There is no excuse for the way I was treated, there explanation does not go into all of the lies, disrespect, and amount of time wasted by *** from the bank and myself. There is no reason it takes over months to resolve this, they are saying I was refunded $when they were to return $588. They have screwed up my checking account, my house payments, and now my car payments due to their irresponsible responses or for that matter no response when they said they would. If this is how GM Financial handles people who have problems with their own accounts or have a medical catastrophe like I did and contact them in September of to let know this fact and their help and concern was worthless. You talk to people in USA one minute and Canada or Texas but their computer systems don't seem to connect to each other cause they seem to loose notes, follow up on what they want are saying they are doing because Canada gets involved but they dropped the ball....really. I'm closing I am not satisfied with their response and I'm sure the President of GM Financial would be dissatisfied with their employees.Regards,*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
As long as their words and actions align.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
GM has failed to provide a factual document such as a federal odometer statement in order to prove the mileage overageI will acknowledge I did have a contract with them as they've shownHowever, any such fees require supporting documentation and they've failed to provided that documentationSeeing as they can't prove I've gone over the miles with the correct documents, I once again request the they remove this from my credit report as I'd like to avoid to take any type of legal action against GM

Dear Ms***,
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
On April 3, you
entered into a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) with Gerry Lane Chevrolet for the Chevrolet MalibuGM Financial employees were not present at Gerry Lane Chevrolet (“Dealer”) during the signing of the contract and GM Financial was not an original contracting party in any agreements between the two partiesThe contract was subsequently assigned to GM Financial
The “Notice of Right to Redeem or Reinstate” and the “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” were mailed to your address of record on September 8, These notices explained that you would be required to pay the difference between the amount you owed to GM Financial and the amount the vehicle sold for, plus expenses if you opted not to redeem/reinstate the vehicleAfter the sale of the vehicle at auction, a “Deficiency Calculation” letter was mailed to your address of record on February 11, to inform you of the remaining balance owed
We empathize with the problems you may have experienced with the vehicle; however, the responsibility for this contractual obligation remainsAll mechanical issues would have needed to be resolved between yourself, Rainbow Chevrolet, and/or the manufacturer of the vehicle, if necessary
If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance regarding this matter, please contact GM Financial at ***
Sincerely,
GM Financial

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11518553, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
Thank you for respondingMy social security number is ***I'm not sure of the "date of inquiry" but my initial call with GM financial took place during the week ending may thru may 20, which was my wedding dayMy car was towed on June 2nd and I've spoken to approx -different reps between June - June 13thI haven't heard anything from anyone since that time. My contact number is ###-###-####I made the complaint with the Revdex.com on June 23, Thank you and I hope to hear back from you soon *** ***

Plain and simple we do not accept this responseThe fact that I did make contact with GM Financial on July 2, to notify them that the vehicle was traded and supplied them with the name, address and phone number of the dealership should have been sufficientThen the dealership calling them in August to notify them that a payoff was sent to GM Financial the first part of July and explained that they got the payoff address from their very own websiteWhen they did get the payoff, it showed the date which the vehicle was traded inTo me this is poor customer service, horrible communication and bad business practicesThey keep saying they tried to call, but the number they had was disconnect as we moved phone carriers and the email address was discontinuedI contacted them and made them aware of the vehicle being traded and which dealership it was traded to, this constitutes full responsibility on my partI am going to seek an attorney and refuse to accept anything other than removal of negative reporting to the credit reporting agenciesThis is why the Revdex.com exists, to give consumers a fair chance to describe horrible customer service experiencesThis needs to be posted against GM Financial, otherwise the rating they have is untrue

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
How do I reach out to them to send my info over to them to get this taken care of?

I am rejecting this response because: One your not reporting correcting and mailing me something which will not resolve the issue is not going to workWhy do you as GM Financial think that it's ok to messe up my credit then think I should wait another to days for a letter that does not resolve the matter one you have reported my information correctly because I have spoken to directors of reporting at transunion and Experian who have all told me that it was sent in showing me late for Aug and SeptPlus if I am late in July you do not mark Augas late and that's what your company has done your reporting my payments in areasWhich is against the fair credit actTo resolve this matter GM needs to take ownership of the issue and correct the reporting because you have reported incorrectly for my months of AugAnd Sept If you think that reporting me late in Aug is correct for a July late payment then your entire reporting procedure is wrongIn order to resolve this matter you need to report my account in good standing for AugAnd Sept point blankI want your company to know that there are several people who are facing the same issue with your company and the lack of urgency and ownership of the issue doesn't say much for the reputation of your companySo I am asking for you to stop reading a script and send the correction to all agencies saying that I was not late on my bill for AugOr Sept you do better just not reporting those two months at all but you cannot report me late in Aug for a payment in July And let's make it clear this is being handled extremely lazy because your company could have sent a letter weeks ago saying no reporting forAug and Sept but instead you took the time to write a note on my credit report about natural disaster instead of fixing it so that shows me you don't care about the issue and are more worried about your personal company instead of your customers firstAnd I have spoke to Robert Beatty about this issue and I was ensured I would have this fixed and it's not So please let's stop going back and forth send the correction to the agencies saying no late payment for those month.
Regards,

November 5, 2015Re: Complaint ID: 10884515Tricia EmejuruThank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. On March 28, 2013, you signed a Retail Installment Contract (“Contract”) for a Nissan
Altima in the amount of $17,at an interest rate of 19.99%Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning on May 12, The contract is a simple interest contract which means interest accrues daily on the unpaid principal balance. In review of your account activity and payment history additional interest has accrued over the life of the loan due to payments being made after the scheduled due date, as well as deferments and a due date change that were processed at your requestThroughout the time your account has been active; deferments were processed for the months of December of and January of The account has also been paid past the installment due date on numerous occasionsIt is important to understand that when payments are paid late or deferred, interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid principal balance.Included for your review are copies of your contract and account payment history.Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.Sincerely,GM Financial
