I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I am completely understanding that the holiday time period can slow down company response time. Had my only issue with Gamestop occurred in the holiday time, I would have likely extended additional time for them to get back to me. Given that I have had a very bad previous experience with lack of feedback during non-holiday times as well, the issue with Gamestop customer service extends much deeper than just an increase in holiday business. There are hundreds to thousands of recent reviews online showcasing that Gamestop is not event attempting to respond to customers via email or their website, and hold times are constantly bad throughout the yearCustomers are feeling like they are being ignored, and I have seen many turn to credit card chargebacks to deal with their issue. The customer experience should never come to that.While I am satisfied with my overall solution and will continue to shop Gamestop stores in the future, I will likely avoid the online website for future purchases. I also hope that Gamestop takes it to heart that it has a real customer service issue where emails are completely getting missed / ignored, and that they perform a system overhaul to better serve their customers. I have always enjoyed shopping with Gamestop over the years, but their online customer service experience needs a makeover

Revdex.com: I dont havd my receipt from the feb transaction when he gave me thw uses system but I do have the serial number for the system and like I saidbto customer service I wouldnt took a ised system if I knew it wasnt still under waranty but now I understand your policy it just wasnt explain that way to me during the transaction I just want mu system replaced if I have ro buy new warranty I understand and thx for being so swift im a true gamer and I have miss playing my game *** this is the serial number from the one he gave me in replace for my original one

Good afternoon, ***GameStop is the parent company of ** *** (formally *** ***) however there are only retail centers for ** *** in Canada and other countries internationallyThere are no longer retail locations associated with this company that go by the name of *** ***, only ** ***GameStop locations are currently available here in the U.Sand some internationally, and we do sell refurbished cell phones and cell phone accessories, however we do not have booths/kiosk locations within shopping centers, only retail storesI was able to find that a cell phone accessory company has adopted the name *** ***, and also has a website available: *** It does look like they sell the chargeable phone cases that you had purchased as wellI would highly recommend contacting them through the contact us portal to inquire on if the case you purchased came with a warranty or if they're able to repair it. Hello. Thank you for now trying to contact me. I'm sorry it took this method to connect, but thank you nonetheless.
I did also order Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, as well as the Guitar Hero game. Neither of those were the item in question. The only issue is that your employee ordered of the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince instead of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I would not have a need to order of the same game. That is the line item of this order I am asking for help with.
