Good morning, [redacted]Our promotions are intended for one-time use per guest, and by that it means that we do not condone trading in product, then returning it for store credit only to re-process the trade to get the promotion twice. However, upon checking the fine print on our promotions we were able to show that it does not state "Limited One-Time Offer", so thank you for bringing that to our attention, we will look into getting that corrected. In regards to previous account history, the suspension was originally placed due to trading in multiple copies of the same product with no record of purchases for those items being found, which reflects a pattern of fraud, and for misuse of the point and certificate system. The suspension had been lifted as a means to give you another opportunity however that was recently revoked. As I mentioned beforehand, an agreement to abide by our trade terms & conditions was made by signing for your trade transactions, but because there was a violation of those terms on multiple occasions, the decision has been made to suspend trades indefinitely both on a regional and corporate level. Going forward, GameStop will not be able to lift this suspension and we will not be able to re-instate the account or issue a new one. This trade suspension does not prevent you from making purchases or returns at our retail locations or through [redacted] if within return policy. With this in mind, we will not be able to fulfill the desired settlement you have requested. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to let me know. Best Regards,[redacted]|Revdex.com Liaison| GameStop | Service Matters

 I spoke with the district manager and he stated he was sendin something but as of this am I have received nothing from GameStop... I left my number and asked for a call back, I did not save the local gentlemens number

Hi, I'm sorry, but I still find this to be ridiculous and very unprofessional from a company. I know it's not your fault as an employee, but just from the standpoint of a consumer, I feel like I've been stolen from. Can you please e-mail me at [redacted] That's the e-mail address that I used under my account as well. The only games off the top of my head that I've purchased are: Age of Empires 3 Complete Collection, Arma 2, CounterStrike, and more. I figured everything would have been safe since I was purchasing through a reputable company, but go figure.
