So, I ordered some flowers for someone and at checkout I didn't see where it gave me the 20% discount listed at the top of their page. Of course, it also does not give me a way to cleanly cancel my order either before confirming it. I went ahead and confirmed my order and immediately called to try and get it fixed. The sorry answer I was given was essentially, "Gee, we can't cancel the order you made 30 seconds ago and we can't credit your credit card the 20% either. Merry Christmas." That is just really sorry business practice. We all know that they did not have my flowers in a vase and on the truck in 30 seconds. In fact, my flowers were still in the refrigerator.

On 12/10/15 I placed an order of roses to be delivered to my husband on 12/23/15 for our 10th year anniversary. On 12/23/15 at approximately 6:18am I received an email stating the delivery was shipped by [redacted]. When I arrived home later that evening I noticed the delivery had yet to be delivered so I contacted FTD Flowers to inquire, they stated the delivery should arrive between 6-10pm. At 10:30pm I called FTD back to state the delivery has yet to arrive, they requested that I be patient because it is the holiday season and many deliveries are being made. Unfortunately the delivery arrived on 12/24/15 in the afternoon and was left with a neighbor, it goes without saying the roses had started to turn black on the edges, smh. I still have a $30 coupon I had purchased on groupon to FTD but I rather throw it in the garbage then to give them another penny. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered an arrangement for my mother's burthday as I am in Newfoundland and she is in Ontario. The picture looked beautiful and I chose the one with lilies as they are her favourite flower. When shown what was actually sent to her, I was upset and surprised to see not a single lily!! Instead, they had added weird orange spiky flowers, which are the ugliest flower I have ever seen. When I complained, the customer service representative offered to retrieve the arrangment and redeliver later or give me a 10% discount. 1: why in the world would I take away my mother's birthday present? That's ludicrous. 2: 10%? I'm not even going to order from them again, why would I want a discount?
If they sent a new arrangement with the correct flowers or refunded the entire order, I would have been happy. What would have saved all of this hassle though, is if they had given the florist my contact info, so they she could have called me to ask if I would prefer another colour of lily (after calling the florist, she said she would have if she had my number, but she had to guess!). Honest to goodness, this company is extremely irritating and I will NOT be ordering from them ever again as this was a gross misrepresentation of their products and unforgiveable customer service.

For any actual customer service reps reading this, my order number is [redacted]. You are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. For anyone else reading this, RUN from this company. Zero accountability, and ZERO ability to solve problems. I have a family member's funeral service happening today...I put an order in for a flower delivery to happen today because I am not able to be there. I get a call about 1 hour ago that they aren't going to be able to deliver the arrangement because the florist that took the order closes early on Saturdays. Thanks for leaving me high and dry to figure this out on my own. I will devalue your name and brand every single chance I get for the rest of my days.

Though twice I have gone through the website to unsubscribe from their daily barrage of emails, I still receive them. I called their customer service number asking to be taken off their email, again I am still getting their daily emails. I won't shop with them again. I find this business tactic rude.

FTD is extremely unprofessional. First off they told me a delivery time that they did not honor. I paid extra for next day delivery. So they told me that the arrangement would be delivered at 3:30 which it was to be delivered to a business. Well that didn't happen it didn't get delivered until 5:07 and the business closed at 4:30 so the recipient had to wait in a parking lot for almost an hour. And to top it off when the delivery guy showed up he made the recipient feel bad and forced himself on her. Then texted her later inappropriate things. Will never use FTD again.

This is the worst company you will find to buy flowers online.

I planned buy flowers to my wife's birthday. I did that in August 6, to be delivered in August 8 (in the morning) to make a surprise to her.

I asked for 2 times during the a day if somethin was wrong but the info red that my order was with the florist to be delivered.

At the end of the day (indeed at 11:00pm), as I didn't receive a full day no contact from the company (by e-mail or phone) explaining the reason they fail to deliver the flowers, I decided to do this complaint in order to warn other people the risk of make business with the company.

They ruined my surprise and consequently my wife's birthday.

A company like this must to have in mind that their fail represent much more than simply amount of dollars, means that some celebration was damaged forever by their non professional way to conduct their business.

my account without first providing a good or service. I am still asking for the $10 for the gift certificate that I used that I now won't be able to use again!

Ordered flowers for a good friends mothers funeral & was completely embarrassed by what was delivered! First of all, I did not receive confirmation that the flowers were delivered and they were supposed to be arriving at funeral home by 3pm yesterday. So around 4 I contacted FTD. They put me on hold while they attempted to contact the florist. After a few minutes the lady came back and said they were not answering because they were probably out delivering. She said she would tag her name on my account so she could call me as soon as she heard back.. never received anything back. Around 5 I called again, a man answered and not only was he rude, he didn't even apologize once for the inconvenience. He attempted to call the florist and told me the same thing (they are not answering the phone). In tears I asked him if he could please try to contact them again as this was important to me. He said okay and called again. Barely a minute later comes back on the line and says they didn't answer. I told him I was going to the funeral home myself to check to see if they were delivered and if not I would be expecting a refund. He kept repeating himself and saying well we didn't get a message from the florist that there was an issue so it should be getting delivered. Not very comforting to someone who just lost someone close to them. I get to the funeral home and looked for flowers that resembled the one's I know I purchased.. didn't see any that came close. Finally I read through the cards and located the flowers that were sent in our name. These flowers looked NOTHING like the picture online and they were delivered LATE to the funeral home. Chose fall flowers because the deceased loved fall, these were not fall. ALSO paid for the BEST selection (from the options Good, Better, Best and Grand or something). This does not look like a bouquet of BEST flowers, WHY ARE THERE CARNATIONS?! I would not even pay $20 for these flowers let alone the $91.97 total that our order came to. Purchased a [redacted] offer for $15 (which allowed us to receive $30 off of our order) and now I am out the $15 from [redacted] as well as the $61.97!!!! The card that was included was pathetic and barely legible, as if their printer ran out of ink or something. They did not bother to reprint it and it was a piece of paper TAPED inside of an actual card- looked VERY cheap. I will NEVER EVER order from [redacted] or FTD AGAIN.
