I am rejecting this response because:
GM has failed to provide a factual document such as a federal odometer statement in order to prove the mileage overageI will acknowledge I did have a contract with them as they've shownHowever, any such fees require supporting documentation and they've failed to provided that documentationSeeing as they can't prove I've gone over the miles with the correct documents, I once again request the they remove this from my credit report as I'd like to avoid to take any type of legal action against GM

The Western Union ACH site does not allow for changing of the addressI have tried this morning before I responded to this response, and the address box is uneditableMy legal information has to correspond to the information provided to my financial institutionEvery other loan I pay back using ACH allows for my legal address to be used, rather than trying to force me to use my physical address.

Plain and simple we do not accept this responseThe fact that I did make contact with GM Financial on July 2, to notify them that the vehicle was traded and supplied them with the name, address and phone number of the dealership should have been sufficientThen the dealership calling them in August to notify them that a payoff was sent to GM Financial the first part of July and explained that they got the payoff address from their very own websiteWhen they did get the payoff, it showed the date which the vehicle was traded inTo me this is poor customer service, horrible communication and bad business practicesThey keep saying they tried to call, but the number they had was disconnect as we moved phone carriers and the email address was discontinuedI contacted them and made them aware of the vehicle being traded and which dealership it was traded to, this constitutes full responsibility on my partI am going to seek an attorney and refuse to accept anything other than removal of negative reporting to the credit reporting agenciesThis is why the Revdex.com exists, to give consumers a fair chance to describe horrible customer service experiencesThis needs to be posted against GM Financial, otherwise the rating they have is untrue

Agreement for a Chevrolet MalibuWithin the agreement, you agreed to a month lease term with a monthly payment in the amount of $per month, due on the 13th day of each month
Please note that the lease buyout amount quote reflects the remaining base rent payments due for the lease contract should you return the vehicle to a GM branded dealershipPer your contract, the full pay off balance is required to purchase the vehicle
GM Financial is unable to accept the lease buyout amount for a full pay off as the responsibility for this contractual obligation remains
We have mailed you a copy of your Lease Agreement which outlines this informationPlease feel free to contact our office at *** if you have further questions or concerns

My account number is ***I was able to put a stop payment on my account through my bank at a cost of $ I expect to be reimbursed for since I called your company a week ago to cancel this payment and it was not doneI also spent over an hour and a half on the phone with GM financial last night again trying to cancel this paymentAll three times I called it took over minutes to get to a representativeAnd only one of them was helpful.

There is no excuse for the way I was treated, there explanation does not go into all of the lies, disrespect, and amount of time wasted by *** from the bank and myself. There is no reason it takes over months to resolve this, they are saying I was refunded $when they were to return $588. They have screwed up my checking account, my house payments, and now my car payments due to their irresponsible responses or for that matter no response when they said they would. If this is how GM Financial handles people who have problems with their own accounts or have a medical catastrophe like I did and contact them in September of to let know this fact and their help and concern was worthless. You talk to people in USA one minute and Canada or Texas but their computer systems don't seem to connect to each other cause they seem to loose notes, follow up on what they want are saying they are doing because Canada gets involved but they dropped the ball....really. I'm closing I am not satisfied with their response and I'm sure the President of GM Financial would be dissatisfied with their employees.Regards,*** ***

However the Revdex.com should still keep on file the refusal of GM Financial to confirm in writing phone conversations with their customersAlthough GM Financial has made our balance zeroNo property tax is due for Tax Year (January-December) to the City of *** as the insurance was cancelled and as Massachusetts is a mandatory insurance state and the registration is not valid once the vehicle is no longer insuredGM should and will seek an additional abatement from the City so they will not have any liability to the City for the Personal Property Tax
Thank you for your assistance in this matter without the Revdex.com I do not believe this matter would be resolvedOctober through May is a long time to resolve a total vehicle lossI will never again do business with General Motors, GM Financial, or their subsidiariesI will seek removal of late payments through the credit reporting agencies.
