [redacted], who apologized and offered to investigate .. no, thanks, lesson learned .. asked for full refund, which she has emailed me that I will receive. If refund does not appear, I suppose I will have to contact credit card to dispute. This is the absolue worst experience with any business I have ever had.
