You are wrong on both counts. When I signed my new car deal, I released all interest in both the Chevy Cruze being financed and the GM financial account. It is now in the hands of *** *** Chevrolet, and I am NOT responsible any longer.I cannot believe you don't hear a single word I'm saying.If you say I'm not being billed two months ahead, then why does the online payment system show two months due and not one month??If what you said WAS true, then the amount for February ONLY would show due, and not February AND March. Don't you get it?? Are you that stupid?What I saw was a bill for two months? I cannot believe your company is that stupid.Anyway, I am so glad not be a part of it any longer, and my mission in life is to steer everyone away from GM at all costs so they don't have to go through this. Until GM Financial updates their online billing process, they are going to continue to infuriate customers like me and lose business. It is clear to me that GM financial does not realize their error and is only concerned in their self-interests and just hates their customers.All emotions aside, GM Financial needs to completely revamp their online billing system to show only the current month due. If it is even one day past the due date, that does not give GM the right to automatically slap another month due onto the current month. As I have already said ten times, when I went to make my February payment on February 3, it said the amount due was $664. That's TWO months, and that's what I SAW. GM can explain it a hundred different ways but it still does not change the fact that I'm right. If they were right, I would agree with them, and only one month would show due.I am convinced now that the GM financial is quite insane. GM products, like my new Camaro, are the best, but their financing is horrible, and that's why I bought my way out of the contract. It was better before when they had payment books

I am rejecting this response because:I have been making payment since 3/and never failed a single paymentMy payment was scheduled for Auto-Pay since March and there was not a late payment at all you can check the recordsI understand I closed my Chase Account but I immediately switched my Auto Pay with my new bank in February and you are updating me that Auto Pay expired in April 2018, as far as I remember I did not terminate Auto pay and why and how it expired in first placeI came to know about my Auto Pay expired when I got a call from your department on 4/18/but anyway I made full payment over phone through my bank account and also requested representative to continue with my Auto Pay.5. Again in month of May the Auto payment did not pull my payment from my account not sure why? I never got any phone reminder or any late payment reminder and as per law you have to send written notice and attempt to collect payment which was not done! If I had got one phone call I would have straight away got to the bottom of this issue and got this straighten up once for all.The Auto pay did not work at your end as I confirmed with my bank too and also updated your supervisor when I requested to remove the reporting to credit bureau as this was not my fault at all and you did not follow the process and legal terms in the contract.Please send me a written proof of notice that you sent in registered mail, a phone call recording that you spoke to me and updated about this situation otherwise please take back your reporting to credit bureau, issue me credit of late fees which were charged on my account.If this is not resolved we will have to report to the authorities and take appropriate next steps to resolve and fix this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:I rejected the response because a *** *** advised me that the REAL reason they repossessed the vehicle on 12/was because they could not get in contact with me and had none of my phone numbers yet she called me on my cellphone which was listed on the accountI also asked them to submit to me in writing the reason for the possession as well as the break down of the chargesBecause in that 664$ was the actual payment of due ON 12/and when I logged in to make a payment on 12/and my account was locked I was told they came and got the car on 12/and would NOT take the payment without me including the 510$ for how and reinstatement feesAlso they refuses to send any of the information I requested in writingI included all of those agent is numbers to have ALL of those calls pulled so they could see the information and horrible customer service I was attacked with when I called in to inquire about this situationI was even told by one of the agents she had a headache and wasn't going to deal with this todayHung up on multiple timesAsked and told I would receive a callback and no one has attempted to pull those calls and resolve this issueAfter repossessing your car, the creditor must send you a Notice of Redemption and an Affidavit of DefenseThe Notice of Redemption tells you whether the creditor will keep or sell your carIt also tells you that you have a right to buy back your carThe Affidavit of Defense will let you explain why you did not make payments on the car in the state of IllinoisAlso they never contacted me via my cellphone, email or usps mailThey took the car on the actual due date 12/and included that payment in the pass die amount when at the time it was not pass due until 12/I never received proper notice

set up a Western Union Recurring Payment Plan online, in the amount of $*** to be drafted on the 10th each monthOn February 10, your tax rate increased causing your monthly installment to change from $*** to $*** as notified in your billing statementThe recurring payment amount was no longer sufficient to cover your monthly installment, causing your account to become delinquent
In an effort to resolve this matter, GM Financial has submitted an update to the credit bureaus to remove the derogatory mark and reflect the current account statusThe bureaus generally reflect the updated reporting information within 30-days

I am rejecting this response because: My account was directly new and current when I made my 2nd initial payment and advised GM Customer Services IMMEDIATELY that my paydate reflected incorrectly and the Representatives (2x) attempted to assist and speak to GM to resolve date changes and no one wanted to correct Therefore, I could only pay when I said and signed that I could and did just that Yet you all when account was current STILL REFUSED repeatedly and all they could say is "you usually have days after your due date to pay show it should not be an issue" That's just unheard of I could take accountability to the times that I was actually late and without funds due to lack or loss of employment but your constant monthly negative reporting with countless notes in your system and calls from me regarding this issue is foolery Last summer 2016, I was promised to pay a certain amount and the change would finally be made after years and it was a lie as soon as I did there was some other monkey business about the change could not be done at the same time of the deferment as the agent told me and my dates were not changed and yet in July / August generated another "late payment" As you review notice I also refused to pay any late fees as I adamantly disagreed with them. As the April payment you are in Business with Western Union speed pay and they not only confirmed payment per several of your Customer Agents and Supervisors but my bank also stated and reflected funds debited from my account Where's my money if you do not have it? My account would not be currently delinquent since April if you all just fix it At one point I was just holding onto the pay until corrections but the ridiculousness of your staff and managers just unbearing and just like you all like money and careless of the customer, you would come pick up the car without truly investigating and making corrections to bring my account to current This only hurting me and my credit I do not have a final issue this year and been current on my bills yet this tarrant of issues does not allow me to have all my bills reflect as so *** *** ***
