We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted] feedback about the quality of the item received.   We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] directly to advise that a full refund has been posted her payment method.

I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers from the FTD website as a Christmas gift for my father who lives in Texas. After taking my order and my money, they said it would be delivered on Dec. 23 as I requested. In MIDAFTERNOON on Dec. 23, one day before Christmas Eve, FTD emailed me saying they could not find a florist to complete the order. I was livid, knowing that it would be almost impossible to find a florist to arrange and deliver flowers one day before Christmas Eve. So I called a florist near my father's home (I several states away) and they said they could do and I made an order through them. Lo and behold, this is an FTD-affiliated florist! So FTD lied to me - and they STILL have not put my money, more than $60, back in my PayPal account. DO NOT USE THE FTD WEBSITE TO DO ANY BUSINESS!

A full refund has been issued.  We have attempted to reach our customer several times to discuss but have not been able to connect.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter that lives in Austin Tx. through FTD.com. since I don't live there or know a florist there. I thought they were a trusted company. I picked the arrangement I wanted to send her, paid for it and was delighted she would get it that day. Later in the day she text me 'thank you' and asked her to send me a picture. Now I realize the arrangement is not going to look exactly like the picture but I was so disappointed with what she got. The arrangement looked like a 5 year old did it! When I went to their [redacted] page, I couldn't believe how many complaints there were. I left a reply on the email confirmation I had gotten to complain. I will never use FTD again. Someone needs to monitor their business!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered flowers for a funeral and FTD has not delivered timely. The last time they instead had to send flowers to the family at 2 different addresses due to THEM being late. Apparently that is how they do business as they tried to do the same thing this time. Their website states they can deliver with 4 hours notice to funerals. NOT TRUE. TWICE NOT TRUE. They called me today at 12:05pm to tell me they would not be able to deliver the flowers for the 1pm funeral. They even suggested they deliver them tomorrow instead. I am afraid FTD employees have no idea what a funeral is! When they called me at 12:05pm they kept me on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor who actually told me they would have a florist deliver a different arrangement and to keep my phone close by so they could keep me informed. They called back at 1:27pm to inform me they would NOT be able to deliver anything in time. This is DALLAS, not out in the country somewhere! There is no reason for this! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will never order from them again!

We sincerely apologize for our customer’s experience.  As part of our Good as Gold guarantee, we have issued a full refund and have offered to send an apology bouquet to their recipient.

After ordering an arrangement for the holidays for someone, FTD delivered a completely different arrangement. I would have never known but the recipient texted a thank you including a picture of the arrangement. Very disappointed when I called to notify FTD and they gave a small discount on the order, which I didn't want. Due to the nature of the delivery, I cannot have it exchanged, which I explained to them. They should not be able to list "satisfaction guaranteed" on their site because they don't stand behind their final product.

We have reached out to our customer via email and have not heard back.  The missing chocolates were refunded and an apology box has been delivered.  Please email [redacted]@ftdi.com for any further resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: The business did not deliver mothers day flowers on mothers day.  Their customer service IVR refused...

to accept calls, they did not follow up after email and web inquiries.  It took two additional phone calls to FTD to get them to admit that the flowers were not delivered.  The only option presented was to get a bouquet at the same value a week after mothers day.  That is NOT compensation for HORRENDOUS customer service.  I am so angry with their horrible service and lack of communication, a refund does not fix this issue.

I am so unhappy with this company, a few years back I called them and the first thing I asked was if they would be able to deliver the flowers by 5pm EST and I'm in the PST, I called and specifically asked them and told them that if I couldn't get them delivered by that time that I wouldn't order through them and the lady assured me countless times that it would, this again happened to me today, I gave them a second chance a today they have yet to deliver the flowers by 5pm like I asked them to,. Mind you I called well with enough hours in advance for them to be delivered at that time. I understand that Miami traffic is crazy and that funeral homes are a priority and that's fine but maybe that's something that they should have told me as I was ordering them as oppose to when I call to find out the status of my delivery. when I asked them if they could deliver by 5pm if not I wouldn't order them they assured me that they would be delivered by that time, well they lied, its a ploy just to get someone to order from them this place is so ridiculously deceiving, not only do they not deliver on time but they also never have the same exact flowers they advertise online.
