Geek Support Live

Just got a call from "Mike" who claimed to be an authorized windows representative looking to warn me of and help me with unauthorized actions on my pc. Told " Mike" to remove my # from their list as it is already on the National Do Not Call List. SCAM...SCAM...SCAM..

Geek support live saved us from hackers getting all of personal information and financial . Set us up with new lifetime support .Michael C[redacted] set us up with all the new features and cleaned up on computer so we can use again.

Since we have [redacted] Certified technicians, our technician must have introduced as "I am [redacted] Certified technician from Geek Support Live".
Never the less, we are looking into the matter and will take strong action if technician had misrepresented. 
I don't know of any other company that offers a free diagnostic test at no cost to the person.  We have thousands and thousands of satisfied customers and they are happy with our service.  I don't want to dwell on all the good we do for people but I do know when we find a issue we take care of it asap and we will investigate.

this is a scam running by the name of geek support live (#fake name) for the people living in usa .. they tell the people that they are from
122 Pearl Street, #A.
Enfield, CT- 06082.
USA...
but in reality they are calling from [redacted].
THEY TELL THE CALL THE PEOPLE I IN USA THROUGH VOIP CALLING ,
TELLING THAT THEY ARE WINDOWS CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN,,
BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE TEENAGERS WHO GETS TRAINING FOR DOING SCAM IN USA...
THE REAL NAME OF COMPANY IS "[redacted]" RUNNING BY THE TWO BROTHERS NAME [redacted]" WITH COLLEAGUE "[redacted]"(#[redacted]-FAKE NAME) THEY BUT THE USA NUMBERS FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE SOURCES AND DO THE SCAMS..
SO, THEY ARE THE WHLOLE SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SCAMS WHICH THEY ARE DOING FROM INDIA TO USA....
IN REAL THEIR IS NO PROBLEM IN THE COMPUTER THEY JUST MAKE A HOAX AND SELL [redacted] FROM $50 TO $1000...
SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION REGARDING THE SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING.. SO THAT PEOPLE MONEY SHOULD NOT BE WASTED ANYMORE....

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have not answered their calls because they traumatized me so terribly and I do not want to give them the chance to repeat that experience!   The experiences and expenses in time and emotions, closing my bank account and reopening another, etc. to prevent them from using the check they forced me to write and they scanned during the very upsetting experience is payment enough for my dealing with them.  Their calls were coming to my home phone and to my mobile phone at night, on Sundays, and even on the 4th of July!  I blocked the numbers but they found another and left another voicemail on my cell phone just recently.  I will not have anything further to do with these people!
