I am rejecting this response because:1)  My name is not [redacted], and2) As my complaint stated, they called my CELL phone number, not my home number.3) My compaint also stated that I verified with [redacted] that, contrary to the caller's claim, this company has no contract with [redacted].  [redacted] does not look for or "trap" the identities of computers "throwing" viruses.  Nor do they then call computer owners making such claims and offering services to deal with the viruses.

Geek support live saved us from hackers getting all of personal information and financial . Set us up with new lifetime support .Michael C[redacted] set us up with all the new features and cleaned up on computer so we can use again.

I had worked with Geek Support Live several times and by far Sarina C[redacted] was the easiest and the clearest person to work with .

Since we have [redacted] Certified technicians, our technician must have introduced as "I am [redacted] Certified technician from Geek Support Live".
Never the less, we are looking into the matter and will take strong action if technician had misrepresented. 
I don't know of any other company that offers a free diagnostic test at no cost to the person.  We have thousands and thousands of satisfied customers and they are happy with our service.  I don't want to dwell on all the good we do for people but I do know when we find a issue we take care of it asap and we will investigate.

this is a scam running by the name of geek support live (#fake name) for the people living in usa .. they tell the people that they are from
122 Pearl Street, #A.
Enfield, CT- 06082.
USA...
but in reality they are calling from [redacted].
THEY TELL THE CALL THE PEOPLE I IN USA THROUGH VOIP CALLING ,
TELLING THAT THEY ARE WINDOWS CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN,,
BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE TEENAGERS WHO GETS TRAINING FOR DOING SCAM IN USA...
THE REAL NAME OF COMPANY IS "[redacted]" RUNNING BY THE TWO BROTHERS NAME [redacted]" WITH COLLEAGUE "[redacted]"(#[redacted]-FAKE NAME) THEY BUT THE USA NUMBERS FROM THEIR RESPECTIVE SOURCES AND DO THE SCAMS..
SO, THEY ARE THE WHLOLE SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SCAMS WHICH THEY ARE DOING FROM INDIA TO USA....
IN REAL THEIR IS NO PROBLEM IN THE COMPUTER THEY JUST MAKE A HOAX AND SELL [redacted] FROM $50 TO $1000...
SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION REGARDING THE SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING.. SO THAT PEOPLE MONEY SHOULD NOT BE WASTED ANYMORE....

Received a call from an "unavailable" number. I man with a heavy accent said he was with "Geek Support Live." I asked over and over where they got my phone number, and what they were selling, and was finally told they got my phone number from [redacted]. These people are obnoxious, rude, and obviously preying on people who are less than experienced using a computer! After interrupting me to tell me again my computer was "infected," they finally hung up on me. I will report them to [redacted] and the FTC.

I have been receiving numerous telephone calls from a representative from "Geek Support Live" stating that my computer has been contacting them with possible virus issues. They also call my husband on his cell phone, and he does not even know how to use a computer. I have had my computer scanned multiple times for [redacted] or viruses and all is coming up negative for threats. I believe that they have shady practices and I would like to have my number removed from their database permanently. Then they just hang up very rudely. PLEASE HAVE THEM REMOVE MY PHONE NUMBER FROM THEIR SYSTEM

I reject this response because the guy who said he couldn't find a record of calling my phone number is a blatant liar. This company is obviously very dishonest as evidenced by their business model. I didn't spend 15 or 20 minutes arguing with a ghost and I most certainly did not make this up. If this company was honest, I would be able to call the number that I was called from, but its a recording for a number that isn't in service. Honest companies don't spoof their numbers. This guy and this company is a joke and a scam. They will continue to screw over elderly folks and those who aren't techno savvy. But hey, this is America.
