As stated I have already called the branch that I set as my pickup location and described my issue and requested cancellation I was informed that they could only cancel pre orders that were initiated IN STORE regardless of pickup site and directed me to call in I will not call them again If they are unaware of your company policies then someone needs to reach out them them and address it If they are able to cancel it as you say then someone outside should be able to as well and I would like it canceled.thank you
