I am rejecting this response because:On January 4th, 2018, I received a message from a GameStop customer service associate, [redacted] in response to a complaint that I submitted on January 2nd. The GameStop-provided resolution to this complaint included the offering of 2 different partial refunds: one for the amount of $15.96, and one for the amount of $10.54. I was told to watch for these to post to my relevant account, and to contact GameStop again if the transactions did not appear within 10 business days. The refund for $15.96 posted on January 5th, but the refund for $10.54 never appeared in my account. As today is the 11th business day since my last communication with the aforementioned GameStop representative (Monday, January 15th was a holiday), I would like to kindly request that the refund of $10.64 be re-issued.

The delay of 4 months for the refund of my balance should be noted though (This was supposed to be settled in March) as well as the over 4 hours wasted on the phone. As a customer that has spent over $3,000 on their website alone, I am not 100% pleased considering those facts but it is what it is.

Hello,The order number for the item that I didn't get is [redacted]Fallout 4 Vault Dweller's Surv , Fallout 4 Season Pass , Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition. Also, the receipt number for the store that was rude and couldn't locate the box for the game I brought among other things is in [redacted]. Store # [redacted]. Is there anyway you can find the original box for the sword art online vita game I brought and replace the item listed above that I never got? I am rejecting, in part, this response because:The business asked me to send more information, namely confirmation emails, but did not provide a way for me to send those emails to the business.  I have the confirmation emails they are seeking, and I agree with their plan to provide refunds based on those emails, but the matter isn't concluded until I send the emails to the business and they provide a refund.

As you can tell, these POP! figures are extremely popular items and we try to fulfill requests for these items as much and as quickly as we can as the orders come in. I assure you that the phone number that was provided on the ticket was completely different from the one you've provided within the complaint, which is likely due to clerical error. I have been attempting to escalate this to field leadership on multiple accounts but I have not been receiving any updates. While I don't have the complete tools that are necessary to perform a refund back to your original mode of payment, I'd be happy to issue a refund in either the form of a GameStop gift card or corporate check. Gift cards are typically sent to your e-mail address and arrive within 48 hours, while corporate checks are sent via postal mail and take 7-25 business days. Corporate checks can be cashed or deposited into a checking account.
