Gamestop Guest Care has contacted me and provided a refund for the amount of the postage. I am satisfied with this outcome.I have attached a JPG image of my post office receipt, in case this will assist any further investigation you may conduct. I have edited the image to obscure my credit card number, but the remainder of the image is unaltered.One possibility: the game which I ordered includes an accessory (a cable). As such, the box is larger and heavier than a typical DVD-sized game box. Perhaps a Gamestop team member did not consider that a larger, heavier package would require additional postage?

GameStop has indicated there is no holds on my accountI have provided addressesMy billing address and shipping address in the original complaintGameStop Indicated to try and place the order againEvery time I place a new order I always receive an email indicating my order is being verifiedThen after a few hours I receive an email that my order has been cancelledTheir response to try to order again does not solve the issue and we need to escalate this issue to a higher levelThe inconvience of driving to store to place orders is time consuming and not proper business standard when I choose to order online but cannot because their system keeps canceling my orders which only happen for online orders placed. This issue needs to be looked into further and fixed properly.
