obviously not because everytime I have done so big or small it happens. it is wrong an it making me very mad. why I have now for the 2nd time filed a complaint within the past yr or so for the same thing. especially for the 2 items I wanted to get. that there not coming out yet I know with doing it online that money wont be taken out till it gets closer to the release date. but like I said regardless of that. does it everytime I do it online. needs to be really looked into.  Revdex.com:

NOT any [redacted] stores!   This response they sent is the same one I've been getting for over two weeks now.  It's a generic response from some customer service rep who knows nothing from another country!  Nobody has contacted me for weeks now.
