I am rejecting this response because: what would make this easier to take and since you can not get me one of the master editions, I think this apology should be something you admit to publicly. Since it was an error on GameStop corporate that made the original preorder able to happen. Since I know of MANY people across the country, not limited to just my local store, who had this very same issue. Admittence of the error can go a long way!

I am not stepping foot into a gamestop ever again ... and this representative keeps telling me things that place burdens on MElike WAIT FOR A PHONE CALL FROM DISTRICT MANAGER or GO BACK INTO THE STORE FOR A REFUND.The stores have a NO REFUND POLICY ... why would I even bother trying.Are you telling me GameStop corporate LACKS THE ABILITY to cut someone a $15 check?

As I mentioned before, the coupons say any in stock used item. Once you click the coupon to purchase it and print it out, the coupon says something totally different.  Gamesstop still rufesed to let me use multiple coupons in the same transaction and they refused to allow me to use more than 2 total the day of Dec 26th 2015, so I still have the $25 false advertising coupon.  Again let me explain this clearly so gamestop can understand it. I buy the coupon that says I can use it on any used in stock item. I click the coupon and the text changes and then says something different. So how can you say I have the right coupon ? If you say I have the right coupon then is gamestop admitting to intentionally giving out the wrong coupons with the right purchase ? I am totally lost here. All I know is Everything the coupons say you guys are not honoring. I don't know what to say other than that. You should be ashamed at ripping families off. Even more so that have been supporting you but hey, what can you expect from a store ran by children.
