much information pertaining to this gift card because the billing information on the order did not entirely match with yours. Our guest's security is our top priority, and if information cannot be verified, we cannot release any details. After locating the gift card with the order number you've provided, I am able to show that the gift card was redeemed on 2/25/2017 at a store in Washington. It was used to purchase several iTunes Gift Cards, and it appears that there were multiple other gift cards redeemed on the transaction as well. I believe that your gift card was redeemed fraudulently. Dear [redacted]On behalf of Gamestop, we apologize for this poor experience in association with our company.  I have spoken with our Loss Prevention team about your disputed transaction.  We show that on May 20 you were charged for the order that you placed and on June 15 we were sent a disputed file stating you did not recognize the charge and called it fraud.  Our team provided evidence that we believed this was not a fraudulent charge the from the order information that we received.  June 24 your bank contacted us back with their investigation closed that this charge was not fraud.If you no longer wish to use this item we will send you a return label and give you a refund upon receipt of the item in our warehouse.  Please note that this is outiside of our policy, but we are willing to refund this as a one time exception.If you have additional questions, I am here for you. [redacted]

This process felt like pulling teeth, and for the size of the organization that you are, it's extremely mind-boggling that it takes this much time and effort to get a half-assed resolution, which  is preposterous. For as much money as your organization makes, I truly feel that they need to put it towards upgrading the technical support and customer service.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.If your system doesn't show any orders placed, then your system needs to be fixed. I went through the entire order process about 15 times with multiple payment methods, cleared my cache multiple time, logged in with multiple browsers, all with no success (I'm a web developer by trade, so I know many of the quirks that can cause eCommerce systems to get hung up).  After going through all of this headache, I finally went in store to place this order, which was not ideal, because I was hoping to use my PayPal account, but I was able to get the order placed. BUT, I was charged, yet again for the full price of one day shipping, because the in-store associate (who was very helpful and understanding), couldn't view my account history where I was offered free one day shipping for my troubles. To top things off, my shipment was delayed, despite the one day shipping request, but it appears I'm scheduled to FINALLY receive my purchase in the mail today.At this point I will consider this dispute resolved if the shipping costs for both of my orders can be refunded - a total of $23.13 by my calculations - as I'm tired of having to deal with it (I'm happy to provide my second order number via a secure channel if necessary).
