I am rejecting this response because: I was only sent the regular NBA 2k18 no vCard at all I received the Pokemon game as well I've been overcharged the inside label with the delivery states my total was like 71 dollars I gave pictures and all. The situation was very unacceptable because I emailed and called the time and effort I put into this purchase is unacceptable

The amount of lying that I was subjected to by Gamestop, and time spent on the phone with them would warrant that they compensate me appropriately. The fact that a supervisor fraudulently told me that an order I placed was never placed is beyond my scope of comprehension. The fact that the same supervisor walked me through reordering the game is plain fraud. The fact is that the pre-game codes never worked, and part of the cost of both games were the pre-game codes that didn't work also proves the sale of materials that are not usable. You should all feel ashamed of yourself. The poor business practice will ultimately haunt gamestop in the end, and I do know that. I am surprised that you as supervisors do not see the irony in your fraud and poor business practices.

Yes that is correct it is a play station 3.  I did order two of them for Christmas presents along with the 2 year warranty on both.  This game console was defective from day one.  When I called the numbercustomer service gave me for warranty, they told me they will not honor it my 2 year protection plan.  So therefore I have aconsole that does not work. [redacted]

The game did not work as guaranteed. 7 days is a ridiculously short and unfair period of time to guarantee a product that is non perishable. The manager of the store looked at the disk and could tell it didn't work. That is a fraudelent guarantee.I simply want a store credit for the amount I paid.
