I am rejecting this response because: one there was no card given to me so there is no need to discuss why funds werent on the card, the card never came to begin with.  Yes I did get my money back from pay pal but the bottom line is your company was negligent with the handling of the orders.  Everything is about making that initial money but you could care less about customers at the end of the day

If there were indeed 3 total packages sent to me, I have only received one.The package I received contained the following 3 magazine issues:Issue 265 (May 2015)Issue 269 (September 2015)Issue 271 (November 2015)I received these in the mail in 1 package Tuesday February 16, 2016.  By your claims, I should have received an additional 2 packages containing an additional total between the two of them 5 more magazines. I have not received these. It seems strange to me that I would receive 1 package and now nothing further now 3 days later.I ask again for further verification of these packages with their USPS tracking numbers etc to prove they were in fact sent to me.

Shiloh,The card number that I currently have is [redacted]. This is the 3rd time in the past 4 months that I have had an issue with the card and my money not showing up on it. Like I said previously, I have been a loyal customer going back to when EB Games purchased Funco Land, and this is the vexing situation! Its extremely frustrating as I have traded in several games and systems, which i'm sure you were able to make money off of, yet I don't have access to the money that was put into my account. These types of experiences severely damage your image as an organization, and provide a subpar customer experience. This experienced has made me contemplate going to other outlets in order to purchase games and electronics moving forward.

your account. I would like to advise updating your password for your PowerUp Rewards account once more, and the password to your Gmail account as well. Should this occur once more in the future, we would recommend visiting a store to register for a new account and points would be transferred over to that one.While there are security features such as 2-Step Verification and Preferred Device, the risk of account information being compromised still exists, and that applies for all accounts an individual may have, and not just PowerUp Rewards. Unfortunately at this time GameStop does not have any visibility of to see which device was used to redeem these certificates, or how the account was accessed. In the event that these instances occur, representatives will escalate the information up to the appropriate teams for further investigation to determine certain fraud patterns and also look at ways that account security can be enhanced. I hope that this was helpful. It is most unfortunate that your order shipped so late, the reason this happened is because we were simply waiting for the manufacturer to ship us more of this product. Due to the high demand and the low inventory available to us, this caused a shipping delay. We will not be able to compensate you for the difference that you had paid at a different retailer. The problem is I have already called for the 2 year protection plan like they told me....The girl in that department (Jordan)  was nastyand told me they would not honor the 2 year protection plan that I bought when I bought the PS2.  This is where the problem stemsthey are not honoring this 2 year plan that I had purchased, and every time I try to explain that,  the customer service will come backwith that same response.  I have been doing this since my first e-mail to them.  This is how they put me off. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Our credit card and GameStop gift card have been fully refunded. However, the game we wish to buy, Call of Duty: Black Ops II for PC, is no longer $29.99, but $59.99. We still wish to purchase this game for $29.99, will GameStop afford us that opportunity? That is what it cost when we first tried to purchase it for download. Thank you for your consideration.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Please explain to me what you mean by send me a gift card to purchase a new account?This is the solution I'd see most fit; I keep my account and everything in it, you make sure you keep your employees from editing customer information because it seems to me that someone on your end was able to edit the information but not able to change my email and password therefore not being able to take over my whole account. What I believe though is that I lost a significant amount of rewards points and that someone from your employ used those points to send themselves a reward or give themselves a reward in the store with my prior points. I'd like those points replaced and if you'd like to send a gift card to cover that as well as to show your apology that I was put through this situation and for damages that may have occurred because of it, then that would probably satisfy this complaint.
