The fact that GM Financial WILL NOT provide the breakdown of the "interest" that has been accruing for each of the deferred payments, and the deferment agreements, goes to show that GM Financial is being deceptive and is engaging in a predatory loans against consumersWe were told by Natalie, a manager, that we deferred six (6) total payments; yet you provided three (3) dates...so which is it? According to your website, we have paid installments of $465.66; so are you saying your website is incorrect then? Since you reviewed the account and its payment history and state the interest rate was higher at that time; why wasn't an audit of the interest completed AND provided to us, the CONSUMER, since GM Financial knows that we have requested one, repeatedly????? We are once again, requesting this information under the The Freedom of Information ActThis act is in place so corporations like, GM Financial, are held accountable
