I am rejecting this response because:I put a hold on the item on the GameStop site and went to the store to pick up the item, I did not actually purchase the item online. However I did speak with the GameStop manager, [redacted] in zephyrhills (where I live) in return he spoke with [redacted] the district manager in regards to the issue. She approved the return and I have received my money back.  I feel this is something the GameStop were I originally purchased the item (fowler ave, Tampa) could have done, but instead treated me like I was stupid.

I have attached all Gamestop gift cards that I have purchased in that order. When you search for the card number or pin, you will find the gift card.  I have also attached the order confirmation from [redacted]. I used that gift card at Gamestop store in [redacted], where I live. The purchase is about $68, so there is around $112 left on that gift card. Earlier I called, I was told the gift card was used in somewhere Kansas. I have never been to there in my whole life. I guess that after I made the purchase at your store, the card number and pin were somehow leaked and used illegally.

The company claims the card was shipped but I have not recieved it over a month later. I request that they contact me directly to verify the information they need because I had done that with the representative I had spoke to in the first place. I am not satisfied in their response because no contact information was provided and I will not call their generic phone number again and wait an hour on hold as I have previously. We are unable to remove that data as we do not have any visibility to it as a means to remain PCI Compliant.
