We have looked into your case and it looks as though the refund for shipping and handling wasn't added to the refund amount on the gift card. Typically, Shipping charges are none refundable. I am rejecting this response because:They sent me an email saying a replacement order has been made and it should be on its way soon, but I still have not received it. They have given me the digital gift card number ONLY, NOT the actual digital gift card that I bought, which includes the pin (NEEDED to make a purchase). I have received the same message in many different ways (over the phone, over email) from Gamestop: they can't give me the pin because of security reasons; they will put in a request for a new card to be sent. It has not arrived.At this point, I request a FULL REFUND of my $40 immediately.

I was originally charged 187.23 which at that point I was over charged, to make up for the inconvenience I was discounted the delivery fee and and 5%. The original price was online only at 152.99. I wad charged 159.99. That was the 2nd issue the 1st was me not being able to do the online purchase myself Revdex.com:
