If it had been issued from a GameStop retail location or through the GameStop website, we would typically be able to reissue the card as we would have the means to verify the card being purchased and issued. Because this gift card was issued from a third party retailer, and you do not have the gift card number available, we are unable to verify this card so therefore it cannot be reissued and GameStop is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
