Hello [redacted]Thank you for your response; I appreciate your timely response.I have been a loyal customer ever since your local stores were called Software Etc. I have purchased MANY MANY games and video game systems as well as other toys through your stores. The idea that I cannot use my very own credit card or banking institutions to pay for products on your website is absolutely insulting. The only solution I can accept is you removing the hold on my account. The representative yesterday was not able to go into detail on why there is a hold on my account. The only thing I can assume is that since I tried placing an order using public wifi network, at my hotel while on vacation, my account was flagged as associated with some other person's delinquent account. Regarding your option #4, "You undispute the previous purchase dispute with GameStop." Is this implying that if I remove said dispute that I would have access to ordering online again? Because I have NEVER filed a purchase dispute on a previous purchase. This is incorrect information. I have checked all my financial institutions. There is NO dispute.

I am rejecting this response because:  again I am explaining this I never had any issue here and this was the first time making an order at this website and in being ripped off from gamestop. I was offered a refund for items that never came to me and now I'm being told they do not care. This is upsetting and disappointing because I made an order for gifts for my children and I was ripped off for over 180 dollars and I am extremely frustrated because they are telling me that I have received a refund but I have not and I feel it's because of my race and I feel it's discrimination and I feel this store is scamming me and I have wrote in countless times to be ignored and no-one will help. I want to speak with the highest person here. I would like the president and CEO or vice president to handle my matter. This is unacceptable because I did not receive my items and I want to have my items resent or I want the refund processed lien I was offered

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. i do not have the order numbers that is part of the issue, and the 2nd issue is there not associated to my rewards membership number and I never got the mfg. swag that was given away if you pre-order the items, nor will I get the mfg. coins in marketplace on the them either because the pre-order MUST be connected to a gamestop power-up rewards in-order to qualify.I was able to stop by the store and they found my orders 100% with zero issue, and now the corp. level for GameStop can't find them, nor connect them to my account or to my rewards power up.You can review the tape logs from the phone call as well, as I have the entire conversation on recordings witch can be used in court if necessary. I have never been provided with the information on who the call taker was either in order to file a report with the courts or the office of professional responsibility on the matter either.You have my E-mail and my phone number and yet the store can find 100% all the info using it and the call taker found the info using it but yet you tell me you can't find anything on it. and your call-taker can't place my rewards on it. 100% NO CALLS AS REQUESTED TO ME FROM THE CORP. TEAM EITHER.

Dear [redacted] Upon further investigation, it was discovered that two orders were place by you on GameStop.com. Order [redacted] was placed on 7/21/15 for Zero Time Dilemma on PlayStation Vita. This order shows as canceled. You then placed a second order 4150721205823548 on 7/21/15 for Zero Time Dilemma on the Nintendo 3DS. This order also shows canceled. I regret to inform you that the 3DS order was not placed inside a GameStop store, the channel it was placed was from a web browser.  We believe you may be coming across an error that occurs sometimes on the PowerUp Rewards application. The error consists of showing incorrect reservation data. Whether that be wrong deposit amount or for an order that isn't able to be shipped. We apologize for the confusion this may have caused you, but rest assured there is no missing reservations or missing funds that belong to you. A search was done through our system for any orders and any in-store transactions that had the telephone number you provided. Three orders total were located. There will be no way to replace the gift cards as they were all used in the first transaction and then the reservation cancellation where money was issued back to you. The $9.32 gift card you received via email was all that remains of the balance of the combined gift cards used.   At this time, no funds are owed as you received back all funds. I am rejecting this response because:My purchase was made at Gamestop. My payment was made to Gamestop. The company advertising the sale and rebate was Gamestop. It is absurd to now say Gamestop is not responsible for assuring rebates are paid in accordance with their advertising and deflect the responsibility to a "third party."
