I ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday and chose the "best" arrangement option. My mother sent me a photo a day or so later and it's the most pathetic arrangement I have ever seen! It looks more like their cheapest arrangement and while the flowers are nice, it doesn't even appear to have been arranged nicely. There is no way it looks anywhere near as nice as the photo does.

I called to complain and they offered me 10% off or they'd take the flowers I didn't like and give my grandma new ones. Why on earth do they think I'd want them to take my grandma's birthday flowers from her? That would be so uncomfortable for her! The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I got. I asked a number of people if they thought the flowers received where the "good" option or the "best" and everyone agreed there was no way this was the "best" option.

I called again and they offered me $15 off my next purchase. When I mentioned there would be no next time, they put me on hold, and said they could offer me another 10% off.

I told the customer service rep that what I really wanted was to send them this photo to show them how terrible it looked, but she told me not to. This was a huge disappointment. I buy my grandmother flowers every year for her birthday. This was my first year living in a different state and I thought FTD and I could cultivate a nice relationship, however I'll have to find another company. I'll be buying my grandma flowers again to make up for this, but I won't be using FTD. For the record, last year I spent less on flowers and they were much nicer.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! I placed an order for my father for his brothers funeral, it was a military arrangement. Got to the viewing and realized the arrangement wasn't there so I called and there response was, "oh, there's a note saying they can't deliver that day so I asked if it could be delivered for the funeral and they couldn't promise me that it would be there either so not only was my father upset about losing his brother this joke of a company couldn't care less about what the flowers were for. The best part is they say same day delivery, they couldn't even pull it off for the following day!

FTD gave me a full refund of my money.

While we have no record of any prior contact regarding this issue, we have suppressed Ms. [redacted] email address from our promotional email list.  This may take up to 10 days to complete.

50% of product received. 2 promises of sharia berries call backs to rectify the problem "guaranteed" within 24 hours. They owe me 6 $25 in restaurant.com gift cards but do not respond. They have a "dinner and desert" package for a dozen berries with a 25 dollar gift card from restaurant.com and they fail to honor their ad. I've been buying from them same package for 7 years.

Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!!! Customer service.lied. they do not call back.

I have made two purchases this month and have been extremely upset.
My first order was for my sister who had a baby 10 weeks early and I wanted to send her something bright and special. I ordered a wild flower bouquet. When my sister sent me the picture to say thank you I couldnt believe that for $70 she recieved 6 floppy tulips.NOTHING. I ORDERED
Secondly I ordered a two dozen rainbow(6 colors) rose bouquet for my mother for Valentines day. When she sent me a picture, I was sick to see what she got. 3 different color roses that were dull and dying( a greenish white rose, white with brown edges, and a light purple that was dead)
The bouquet I had ordered was Red,Orange,yellow,white,peach and purple.
Got a call the next day saying they were all dead
I emailed and called the company with no responses.

Satisfaction is not garenteed. I paid extra for the recipient to recieve same day delivery and the flowers were received at 930 pm of the recipients birthday. It gets worse only 5 flowers for a 50.00 bouquet in a vase that looked completely different then what was Described. After speaking with customer service rep "Andrew" or so he said, I explained what happened and nothing was resolved. He kept making excuses as if this was normal

Ordered flowers for delivery yesterday. Learned today that they were not delivered. Called FTD. When they couldn't contact the florist that they gave the order to they immediately offered either a full refund or they would resubmit the order to another shop for delivery tomorrow. I chose to resubmit. Seven hours later I was informed that the flowers were delivered. Nice job FTD! They had no control over the fact that the original florist didn't deliver, but they IMMEDIATELY fixed it with no arguing, no runaround. Guess who I'll call then next time I need to send flowers.
